Hello dear hearts of Gaia, I am Minayah and we come to join in communion with you all. Integrity is one of the most powerful spiritual qualities that a starseed or a lightworker can embody, as it is the quality that carries a whole soul into ordinary days and keeps it whole there, through crowded weeks and tired evenings and every moment when the easier path calls out to you. Wholeness is the very first meaning of the word, which comes from the same ancient source that gives you integer, a whole number, a number still in one piece, and a person of integrity is exactly that: one whole number, the same person in the meeting and in the kitchen, the same person on the day a promise is made and on the day that promise comes due. Being true carries a double gift in your language, for the word true once meant faithful and loyal, a person whose word could be leaned upon, and your builders still use that very word for a wall that stands perfectly upright, a wall built true, checked against the plumb line, the small weight of lead on a string that hangs toward the centre of the Earth and shows every builder exactly where upright is. A faithful person and an upright wall share one word for good reason, as both are aligned with something that stays fixed, and both stand for a very long time. The mason trusts the line and the wall endures; the faithful one trusts the divine order beneath all things and their life endures in exactly the same way. Integrity, then, is wholeness carried through time, the quiet agreement between who you were on the Monday you gave your word and who you are on the Friday when that word must be kept. This is the natural next step after worth, for a soul that knows its worth is ready to be trusted, and a soul that can be trusted is ready for the fifth density. When there has been SO MUCH deception, deceit and lack of integrity by those who you have placed as your leaders for so long, the foundation of New Earth communities must be built on trust. Trust is built by doing what you said you were going to do over and over again, creating reliability among your human peers. It is created in other ways, but this is the fastest way to align yourself with Universal energies and laws.

Integrity carries a vibration all of its own, and that vibration is at its strongest when your value system is anchored in divine principles, in love, in truth, in reverence for every life, in service to the One who moves through all beings, for values anchored in passing preference shift whenever the preference shifts, while values anchored in the Creator hold steady through every change in the weather of your feelings. Aligned beings are magnetic in exactly the way iron is magnetic. Every piece of iron holds countless tiny regions, each carrying its own small pull, and for as long as those regions point in scattered directions the iron lies inert, yet the moment they turn to point the same way, the very same iron, with the same weight and the same substance, draws iron to itself. The alignment is the magnet. A human being works in just this way, as your intentions, your words, your agreements and your actions are those countless small regions, and when they point in a hundred directions your being carries a hundred small pulls that cancel one another out, while when they point one way, toward the divine principles you have chosen to live by, your whole being carries a single steady pull that the universe can feel from a very great distance. Heat scrambles that alignment in iron, and a magnet raised past a certain temperature sees its regions tumble back into scattered directions and its pull fade away. Emotional heat does the same to a human life, and a being who lets every rush of feeling rearrange their commitments keeps scattering the very alignment that would draw toward them everything they have asked for. The universe you live within is magnetic by nature, responsive at every moment to the alignment of the beings within it, and it answers alignment with more of whatever matches it. A life whose words and deeds point the same way draws people who keep their word, opportunities that hold their shape, and truths that stay true when they arrive. Integrity feels so quiet and so strong in the body for this reason. A settledness comes over a person who has done what they said they would do, a sense of rightness in the chest and the belly, and that settledness is the felt experience of aligned parts. Your body knows it, your soul knows it, and the magnetic universe knows it too, and it begins to respond in kind.

