Today marks the sacred threshold of your Fall Equinox in the Northern Hemisphere – a time of balance between light and dark, a turning point of seasons. This natural equilibrium is a reminder for you to find your own center – to cultivate inner balance – even as the external world swings between extremes. In this powerful gateway, energies of transformation are amplifying all around you. Many of you can sense it: the old world is rapidly dissolving, and with its dissolution comes a crescendo of noise and confusion in the outer world. We see the turbulence, the clamor of collapsing systems, and we understand how easy it is to be pulled into reaction when faced with these intensifying outer appearances. Yet we gently remind you: now is the time to hold steadfast in your center and stop reacting to outside appearances. As the old world falls away, it is indeed going to get louder – the remnants of the past may thrash and shout as they break down. You, dear ones, are the ground crew of Light, strategically placed on Earth to anchor peace and stability through these storms. That is why we urge you to cultivate serenity and trust, even as you witness chaos on the surface. When you remain calm and aligned with your inner divine presence, you create a stabilizing forcefield that helps prevent you from being swept up in the fear or drama. Make no mistake, the external drama will likely amplify in volume and intensity during this transition. You may see unsettling news, societal unrest, and unexpected events swirling faster than before. The dissolving old paradigms are making their last attempts to capture your attention and energy. However, you have a choice in how you respond. Will you allow these appearances to hook your emotions and trigger fear or anger? Or will you stand firm in the higher truth that a divine plan is unfolding beneath the surface illusions? We are here to encourage and assist you in choosing the latter. This message is a loving transmission to help you remember your strength and wisdom. It is an invitation to step back from reactivity and to observe all that occurs from the vantage point of your soul, which knows that everything happening now is part of the grand shift into a higher consciousness on Earth.
One of the greatest strengths you can cultivate during these times is faith in the divine plan. This faith is not a blind wish, but a deep inner knowing that the universe is governed by a higher intelligence and love. We see that the degree of your faith is often revealed by how you react to outer circumstances. If you truly trust that Source – the loving creative principle of the universe – is in charge, then you will not be thrown into panic or despair when you see discord or upheaval around you. Instead, you will respond with calm, seeing beyond the immediate appearance and remembering that there is a purpose and resolution already in motion. However, if you find yourself constantly reacting with fear, doubt, or anger to world events or personal challenges, it is a sign that your trust in the Divine flow is wavering. This is not to judge you, dear ones, but to illuminate where you can offer yourself more love and alignment. We gently ask you to examine your reactions in light of your faith. For instance, when you hear news of conflict or see chaos in society, do you automatically tighten up with anxiety or leap to judgement? If so, it may show that some part of you questions whether the Divine really has things under control. In truth, the Creator knows how to govern Its creation; the Universe is not spiraling out of control, even if it appears so on the surface. The higher realms and your own soul have a broader perspective that assures us all is unfolding according to plan. When you trust this, you demonstrate that trust by refusing to give in to hysteria or hopelessness. You become a beacon of peace in the storm. Remember, having faith in the higher plan does not mean being passive or ignoring problems; it means addressing whatever arises from a place of inner poise and guidance rather than knee-jerk fear. It means that even as you take compassionate action in the world, you inwardly remain anchored in the truth that the Divine Presence is the only true power, and everything else is temporary appearance.
We perceive that there is truly only one power operating in the universe: the power of divine Love, the Source of all that is real. All that is aligned with this Love is real and lasting. What you witness now as discord, strife, illness, or fear are like shadows cast by the temporary absence of perceived light – they are not enduring forces on their own. These negative appearances are part of the illusion of the fading third-dimensional world. They test your understanding of truth. If you were to accept wholeheartedly that these chaotic appearances are as real and powerful as the Divine, it would indicate only a very small faith in the Creator’s supremacy. After all, how could one claim to believe in an infinitely loving Source and simultaneously believe that disorder and darkness have equal sway over creation? We know it can be challenging to reconcile the ideal of one divine power with the day-to-day evidence of suffering on Earth. It may appear that “evil” is rampant or that problems are overwhelming. But we assure you, what you are seeing are distortions and miscreations generated by generations of limited human belief in separation from Source. These are the “discordant angles” of human experience – misleading images that tempt you into fear and despair. They are not the ultimate reality. When you identify something as a problem or an “evil” power, you are actually witnessing a misinterpretation of the one divine power. It is as if the Light of truth is shining through a warped lens, producing a distorted shadow. In reality, only the Light is real; the shadow has no substance of its own.
