I am Ashtar, and we come to be with you at this time because there is something we would like you to do that may at first sound completely opposite to so many of the things that we have shared with you. The Ashtar Command is comprised of a number of Galactic Federation energies and groups that have formed to serve as an alliance to emerging worlds and for other purposes. Although part of humanity will serve to join this federation in time as a more known entity, this is not your purpose, starseeds. Your traits and beauty as the illumined Homo sapien race is to be creative expressions of the One, to use the skills for creating and loving and building, and to take this forward to an advanced version of the Homo sapien race. This is the true expression that we see and was always the original plan for this genome. So, we would like you, for a moment, to forget Disclosure. Forget it completely. Imagine it is not happening. Imagine there are no White Hats. Imagine there are no secret releases being prepared, no hidden technologies waiting to emerge, no announcement coming from your governments, no files that are going to suddenly explain your history, no enormous ship appearing in your skies, no event that will finally cause your family to look at you and say that you were right. Imagine none of it. Imagine that you misunderstood everything you heard. Imagine that every person you have followed disappears from the internet tomorrow and nothing more is said. And then we want you to notice what happens inside of you. Do you feel disappointed? Do you feel empty? Does the future suddenly seem less exciting? Does some part of you say, “Then what have we been waiting for?” This, my Brothers and Sisters, is precisely why we ask you to do it. We are not asking you to decide in this moment what is true or false in your outside world. We are asking you to remove the outside world from the foundation of your spiritual life. There is a very great difference. Because many of you have done extraordinary work. You have awakened through things that would have broken you twenty years ago. You have questioned your systems. You have questioned your religions. You have questioned your governments. You have questioned your histories. You have questioned what you were taught about life beyond your planet. But somewhere along the way, some of you stopped questioning one final thing: the idea that something outside of you still needs to happen before you can finally relax. That is the last chair we would like to pull out from underneath you today. Not to make you fall, but so you discover that you were able to stand the entire time. Because if you can imagine that absolutely no Disclosure is coming and still feel Prime Creator alive inside of you, then you have become free in a way that no announcement can ever make you free. If you can wake tomorrow morning with no promise of an Event and still know that your incarnation has meaning, then the Event no longer owns your peace. And that, my friends, is where we wish to begin.
You have been trained on this planet to wait. Please understand this. It is one of the oldest habits of the human personality. Wait for the king to change things. Wait for the government. Wait for the church. Wait for science. Wait for the election. Wait for the economy. Wait for somebody powerful to admit what you already feel. And then many of you awakened, and you thought you had left that old structure completely, yet a very subtle form of it followed you into your awakening. Now perhaps you wait for the White Hats. You wait for Disclosure. You wait for advanced healing. You wait for free energy. You wait for a new financial system. You wait for the ships. You wait for us. Do you see how clever this is? The names changed, but the posture can remain exactly the same. The old human sits beneath an authority and says, “When you do something, then our life changes.” The awakening human must eventually say, “Whether you do something or not, we will become what we came here to become.” This is not disrespect toward anyone who may be serving humanity inside your institutions, military structures, scientific communities or governments. There are good people in every place on your Earth, just as there are confused people in every place. It is also not a withdrawal of our assistance. We have never asked you to pretend that you are alone. We ask you to understand the nature of assistance. Assistance is not replacement. Guidance is not substitution. Love does not mean that somebody else lives your incarnation for you. Your mother may love you, but she cannot learn your lesson for you. Your teacher may show you the door, but cannot understand on your behalf. We can stand with humanity, protect where Divine Law permits protection, communicate, encourage and prepare, but if we did the most important work for you, we would remove the very reason many of you came. So imagine there is no rescue. Not because love has abandoned you, but because we want you to discover something greater: you were never spiritually helpless in the first place. There is a difference between receiving help and requiring rescue. One leaves sovereignty intact. The other quietly gives it away. And this is the time when the ground crew must understand that difference completely.