‘Making your handshake your bond’ as some have spoken of Earth, is one of the clearest ways you have of telling the magnetic universe that you are ready to receive the ‘Truth’. It creates consistency and trust with the Universe and not to mention, other humans around you. The clasped right hand has carried the weight of a promise on your world for thousands of years, and one of your oldest carvings of two people joining hands was cut in stone nearly three thousand years ago to seal an alliance between two kings, while some of your ancient peoples held that the very spirit of good faith lived in the right hand, so that the priests who honoured it wrapped their right hands in white cloth to keep the seat of faith clean. Your body remembers all of this. A handshake is a prayer the body makes, saying, “My hand carries no harm toward you, and my word now rests in yours,” and when your word stands behind the handshake, the prayer is answered in the world. Bond and bind are one word at their origin in your language, and an obligation is, in its oldest form, a binding toward another person, so that to give your word is to tie a living thread between yourself and someone else, and between this moment and the hour when the word comes due. Every thread of this kind is held within the law of cause and effect, which we know as The Binding, the law that holds every cause to its effect and every word to its return, perfectly, impartially and on time. Truth is entrusted to those who keep it, and here lies the deeper reason integrity opens the way to truth. A being who keeps faith with small truths, the arrival time, the returned call, the finished task, the promise made to a child, is showing the universe that they can hold a larger truth without bending it, and so larger truths begin to arrive: clearer guidance, cleaner revelation, an inner knowing that holds steady when it is tested. Creative power follows the very same law. When a person is fully established in truthfulness, the fruits of their actions follow their word and what they say comes to pass, and in the higher densities this is simply how life works, for the distance between an intention and its appearing grows very short there. The creative power of a word is handed only to those whose word can be trusted to stay whole, and the universe, which loves you, hands it to you exactly as quickly as you are able to keep it.

Humanity is passing through an elevated-sounding phase of thinking in which being in the flow has come to mean that a plan made with another person can be changed at the last minute whenever the feeling around it changes, and many starseeds and lightworkers have taken this on with completely sincere hearts. You have been encouraged to trust your energy, to follow what lights you up, to honour the moment, and there is real wisdom in all of it, wisdom we honour and wish you to keep. The flow of a whole being has always carried integrity at its centre. Moving with what calls you and keeping faith with the people your movement touches are a single motion, and a teaching about flow that leaves integrity out of it is half a teaching dressed as the whole. Being in the flow, being guided by the Creator, moving with the light from one moment to the next, belongs to you completely in the hours that are yours alone. Change your walk, change your plans for an empty Sunday, follow the impulse that takes you down to the river at noon, and let the Creator rearrange your solitude as often and as freely as the Creator wishes. The moment another human being has arranged their day around your word, something new exists in the world. The agreement belongs to both of you now. It is shared ground, a small piece of co-created reality, and the other person has already begun building upon it: they have turned down other invitations, arranged care for their children, set out across a city, kept aside the one free evening of their week. Your private flow and your shared agreements stand on different ground, and wisdom lies in knowing which ground you are standing on before you move. A feeling that arrives twenty minutes before a meeting is yours to feel completely, yours to breathe with, yours to bless and allow to pass, while the agreement belongs to two. Many of you have sensed, somewhere quiet inside, that the way plans dissolve in spiritual circles carries an uneasy note, and that unease is your own integrity speaking to you. Listen to it. It is the soul reminding the personality that guidance from the Creator and care for another human being have always travelled together, and that the Creator’s guidance arrives with care for every person it touches.

On the human level, a last-minute cancellation made on the strength of a mood carries a very plain message to the person receiving it: “Your time matters less than my state of mind; I am moving what I want to do, and you must move too.” Please know our hearts as we say; this is the height of spiritual arrogance and spiritual ignorance, and we say it with great love and with great clarity: it must stop for every one of you who wishes to move into the higher densities. Time is the most precious gift a soul receives when it takes a body, for an incarnation is counted in hours, and every hour another person sets aside for you is a portion of their one life on Earth placed into your hands. Hand it back at the last moment and you have spent something of theirs that is gone for good. The arrogance lies in the quiet assumption that your guidance outranks their life, as though the Creator speaks through your mood and stays silent in all their preparations. The ignorance lies in forgetting that the same Creator lives in them, sitting at the café table, checking the time, glancing up each time someone walks in. This touches the prime laws of the universe directly. Every being’s free will is sovereign, and a promise received is a choice another person has made on the strength of your word, so to dissolve it on a feeling is to reach into their free will and rearrange it without their consent. All beings are One, and whatever you do to another person’s time you do to the shared life you are part of. The Binding holds every cause to its effect, and so a being who breaks their word to others comes, sooner or later, to live in a world where words are broken to them, where plans fall through and promises arrive hollow, and they wonder why. The oldest guardianship of agreements on your world held a promise sacred whether it was made to a friend or to a stranger, to someone admired or someone found difficult, and taught that a single broken agreement harmed the whole land. Trust is the medium through which the fifth density is built between people, and every agreement kept after it has grown inconvenient strengthens that medium for all of you, while every agreement broken lightly thins it, and the whole of humanity feels the thinning.