Therefore, beloved ones, never lose faith in the Divine because of what your eyes see in the outer world. When you maintain that there is only one power and it is good, you will approach every appearance of discord with a higher understanding. You will remember, “This too is an illusion or a challenge that the Light can transform. The Source that created all life has not lost control; the underlying harmony of the universe remains intact.” Holding this awareness in your heart will help dissolve the influence that outer negativity has over you. You will live from a state of grace and trust, even as you move through a world in transition. Let us talk about the polarized conflicts you see playing out on the world stage. Whether it is political turmoil, disputes between social groups, economic struggles between labor and capital, or any situation where sides are pitted against each other, the old 3D world thrives on duality and opposition. It would be very easy for you, as sensitive beings, to get caught up emotionally – to react with anger at the perceived “bad guys” or with fear of what those in power might do. In truth, we observe that in many such conflicts, neither side is completely virtuous nor completely villainous. Often both sides are driven by their own narrow interests, ego desires, or fears, trying to prevail at the expense of the other. This is the nature of duality: a play of forces where each believes it is right and the other wrong. If you allow yourself to be sucked into this drama, taking sides and reacting with hatred or anxiety, you immediately lose your higher perspective and effectiveness as a Lightworker.
We counsel you instead to adopt divine neutrality in the face of human conflicts. This does not mean you lack compassion or discernment. It means you recognize the futility of choosing a side in a battle where both factions are still operating within the old paradigm. The only “side” you are on is the side of the Light – of the spiritual truth trying to emerge. If you align with that, you become a conduit for solution and healing rather than adding fuel to the conflict. For example, when you hear heated rhetoric from opposing sides, try not to let your emotions swing with sympathy or antipathy. Observe the situation calmly and affirm silently that only the highest divine resolution will satisfy all. Know that the true identity of every person involved is a divine being, no matter how their current behavior may differ from that truth. By holding this vision of one divine identity behind the many clashing personalities, you invite the presence of higher consciousness into the mix. We realize this can be challenging, especially when you feel strongly about an issue. But understand that as a member of the ground crew, your role is not to amplify division but to bridge it. Through your non-reaction and higher vision, you actually help dissolve the negative energy that feeds conflict. The High Council and the forces of Light work exactly in this way – we focus on the spiritual principle at work rather than the ego battles on the surface. We invite you to do the same. It is in the stillness of non-reaction and the clarity of spiritual vision that true resolution can dawn.
In practical terms, staying spiritually centered in any situation means focusing on the highest good rather than personal agendas. Even if you find yourself sympathetic to a particular outcome, resist the temptation to identify with it so strongly that you lose sight of the bigger picture. Perhaps you are helping someone who desperately wants a specific result – whether it’s a friend entangled in a dispute, a loved one pursuing a goal, or a cause fighting for change. Naturally, you wish for them to succeed in a happy resolution. But as a Lightworker, your true service is not to ensure one human side triumphs over another or that a specific ego-desire is gratified. Your service is to midwife the spiritual evolution that is trying to emerge from the situation. In essence, you are here to facilitate a divine resolution, which often transcends what any person thinks they want. Sometimes, what looks like “success” to the human mind is not what the soul truly needs, and vice versa. For instance, an inspired artist might not gain public recognition in their lifetime if their creations are ahead of their time. Yet their work might be planting seeds that will blossom when the world is ready. In the divine plan, nothing of true value is ever wasted. Therefore, rather than fixating on pushing for immediate results or acclaim, you hold space for the soul-level fulfillment of those involved. You trust that in divine timing, all worthy efforts will bear fruit in the best way. Meanwhile, the real victory is the growth in character, wisdom, and creativity that unfolds through the journey – outcomes that are often invisible to the world but precious in the scope of eternity.