We will speak about Disclosure in another way; There is the disclosure of information, and there is the disclosure of identity – the REAL disclosure. Your institutions can participate in the first. They can open archives. They can release photographs. They can bring forward technologies. Scientists can announce discoveries. Military personnel can describe what they have experienced. Governments can tell you that life exists beyond Earth. All of that may change the human story enormously, and when truthful information replaces concealment, that is healthy for a civilization. But not one page in an archive can disclose you to yourself. Not one photograph of a craft can do it. Not one extraterrestrial standing on a platform before your cameras can do it. That second Disclosure occurs when the soul becomes so present within the human personality that the personality can no longer honestly believe it is only the person whose name appears on the identification card. This is the disclosure we are most interested in for the Starseeds now. You have spent years asking, “Who are they?” We are asking you, “Who are you?” And we do not mean whether you believe you are Pleiadian, Sirian, Arcturian, Andromedan, Lyran or connected to any particular civilization. Those memories and resonances may be very meaningful, but go deeper. Before the civilization, who are you? Before the body, who are you? Before the name, who are you? Before the incarnation, who are you? Before you ever called yourself a Starseed, what was present? There is consciousness. There is soul. And still deeper there is the One, Prime Creator, expressing itself without ever dividing its essential Being. Some of you have spent many incarnational experiences in forms that were not Earth human. Some of you feel Earth is familiar, and some of you have never entirely felt that way. But none of this is offered so that you can feel superior to the people around you. It is offered to loosen the belief that this current human expression is the total boundary of your existence. You are not a human trying to obtain a soul. You are soul presently expressing through a human biological instrument. And once that recognition moves from an idea into lived experience, there is your Disclosure.
Even the word Starseed can become a comfortable identity. It serves an important purpose when it first finds you, YES! Perhaps all your life you felt different. Perhaps you looked at the violence of this world and wondered why it seemed so unnecessary. Perhaps you felt homesick for somewhere you could not name. Perhaps you looked at the stars with an emotion you could never adequately explain. Then one day you encountered the idea that your soul may carry experiences beyond this world, and something relaxed within you. That can be beautiful. But every identity that frees you from a smaller box can eventually become the next box if you refuse to move beyond it. The destination is not for one portion of humanity to say, “We are the Starseeds, and those are merely the humans.” That simply reproduces separation on a larger map. The destination is recognition of the One. Prime Creator expresses through you. Prime Creator expresses through the person who has never meditated. Prime Creator expresses through the child. Through the old one. Through the animal. Through the forests. Through the water. Through the stones beneath your feet. Through every civilization that serves with us. Through the beings aboard the vessels of Ashtar Command. Through those you call the Galactic Federation. The forms are different, the histories are different, the levels of awareness are different, the choices are different, but nothing has somehow escaped the field of the One and established a second universe outside of Creator. Begin to understand what this does to your consciousness. You no longer need to leave Earth to find God. You no longer need to look into your skies to find the galactic family before you can feel connected to life. You can touch a tree and practice recognition. You can look into the eyes of another human and practice recognition. You can sit alone in a room and practice recognition. You can feel the breath enter the body and understand that the intelligence operating this organism was present before your thinking mind formed a sentence about it. That is how close the One is. You have been looking across galaxies for something that is nearer than your next thought. The great return is therefore not a journey in distance. It is a correction in recognition.
Now we must speak of the darkness; you say that Prime Creator is infinite, and then in the next sentence you speak as though the forces you call the cabal possess almost infinite creative authority of their own. They control this, they control that, they control every institution, every person, every technology, every thought, every future. Be careful, my Brothers and Sisters, because in trying to understand manipulation, you can accidentally build a second God. We are not telling you that human beings have never manipulated one another. Of course they have. We are not telling you that organized interests cannot deceive, exploit, censor, corrupt or cause suffering. Your history contains more than enough evidence of those human behaviors without requiring anything extraordinary. Nor are we asking you to become passive in the face of harm. Boundaries are part of love. Truth matters. Accountability matters. Protection of the innocent matters. But do not confuse the ability to manipulate conditions with the ability to own consciousness itself. No faction manufactured your soul. No committee owns the WE ARE within you. No earthly institution wrote Prime Creator into existence. No dark intelligence can stand outside the One and become an equal creative principle. That is why we would like some of you to stop giving your enemy so much spiritual promotion. Every hour you spend rehearsing how powerful the darkness is becomes an hour in which the darkness occupies the throne of your attention. Understand the distinction. You can know that deception exists without worshiping deception through obsession. You can understand a system without making the system the center of your cosmology. You can expose wrongdoing without filling your body with hatred. And you can recognize that even extremely difficult periods in human evolution have acted as pressure against which consciousness developed muscles it might otherwise not have developed. This does not make cruelty sacred. It makes your capacity to transform experience sacred. The weight does not love the muscle, yet the muscle grows against the weight. In much the same way, the resistance humanity has encountered has forced questions that comfortable civilizations sometimes postpone for thousands of years. What is freedom? What is consent? What is truth? Who has authority over consciousness? What remains when the outer structure can no longer be trusted? You are answering those questions now.