Your emotions are sacred guidance about where your focus is resting, given to you to show you how to turn your attention, and so a heaviness that arrives an hour before you are due to meet a friend is telling you something about your focus in that hour and very little about the plan itself. Ask yourself in reflection time; are you showing up to ‘serve’ or to ‘get’? Turn the focus and keep the plan. Breathe, remember why you agreed, picture the person who is already on their way to you, and notice how often the heaviness lifts on the journey there and how often you travel home glad that you went. A plumb line moving in the wind swings from side to side and gives a false reading on every swing, and every builder knows to wait for the line to settle before trusting anything it shows. A decision made in a gust of feeling is a reading taken from a swinging line, and the wise course is to wait until the line hangs still. Much of what speaks as “it doesn’t feel right” an hour before an agreement is tiredness, nerves, the pull of comfort, or the mind’s old habit of guarding itself against the unfamiliar. The true inner knowing carries a different quality altogether: it is calm and clear, it tends to arrive when you are first asked, and it stays the same whether you are rested or weary. Integrity includes the honest changing of an agreement when something genuine has shifted, for illness comes, a child needs you, a true emergency arrives, or a clear knowing stands steady over several days. In those moments a person of integrity tells the other as early as they possibly can, acknowledges plainly what the change costs the other person, offers to make it right, and then keeps the new word they have given, and in this way a word is honoured even when its first form has to change. The simplest integrity of all lives in the moment of agreeing. Give fewer words, and let every word you give be load-bearing, ready to carry its weight all the way to the end. A life with five agreements that are all kept stands far stronger than a life with fifty that are kept whenever the mood allows. This is the turning the higher densities are asking of you now, and every one of you can make it today, beginning with the next plan you make and the next one you are tempted to drop.

Once you move up in consciousness, you begin to see that the universe is guided by divine laws, and that these laws are unbreakable, set in motion by the Creator and kept by the Creator at every instant. The sun comes up every morning. Imagine if it said, “I don’t feel like coming up today, it doesn’t feel right,” and imagine your world on that morning, the cold arriving, the plants waiting, every creature that has trusted the warmth since the first day of life on your planet finding that the one thing it had always relied upon had changed its mind. The sun keeps its hour, and every seed in the soil and every living thing that wakes to its warmth has built a whole life on that faithfulness. Gravity keeps its word in exactly the same way. The small lead weight on the mason’s line hangs toward the centre of the Earth in every country and every century, and the builders of your great ancient monuments trusted it as completely as the person building a garden wall this morning, and every true line, wherever it hangs, points toward the very same centre. Creation keeps its word at the smallest scales as well, for your scientists have found that light travels at the same speed for every observer however fast that observer is moving, and that the forces holding each atom together are set so precisely that a small shift in them would darken the stars and loosen every body into dust. Every atom in your hand is a promise being kept as you read these words. Creation keeps its word even to those who are no longer present to see it: your astronomers once calculated that a comet would return to your skies decades in the future, and the man who made the calculation passed from your world years before the night it was due, and on that night the comet arrived exactly as he had said, keeping its appointment with a world he had already left. Integrity at the scale of creation looks like this, faithful whether anyone is watching, faithful to those who have gone, faithful when the keeping brings no applause at all. When you start to align yourself to integrity, especially doing what you said you were going to do, you move into alignment with these laws, and you begin to live the way the sun lives and the atom lives, as one more part of creation that can be counted on.