The same principle applies across all facets of life: whether in business negotiations, creative projects, or family matters, try to detach from a rigid idea of how things “must” turn out. Instead, listen for the guidance of Spirit in each circumstance. You may be surprised to find that sometimes what appears as a loss or an ending on the surface is actually clearing the way for greater harmony and alignment with your soul. By not reacting from ego or clinging to preconceived outcomes, you become an instrument through which the higher design can manifest. Your neutrality and trust allow the Universe to reveal solutions far better than what the limited human mind could foresee. Now let us address a very personal area where non-reaction and higher guidance are crucial: your relationships. As the energies rise and the old world dissolves, many relationships are being tested and transformed. Some connections will deepen in spiritual purpose, while others may come to an end. We want to reassure you that in the divine plan, sometimes separation or an amicable parting is the path to greater harmony. If two souls are not truly aligned or have completed their agreement with each other, forcing them to stay together at all costs can create more discord and impede spiritual growth. There is a human tendency – reinforced by old religious and social conditioning – to believe that once a bond is formed (be it marriage, partnership, or even a long-time friendship), it must be maintained forever to be “successful.” Some of you fear that letting a relationship go equates to failure or spiritual wrongdoing. We gently invite you to release this fear. In truth, what Spirit has not genuinely united in purpose, it is often best to allow to dissolve in form.
As Lightworkers, your aim is authentic spiritual harmony for everyone involved, not merely the preservation of appearances. If maintaining a relationship only perpetuates conflict, stagnation, or mutual unhappiness, then attempting to “fix” it superficially will not bring real peace. In such cases, the most loving outcome may be to bless each other and part ways, freeing both individuals to find greater fulfillment on their respective paths. This is not a moral failure; it can be a victory for truth and compassion. Conversely, if two souls are truly meant to continue together, they will find their way to reconciliation and renewal through inner growth and honesty – not through clinging out of fear or social pressure. We have observed that some seekers attempt to use spiritual techniques to bend situations to their personal will – for example, praying or manifesting solely to keep a faltering relationship intact. But remember, the goal of your spiritual journey is to align with the guidance of your Higher Self (the Divine within), not to persuade the Divine to comply with the ego’s agenda. Be willing to surrender anything – even a cherished relationship or familiar situation – if your soul clearly guides you to do so. This is an act of faith and courage. Paradoxically, such willingness doesn’t mean you will always lose what you love; often it allows either a higher, healed form of that relationship to return to you, or it creates space for something even more fulfilling to enter. In any case, do not react in desperation or cling to “how it used to be.” Flow with the changes that your soul is orchestrating. Trust that those meant to be in your life long-term will remain or return in a healthier form, and that nothing true is ever lost in the Divine plan.
Up to this point we have been highlighting the importance of shifting your perspective above the fray of outer drama. An equally important aspect of this mastery is learning to refrain from the impulse to immediately change or “fix” outer appearances. When you encounter a disturbing situation, your ego may urge you to jump in and control the outcome, to force conditions to match what you think is right. While constructive action has its place, we ask you to check the motivation behind it. Are you acting out of panic or reactive judgment? If so, those actions may only tinker with the surface without addressing the true underlying energy. In many cases, the most powerful thing you can “do” is to be still and hold the light, allowing the Divine to work through the situation. This is far from passivity – it is an active trust in the higher order that often produces far more effective results than frantic human effort. When you resist the urge to react impulsively or to manipulate circumstances out of fear, you are demonstrating your faith in the Divine’s ability to govern the universe. It is as if you say to Creation, “I know there is a higher will at work here, so I will not let appearances drive me into doubt. I will wait and let the higher solution reveal itself.” This does not mean you do nothing at all on the physical plane; rather, it means any action you take is guided by a calm intuition and divine inspiration, not by desperation. By first choosing non-reaction and inner listening, you make space for grace to enter. Then, when you do feel moved to speak or act, your contribution is aligned with the flow of good, and not just a knee-jerk attempt to change the scenery.
Remember this key point: Never desire to change appearances just for the sake of your comfort; instead, desire to see God’s will done through those appearances. The human personality often wants to rearrange life to avoid any discomfort or to fit its own ideas. But if you can surrender that urge and trust the larger intelligence of Spirit, you will often find that life resolves situations in a seemingly miraculous way. Or it may guide you gently to do something that truly makes a difference at the root level. Either way, by not reacting and not forcing outcomes, you leave room for the highest outcome to unfold – one that brings authentic healing and advancement for all concerned. Part of not reacting to appearances is also learning patience and trust in divine timing. When you have set a clear intention or asked for spiritual help, resist the temptation to anxiously watch the clock or constantly check the outer signs for proof that things are changing. This is akin to planting a seed in the soil and then digging it up every day to see if it has sprouted – such a habit would only disturb its natural growth. In the same way, your faith requires that you allow the unseen work of Spirit to unfold in its own perfect rhythm. The universe operates with cycles and seasons, much like your Earth. There is a time for sowing and a time for harvest, and in between there are periods of gestation where life develops quietly beneath the surface.