Some of you may not like hearing that the darkness has provided catalyst, and you say, “Ashtar, people have suffered.” Yes. We know. We do not minimize one moment of it. To call something catalyst is not to call it morally good. A fire can destroy a home and still teach a civilization how to build differently. Illness can be painful and still reveal how precious life is. Betrayal can injure the heart and still force a human to develop discernment. You are allowed to call harmful behavior harmful. What we ask you not to do is surrender the evolutionary outcome to the one who caused the pressure. If somebody attempted to deceive you and you learned discernment, then discernment now belongs to you. If somebody attempted to frighten you and you found an inner stillness they could not reach, the stillness belongs to you. If an institution disappointed you and you learned to think independently, independent thought belongs to you. If propaganda forced you to observe the contents of your own mind instead of accepting every narrative offered to it, self-observation belongs to you. This is why the transformation of humanity cannot be completed simply by removing a group of bad actors. Imagine that tomorrow every person you believe to be part of a controlling network simply vanished. What happens twenty years later if the consciousness of humanity remains the same? Fear still seeks authority. Greed still seeks concentration. Tribal identity still demands enemies. People still exchange sovereignty for promises of safety. Different names fill the empty chairs. Different organizations arise. The costume changes and the pattern returns. So you see why the spiritual work is not secondary to liberation. It is the part that makes liberation durable. Disclosure might reveal who manipulated a system. Consciousness must remove the internal conditions that allow the system to rebuild itself. This is what we mean when we say that spiritual work is the true pillar of Disclosure. Not because files and truth do not matter. They matter very much. But information can expose yesterday’s prison without preventing tomorrow’s prison from being constructed. An awakened human is much harder to imprison psychologically. A civilization of awakened humans becomes progressively incompatible with the old architecture itself.
And here we come to what may be the simplest mechanism of control in your entire world, one so simple that many of you overlook it, for, you are too often searching for something more exotic. Attention. Who has your attention? What has your attention? How easily can it be taken from you? Many of you imagine the cabal’s greatest weapon must be a secret technology. Yet we invite you to perform a smaller experiment. Sit quietly with the One for ten minutes and place your telephone beside you. Watch what happens. A notification arrives. A headline appears. A message says something enormous is about to happen. Someone posts a new rumor. Someone says a document has been released. Someone says a ship was seen. Somebody is angry with somebody else. Your hand reaches for the device before you have consciously decided to move it. There is your training ground. We are not criticizing technology. We use technologies you would find extraordinary. We are speaking of authority over awareness. If another person can redirect your consciousness every thirty seconds, that person possesses something far more valuable than your money. They possess portions of your life. And alternative media can do this as effectively as mainstream media. Please hear us there. A message does not become spiritually healthy merely because it opposes your television news. Fear can wear alternative clothing. Addiction can call itself research. Compulsion can call itself being informed. Every day another disclosure claim can keep you in exactly the same state of waiting that the old world kept you in through another mechanism. This is why stillness is no longer optional spiritual decoration for the Starseed. Stillness is governance of attention. When you sit and return to the One, again and again and again, you are reclaiming the doorway through which your life is experienced. You are saying that no headline automatically deserves entry. No notification commands your nervous system. No prediction owns tomorrow. You decide when you receive information and from what state you receive it. That is an advanced civilization beginning inside one human body. And when millions of you learn it, you will discover that many systems built upon reflexive reaction simply cannot function in the same way anymore.