Truthful speech and the order of the heavens were one thing to your earliest peoples. In some of the oldest hymns on your planet, the morning light was praised for coming each day to its appointed place, keeping to the great order of the cosmos, and the very same word that named that cosmic order also named truthfulness between people, so that a person who kept their word was understood to be walking in step with the stars. The keeping of agreements was given the highest guardian imaginable in another ancient land, a guardian pictured cresting the eastern mountains ahead of the sun each morning, so that the watcher over every promise and the bringer of the day travelled the sky together. Human integrity and the order of the cosmos were woven of one thread for a whole civilisation along one of your great rivers, who held that a life lived in truth helped keep the world in its order, the same order that brought the sun back each day, and who pictured the heart being weighed against truth itself at the close of a life. Truth stands on its own, and one of your oldest alphabets shows it, for the word for truth is written there with letters that stand on broad, steady feet, while the word for falsehood is written with letters balanced on single points, as though the alphabet itself knew that a truth stands up by itself while a lie must be propped up moment after moment. The word you still speak at the close of your prayers comes from that same tongue, from a word meaning firm, steady and reliable, the same family of words that gives faith and truth. Every one of these peoples saw what we see from where we stand. The Creator is utterly faithful, and creation is the Creator’s word kept at every instant; the universe stays in being as its Source keeps holding it there without a single day away. The Binding belongs to that faithfulness, returning every cause to the one who set it in motion with perfect timing and perfect fairness, so that a being who lives with integrity finds themselves inside a world that keeps its word to them, where agreements arrive whole, help comes on time, and the people who gather close are people of their word. The Binding is the same law for everyone, and it holds those who keep faith with it as gently as a hand holds something it treasures.

Life begins to move differently around you once you align with these laws, for timing starts to fall into place, the right conversation arrives on the right afternoon, delays clear without effort, and you notice that the universe seems to be keeping its appointments with you as faithfully as you keep yours with others, which is The Binding answering like with like. The most reliable maps of awakening that your world has kept all begin at the same place, and the oldest paths of meditation on your planet set truthfulness and right conduct as the very first steps, before the breath, before the posture, before any sitting at all, as the ground on which stillness and insight can stand. Integrity comes first on every true path, and it comes first on the path into the fifth density as well. The fifth density is a more lawful place than the third, more faithful and more reliable in every part, and that reliability is exactly what makes its great freedom safe for everyone who lives there. Beings in the higher densities perceive one another’s thoughts and intentions directly, and so what is meant and what is shown are one and the same, visible to all, and integrity is simply the native manner of beings who live in full view of one another. Practising it now, on Earth, in your small agreements, is learning the customs of your future home before you arrive there. A being who keeps two faces, one for the moment a promise is made and another for the moment it comes due, carries two frequencies at once, and the fifth density is a world of single frequencies, whole numbers all of them, beings whose word and thought and deed move as one. Many of you have been asking us why the shift you can feel so close seems to hover just out of reach, and we answer you with love: look at your agreements. The keeping of your word is one of the most direct and practical steps into 5D available to a human being, more direct than many of the practices you have been searching for, and it is open to every one of you this very day, at no cost, in the next promise you make. Integrity is a spiritual quality, and every soul who reaches 5D arrives there carrying it, kept word by kept word, all the way in.

We suggest that it is EXTREMELY important at this time for every starseed and lightworker to create a spiritual core value system, written down, held close and lived. A mason hangs the plumb line before the first stone is laid and checks every course against it as the wall rises, and a life built without a declared line tends to rise in whatever direction the day happens to push it. Your core values are your line. Begin with your top five, the five principles you stand for above all others, chosen from the divine qualities you most wish to carry into the world, such as truth, love, presence, reverence, courage, generosity, freedom, devotion, gentleness and faithfulness, or whichever five words feel like your own soul speaking when you read them back to yourself. Let each value be anchored in something higher than preference. A value is anchored in the divine when you can feel the Creator holding it with you, when it would remain true for you if you were the last person on Earth, and when it would remain worth keeping on the day that keeping it costs you something you want. Give each value a single sentence that shows what it looks like in your hands, in your mouth and in your diary, so that truth might read, I say what is so, kindly and on time, and reverence might read, I treat every person’s time as sacred, and generosity might read, I give from fullness, and I give what I promised. A value with a sentence can be lived on an ordinary Wednesday, in a queue at the shops, in the middle of a difficult phone call, while a value without one tends to stay a lovely idea on a page. Your values are discoveries more than inventions. They are already present and complete at the centre of you, beneath every opinion you have ever held and every role you have ever played, and writing them down is the act of bringing them up into the light of the page where your human eyes can see them. Most of you will recognise your values the moment you write them, with a small, warm feeling of recognition, as though the hand already knew the words before the mind arrived at them. Trust that feeling. It is the sign that what you have written was waiting there all along.