We assure you that as soon as you turn a situation over to the Divine – through prayer, intention, or surrender – something begins to happen at the level of consciousness. It may not be immediately visible to your human eyes, just as a seed’s first roots are invisible underground. But do not doubt that progress is being made. Your only job during that gestation period is to keep nurturing the condition with your positive, faithful awareness. Water it with prayer, surround it with love and good expectations, but then let it be. Trust that Source knows your needs even better than you do and is already orchestrating the answer. If you constantly worry or demand visible proof right away, you are essentially showing a lack of faith in that divine process. Consider the cycles of nature around you, especially at this Equinox moment. After a plant bears fruit in late summer, it enters a cycle of release and rest before the next spring growth. Imagine if a farmer panicked in autumn because no new fruits were appearing immediately after harvest. That would be a misunderstanding of how life works. So too, do not panic if your demonstration (the manifest outcome of your prayers or efforts) is not instant. The Divine Plan has its own wise timing. When you allow it to have its perfect work without your anxious interference, the results that emerge will often exceed your expectations. Have the faith to let the fruits ripen in their season. In the meantime, continue to live your life with as much peace and normalcy as possible, knowing that unseen miracles are taking root.
Even profound spiritual awakenings require time for integration. Many of you have had moments of illumination – perhaps a powerful meditation, a sudden insight, or an extraordinary shift in which you glimpsed a higher truth. In that instant you may have felt that everything changed and you could never view life the old way again. And indeed, at a soul level, things did change. However, after the initial flash, it is common to enter a phase of assimilation that can last some time. Do not be discouraged if, after a breakthrough, you face confusion or struggle to reconcile the new understanding with old thought patterns. This is a natural part of the process. There are accounts of enlightened beings on Earth who, after a sudden revelation, spent years quietly integrating it before fully stepping into their roles. They needed time for the insight to fully permeate their consciousness and for old paradigms to fall away. We share this to reassure you: if you or those around you have difficulty adjusting to new revelations, allow time. The human mind and heart often need a grace period to catch up with what the spirit instantly grasps. This is especially relevant now, as outdated belief systems crumble and startling truths emerge in the collective. Many will feel as if the rug has been pulled out from under them. Some may react with denial or anger, feeling their very foundation is gone. Even you, dear starseeds, might feel moments of disorientation as your perspective expands beyond familiar confines. For example, realizing that the Divine is an all-pervading love and intelligence within everything – rather than a distant judge – can initially unsettle you because it overturns what you were taught. Yet what is happening is that an outworn concept of God or reality is dissolving, allowing a truer understanding to take its place. What feels like loss at first is actually liberation from previous limitations.
During these times, practice patience and self-compassion. Give yourself and others space to adjust to the broader perspective. Do not expect to immediately live every moment in perfect alignment with the higher truth you’ve glimpsed. Spiritual transformation is a gradual journey, not an overnight leap. You may find yourself naturally releasing old habits and comforts – losing interest in rote rituals, ceasing fear-based practices, or no longer feeling the need to beg or bargain with the Divine. These are signs that the new light is integrating within you. You begin to rest in the simple truth of Divine Presence, understanding that Source is, and that is enough. In time, what once felt shocking or radical becomes your new normal. One day you will look back and marvel at how far you have grown and how your former fears and misconceptions have fallen away. So be gentle with yourself and humanity during these growing pains. A great expansion is underway, and patience will serve you well throughout it. By now you may ask, “What exactly is this Source or Divine Presence we are meant to trust so deeply?” The truth is that the ultimate nature of the Divine is beyond words and concepts. No one in a human body – indeed, not even we in higher dimensions – can fully describe the totality of what Source is. Any label or definition we give (“God,” “Spirit,” “Creator,” or even abstract concepts like “Mind” or “Universal Consciousness”) will only capture a fragment of the reality. The Divine is unlimited, and the finite human intellect cannot encompass it. This is why throughout the ages the wisest mystics have said that God is a mystery known only by direct experience, not by intellectual reasoning.