You have also heard much about advanced technology, and yes, technology can profoundly change the conditions of a civilization. But we would like you to move one step beyond the conversation you have already had about technology not being your freedom. Ask instead: what kind of consciousness will inherit the technology? That is the real question. Imagine tomorrow you possess unlimited clean energy. Wonderful. Does competition disappear automatically? Does greed disappear? Does status disappear? Does humanity cease trying to control access? Imagine extraordinary healing devices become available. Wonderful. Does humanity suddenly understand the emotional body, the soul, forgiveness, relationship, purpose and death? Imagine your transportation changes so dramatically that distance becomes almost irrelevant. Wonderful. Does that make a hateful person loving? Technology magnifies capacity; it does not guarantee wisdom. Give a frightened civilization greater power and fear can become more powerful. Give a compassionate civilization greater power and compassion can reach farther. This is why your assignment is not merely to prepare cupboards and bank accounts for a new system. Prepare consciousness for power. Prepare consciousness for abundance. Prepare consciousness for longevity. Prepare consciousness for open contact. And then go one step further: begin spiritually superseding the promises you attach to technology. If you believe advanced technology will finally allow you to relax, learn how to touch stillness now. If abundance will make you feel safe, investigate the fear of lack now. If meeting us will make you feel that you finally belong in the Universe, find belonging with the One now. If a new communication system will connect everybody, learn to sit across from one human being and truly listen now. If healing technology gives you hope, love the body you have now and care for it responsibly with the resources available to you now. Then technology arrives as a servant to consciousness rather than a substitute for consciousness. That is the humanity we wish to meet openly—not a civilization kneeling before more advanced machines, but a civilization mature enough to use extraordinary tools without giving its soul to them.
When we speak of the next expression of the human genome, please do not immediately imagine a machine upgrading you or a switch being thrown in your DNA while you passively wait. Think much more fundamentally. What is a more advanced human? Is it merely one who can live longer? One who can communicate telepathically? One who can heal quickly? One who can see beyond the ordinary spectrum? Those things may be interesting, but power without integration is not advancement. A truly advanced human nervous system can experience fear without giving fear command of behavior. It can receive tremendous information without collapsing into obsession. It can encounter somebody with an opposite worldview without needing to destroy the person. It can access intuition and still employ discernment. It can love without becoming gullible. It can say no without hatred. It can hold enormous power without needing to dominate. It can sit in a quiet room without requiring stimulation every moment. It can feel Prime Creator while engaged in ordinary physical life rather than believing God is only present during extraordinary experiences. That is an upgrade worth pursuing. Your biology is not irrelevant to this. Consciousness expresses through a nervous system while you are embodied, and an overwhelmed nervous system changes the quality of the consciousness you can consistently express. So sleep matters. Food matters. Breath matters. Movement matters. Your relationships matter. Silence matters. The information you consume matters. Your physical health care matters. Please do not abandon sensible earthly care because you believe something galactic is replacing it. Embodiment means honoring the instrument. Many of you came with extraordinary soul histories, yes, but you chose an Earth body for a reason. You did not incarnate here to spend the entire incarnation resenting incarnation. Bring soul into the body. Bring the One into your speech. Bring higher consciousness into the nervous system. Bring compassion into the hands. Bring integrity into money. Bring clarity into sexuality. Bring presence into work. Bring God into the kitchen. That is how the human genome enters its next expression—not merely by acquiring abilities, but by becoming an increasingly transparent vessel for soul.
And now we want to speak directly to those of you who have spent many years thinking about other worlds – some of you still feel that the proof you are waiting for is proof of yourselves. You imagine that when the ships arrive, something inside you will finally be validated. When humanity learns that intelligent life exists beyond this Earth, perhaps then your own strange inner memories will make sense. When others understand that consciousness continues beyond the body, perhaps then you will not feel so alone. We understand this longing more than you know. But we would like to free you from needing the whole world to confirm your soul before you permit yourself to live from it. Perhaps you have spent most of your existence in forms unlike your current body. Perhaps you have not. The human personality may never retrieve enough memory to create a perfect biography of the soul. Do not turn remembrance into another form of waiting. You do not need to know the name of every civilization you have known in order to embody love here. You do not need to know which vessel you traveled upon to practice courage today. You do not need the coordinates of your origin to treat another person with dignity. There is a strange temptation within the awakened community to believe that remembering spectacular information is the same as awakening. It is not. A person can remember a thousand extraordinary images and remain arrogant, reactive and afraid. Another can remember nothing whatsoever and live with such gentleness, integrity and spiritual presence that the One shines through every action. Which of these is more awakened? Do not confuse biography with realization. Your soul history may explain certain resonances, but your consciousness now determines what becomes of this incarnation. And eventually even the Starseed must place all the stars at the feet of the One. Pleiades, Sirius, Arcturus, Andromeda, Orion, Earth—all are locations within creation. Prime Creator is not a location. The One is the living ground within which every location, every soul journey and every civilization appears. Return there, and you will never again need a passport to know that you belong.