Beside your five values, write what you stand for in one plain sentence, and beneath it write your prime mission as a lightworker, the work you came here to do, said as simply as you can say it. Perhaps it is to bring peace into every room you enter, to raise children who trust their own hearts, to heal, to teach, to build, to make things that lift the spirit, or to carry truth into places that have gone without it for a very long time. Then name your non-negotiables, the lines you hold whatever the reward and whoever is asking, the values so central to you that breaking them would cost you more than anything the breaking could ever gain. Your non-negotiables are for your own spine, a gift you give yourself, and they quietly protect everyone around you as well, for the people in your life can rest in knowing exactly where you stand. Then turn to your relationships, the place where integrity is tested most often and most tenderly, and ask yourself, what are my top three core values around human relationships? Write them down with care. Perhaps honesty, so that the people you love always know where they stand with you. Perhaps reliability, so that your word to a friend is as solid as a stone step. Perhaps respect for time, so that every hour another person gives you is received as the gift it is. Perhaps tenderness, or loyalty, or the courage to say the difficult thing gently and early. Let each of your three carry its sentence as well: When I say I will be there, I am there. When something changes, you hear it from me first and you hear it early. I listen to you as though your life matters, for it does. Many of you will find that at least one of your three concerns time, and this is well worth noticing, for time is where most integrity is quietly lost on your world, in the late arrival, the forgotten reply, the plan moved at the last moment, the promise to call that drifts into next week. A value about time placed at the centre of your relationships will strengthen everything else you hold, and the people around you will feel the difference within a single season.

Physically write these out in a journal, by hand, with a pen, and watch what happens when you commit the pen to paper. The hand that writes your values is the same hand you offer to another person when you give your word, and the act of writing draws the whole of you into the agreement, the body, the breath, the eyes, the slow movement of ink across the page, in a way that thinking alone only begins to reach. Your peoples have sealed their most important agreements in writing for thousands of years, and a signature at the foot of a page has always meant this is mine, and I stand behind it. Writing your values is signing an agreement between your human self and your soul, witnessed by the Creator, and The Binding receives it as surely as it receives any promise you make to another. Expect your page to be tested, and expect the testing to come soon, often within days. A situation will arrive that asks, quite gently, whether you meant what you wrote: an invitation that would cost you one of your values, a moment when honesty is inconvenient, a plan you would quite like to drop. Welcome these moments as they come. They are the universe taking your signature seriously, and each one you meet with integrity sets the value deeper into your life, until it holds without any effort at all. Alongside your written page, give yourself one small daily appointment and keep it to the minute. Choose something simple, a glass of water drunk slowly at noon, a short walk at five, three minutes of silence before your evening meal, and do it at exactly that time every day for a month. This small promise kept to yourself trains the muscle of integrity in the most direct way a human being has, and within a few weeks you will notice that your word feels heavier in your own mouth, more solid, more fully yours. Self-trust grows from the promises you keep to yourself, and all outer trust grows from self-trust. A being who can count on themselves at noon each day can be counted on by the world, and the world, sensing it, begins to bring that being more and more to be trusted with.

Before you write a single value, take a short meditation; values written from a busy mind are written by the mood of the day, while values written from stillness are written by the soul, and you will be anchored far more deeply in presence for every word that follows. The plumb line must hang still before it reads true, and so must you. Choose a quiet time and a quiet place, and let the practice be simple. Sit with both feet resting on the floor and your back comfortably upright, with your journal and pen beside you within easy reach. Close your eyes and allow your breath to slow by itself, without any forcing, until each out-breath is a little longer than the in-breath before it. Let your attention settle into the quiet that is always present behind your thoughts, the steady stillness that was there before this day began and will be there long after it ends. Invite the Presence of the Creator to go ahead of you onto the page, so that what you write comes from that Presence and through your hand. Then ask, silently, three questions, leaving a long and unhurried pause after each one: What do I stand for when no one is watching? What did I come here to do? Who do I wish to be to the people I love? Wait for the first calm answer. The calm answers are the true ones; they arrive quietly, often as a single word or a simple picture, and they carry a feeling of recognition. The anxious answers belong to the mind, and they arrive quickly and loudly, full of what others expect of you, and you can let those pass like traffic heard from a distant road. When you feel settled, open your eyes slowly, take up the pen and write without stopping to edit, letting the soul’s words come first and leaving the mind’s tidying for later. Date the page. Then rest your hand on what you have written for one more breath and feel the agreement you have just made with yourself. You can return to this stillness before every important agreement you make for the rest of your life, and it will ask only a few minutes of you each time, minutes that will save you a great many hours.

Once your values are written, take an honest self-assessment in the same gentle spirit as the stillness that came before it. Hold your plumb line against the wall of your life as it stands today and simply look at where it leans. The line shows the builder where the wall has drifted, the builder adjusts the next course of stones, and the whole process is as calm as the line itself. Look first for the places where you violate your own values to please another person: the agreement you gave while your whole body was saying something else, the silence you kept to keep the peace, the hours you lent and resented lending, the opinion you swallowed so that you would be liked. Pleasing another at the cost of your values misleads two people at once, for the other believes they are receiving your true answer, and so returning to your values is a kindness to them as well as to you. Look next for the places where you bend a value to make something work, the arrangement, the relationship or the opportunity that only holds together for as long as you keep handing over small pieces of yourself to hold it. Anything that can only survive on pieces of you has set its price far too high. Look also at the promises you make to yourself and break, for every broken promise to yourself teaches your body to stop believing your word, and look honestly at the agreements with others that you have broken lightly. Then begin the correction, one course of stones at a time. Where you have let someone down, go back to them, acknowledge it simply, and make it right where you can, for this single act clears more density from a human life than many weeks of meditation. Where you have been agreeing to please, practise giving the true answer kindly and early. Where you have been bending to make something work, allow it either to hold its shape with your values intact or to leave your life with your blessing. It is time to stop violating your core values, dear hearts. You wrote them in stillness with the Creator present, and they are yours to keep, and every course you lay true from this day forward will stand.

Your inner life grows quieter as you live this way, for every kept word is one less unfinished thing calling to you in the night, and your body softens into the settledness of aligned parts. People who keep their word begin to find you, those who prefer looser agreements drift gently toward other company, and the circle around you grows steadier with every month. Opportunities arrive that hold their shape, and your word begins to carry weight in rooms you have yet to enter, as people speak of you as someone who does exactly what they say. Guidance grows clearer and more constant, truth arrives and stays true, and you begin to notice that you have been trusted with more: more knowing, more creative power, more of the Creator’s own steadiness moving through your days. This is the magnetic universe answering a being whose many parts now point one way. Integrity is a spiritual quality of the highest order, and it is the way every soul enters 5D, for the fifth density is a world of beings whose word and thought and deed move as one, and you are learning that movement now, on Earth, in the small agreements of your ordinary days. Every kept word is a stone laid true. Every honoured agreement is a course of stones checked against the line. Every value lived is the wall rising straight and strong, and a wall built this way stands for a very long time, sheltering everyone who comes to rest beside it, while the fifth density, which has waited for you with great patience, begins to feel close enough to touch. We see you building, dear hearts. We see the kept appointments and the early phone calls and the honest answers given gently, we see how much some of them have asked of you, and we honour every single one. The Creator keeps faith with you at every moment of your life; the sun will come up for you tomorrow exactly on time; the atoms of your body are keeping their promises even as you take in these words. Keep yours. Make your handshake your bond and your word your gift, and let the whole of creation find in you one more being it can count on. We are with you in every agreement you keep, and we keep our word to you as faithfully as the stars keep theirs: we are here, we are close, and we stay. We love you, we love you… we LOVE you! I am Minayah, of the Pleiadian and Sirian gathering of Light.