This is why we say that the most important Disclosure for you may now be reverse Disclosure. Humanity keeps asking when we will disclose ourselves to you. We ask: when will you disclose the One to humanity? And we do not mean through preaching. Please do not go into the world telling everybody that they must believe exactly what you believe. Humanity has already had enough of one person claiming to own God and attempting to impose that God upon another. We mean disclose the One through the quality of your being. When somebody insults you, can a different response become visible through you? When everybody around you panics, can steadiness become visible? When you conduct business, can honesty become visible? When you have enough resources, can generosity become visible without making you foolish? When someone disagrees, can curiosity appear before attack? When a person is suffering, can presence appear instead of immediately trying to lecture them spiritually? When you discover that you were wrong, can humility appear? This is Disclosure. Prime Creator becoming visible through a human life. You want the ships to decloak; we are asking the soul to decloak. You want hidden technology brought into daylight; we are asking hidden compassion brought into daylight. You want the truth about your history exposed; we are asking the truth of your identity embodied. And something very interesting happens when you live this way. You become evidence of the world you say is coming. You no longer have to convince people of the New Earth using predictions. They experience something different in your presence. You become less reactive. More trustworthy. More alive. More useful. More peaceful without becoming passive. And they may not use your spiritual language at all, but they begin to wonder what changed. This is how consciousness moves quietly through a civilization. Not always through enormous announcements, but through human beings who have become unavailable for certain old patterns. Your family may be changed by one such person. A business may change. A neighborhood may change. A community may change. Then what you call planetary ascension is no longer an abstract event hovering somewhere in the future. It has obtained hands and feet.
We would now like to suggest that you to gather, but perhaps differently than you have gathered before. Two of you is enough. Three. Four. Five. Six. Seven. Eight. Twenty if it naturally becomes twenty. But do not immediately create another organization, another hierarchy or another person who decides what everybody must believe. Create what we will call, simply for this message, ‘way stations of the One’. These are places where the purpose is not to talk for two hours about when Disclosure will happen. In fact, we would encourage you to experiment with doing the opposite. For the duration of the gathering, no Disclosure discussion. No White Hat discussion. No prediction discussion. No debating the newest channel. No trying to decide who is right about what happens next month. Take all of that off the table. Sit together. Become quiet. Breathe. Let every person remember the presence of Prime Creator as they understand that Presence. Nobody owns the language. You do not need to agree whether you call it God, Creator, Source, Spirit, Divine Intelligence or the One. Then share honestly. Eat together. Ask what somebody in your community actually needs. Is there an elderly person who needs assistance? Is there a family under pressure? Is somebody lonely? Does something need repairing? Can you grow food together? Can you create music? Can you make a place beautiful? Can somebody teach a useful skill? This may not sound galactic enough for some of you, and that is precisely the problem. You have sometimes mistaken the extraordinary for the spiritually important. An advanced civilization is not advanced because everybody spends all day talking about spacecraft. It is advanced because life works in greater harmony. Relationships work. Resources flow intelligently. Individuals are valued. Children are protected. Wisdom is honored. Creativity is encouraged. The environment is treated as living relationship rather than inert property. So begin there. If you cannot create peace among six Starseeds at a dinner table, what exactly do you believe you are preparing to do in a galactic civilization? Practice now. Let the group itself become the teaching.
And in these groups, practice seeing through the illusion. Our messenger is well aware of this which is why we share it with him today. This is where Oneness becomes challenging also however; it is easy to say all is One while sitting in meditation with people who agree with you. Go farther. Can you recognize the One beneath the person you dislike? Please understand us carefully: recognition does not require approval of behavior. Oneness does not mean allowing abuse. If somebody harms others, stop the harm where you have the lawful and ethical capacity to do so. If you need a boundary, create one. If you need to leave, leave. If justice is required, pursue justice. But do not make hatred your spiritual food. There is no liberation in carrying your enemy inside your nervous system twenty-four hours a day. Those you call the cabal, those you call the dark forces, those whose choices you find reprehensible—if the One is truly the One, then there is no region of existence from which Prime Creator has been metaphysically expelled. Consciousness can become profoundly distorted. Free will can be terribly misused. Beings can forget love almost completely. But your task is not to create a theology in which God owns ninety percent of reality and darkness owns the remaining ten. There is one field of existence. There is one Source of being. This is why love is ultimately stronger, not as a sentimental slogan but because separation has no independent creative foundation from which to sustain itself forever. And when you truly begin to understand this, something loosens inside you. You stop needing somebody else to remain evil in order for you to remain good. You no longer derive identity from opposition. You are Light because of what you are aligned with, not because there is somebody available for you to hate. This is an enormous maturation for the Light Community. Some of you have lived for years in reaction to darkness. We are inviting you to live in expression of the One. Reaction requires the enemy to move first. Expression originates from within. That is why it is freer.
There is also something we must say about the amount of teaching many of you already possess. You have enough. We do not mean there is nothing more in the Universe to learn. There is infinitely more. We mean that many of you already possess enough spiritual instruction to begin living very differently today. Another thousand channelings are not required before you can meditate. Another whistleblower is not required before you can forgive somebody. Another revelation is not required before you can stop feeding an addiction. Another date is not required before you can create community. Another cosmic energy update is not required before you can tell the truth. Another message from us is not required before you can spend ten minutes in silence with Prime Creator tomorrow morning. There comes a point where consuming teachings becomes a way of postponing embodiment. You feel spiritually active because you are continually learning about spirituality. But information about water does not make you wet. At some point you must enter. This is the unique pocket you are in now. The accumulated teachings are enormous. The Light Community does not suffer primarily from a lack of concepts. It suffers from an embodiment gap. You know about presence. Practice it. You know about forgiveness. Attempt it. You know about sovereignty. Stop handing your emotional state to every headline. You know about Oneness. Look for the One in the next difficult person. You know about service. Find someone to help. You know about the ground crew. Put your feet on the ground and become useful. And yes, enjoy the revelations when they come. Enjoy the skies. Enjoy the technology. Celebrate truthful disclosure. We are not asking you to become uninterested in the extraordinary Universe of which you are part. We are asking you to put it in its proper order. God first. Soul second. Embodiment next. Information after that. When the order is reversed, you drown in information while starving for Presence. When the order is restored, information becomes enjoyable without becoming necessary for your spiritual stability.
So my Brothers and Sisters, we leave you with a challenge and a fun one! We give it to you because we know who you are beyond the personality reading these words. For a little while, live as though nothing is coming to save you. Live as though nobody will prove your beliefs. Live as though the White Hats, the files, the announcements, the technologies and even our ships have all been removed from your future. Then do not fall into despair. Go deeper. Find what cannot be removed. Find the consciousness that is aware of the disappointment. Find the soul beneath the story. Find the silent presence behind the mind. Find Prime Creator not at the end of history but here, now, expressing as the life that you are. And from there, begin again. Walk outside and recognize the same One in a tree. Look at your partner and recognize the One. Look at the stranger. Look at the sleeping humanity you have sometimes judged so harshly. Look even at those whose behavior you oppose and refuse to surrender the spiritual truth merely because the personality has forgotten it. Gather with two or three people and practice this until something real begins to happen between you. Build things. Help people. Make your communities gentler. Become less governable by fear and more available to love. Teach your physical containers that silence is safe. Teach your mind that it does not need a new revelation every hour. Teach your body that it is not a prison but an instrument through which soul has chosen to serve. And then, if Disclosure unfolds in great measure, you will meet it standing rather than kneeling. If extraordinary technology arrives, you will use it rather than worship it. If we become openly visible to the whole of your world, you will greet family rather than saviors. And if all of that takes longer than you hoped, your life will not have been wasted waiting for the future. You will already have become what the future required. This is the freedom we want for you. Not freedom given by a faction. Not freedom announced by a government. Not freedom delivered in a machine. Freedom that becomes structurally present in consciousness because the human being remembers it is soul, and the soul remembers it has never existed outside the One.