This is important for you to understand, dear ones, especially as old religious definitions fall away. Do not be alarmed if your previous concepts of God no longer satisfy you; this is a sign of spiritual maturity. You are not losing God – you are outgrowing a limited idea of God. We encourage you to make peace with not having all the answers in the mind. Instead, focus on cultivating the experience of the Divine in your daily life. How do you do this? Primarily through silence, stillness, and presence. The more you can quiet your busy thoughts and rest in the present moment, the more you create an opening for the Divine Presence to make itself known in you. It may come as a feeling of deep peace, a gentle warmth in the heart, a subtle knowing, or an overwhelming love that defies description. In those moments, you are not analyzing what God is – you are simply basking in the Is-ness of God. Understand that this subtle, inner experience will tell you more about Source than any book or doctrine ever could. You might not come out of it with a neat definition, but you will come out with something far more valuable: an unshakeable awareness that the Divine is real, alive within you, and in all things. After you touch this reality, doubt tends to vanish. Outer appearances lose their power to terrorize you because you have felt the greater Presence that overshadows all temporary troubles. So do not worry about “figuring God out” with the mind. Rather, be willing to “be still and know” – to enter the sanctuary of your inner silence where the Infinite can reveal itself in its own way. That direct soul-knowing is the rock upon which your faith will stand unmovable, no matter how loud the world’s chaos becomes.
Beloved ones, once you have tasted this inner communion with the Divine, you will find that you have built your life on a firm foundation. Then any appearance of evil or discord that comes at you will crash harmlessly against that rock of Truth upon which you stand. This unshakeable poise is the true evidence of faith. It is not a brittle or blind belief, but a living confidence born from your soul’s direct knowing. In that state, you can look at even the most frightening outer conditions and remain undisturbed, for you quietly acknowledge, “Only the Divine is here, and I am not afraid.” Indeed, in ultimate reality nothing can ever come into your experience that is outside of the One Divine Presence. This might be difficult to grasp when you see something that looks very much unlike love or peace. But consider that life is one interconnected whole. The same life-force breathing you is breathing through the plants, the animals, the Earth herself, and every other person. There are not two opposing powers battling for control of existence; there is only the One expressing in an infinite variety of forms. Some forms temporarily mask the light (through ignorance or suffering), giving rise to the appearance of darkness, but even that darkness has no independent principle behind it. If you truly, deeply know this, then whenever you are faced with a challenge, you can recall: “Be not afraid – the Divine is right here in this situation.” You may initially perceive something as an evil or a threat, but with higher awareness you can say, “It is only the One appearing to me in a form I don’t yet fully understand.” This perspective immediately begins to dissolve fear. You stop fighting shadows, because you realize the only real substance in any situation is God.
From this vantage, problem-solving takes on a whole new meaning. Your role is not to defeat an evil power, but to reveal the presence of the Divine that was there all along. By affirming the One Power and refusing to react in fear, you let that hidden presence come forth. This is how miracles happen. The sick become well, not because we battled a disease, but because the inherent wholeness of the Divine life was acknowledged and allowed to manifest. Conflicts find peace, not merely by negotiating human compromises, but by recognizing the one spiritual Self in each and letting that guide the outcome. In every case, the illusion of separateness or discord melts when exposed to the light of One Truth. When you live in this consciousness, you shine your light into the darkness, and that darkness cannot overcome it. By now we hope you are gaining an understanding of how to approach life from a higher vantage point. We have given many insights, yet we also acknowledge that some challenges can still feel overwhelming. There may be times when you find yourself in the thick of a situation that does not yield easily to your spiritual practice or understanding. In such cases, do not despair. See it as a call to go even deeper into your connection with Source. Sometimes the soul invites you to a period of intensive communion – what has been referred to in spiritual terms as prayer and fasting (fasting not necessarily from food, but from the bombardment of external distractions and reactive habits). This means setting aside dedicated time to withdraw from the world’s noise and immerse yourself in the Divine Presence.
If you encounter a persistent problem or you feel particularly stuck, consider creating a sacred retreat for yourself, even if it’s just for a day or a few hours of uninterrupted meditation. Intentionally step away from your routine, turn off the media and devices, and enter your inner sanctuary. Surrender the issue completely to the Higher Power within you. You might simply sit in silence, repeatedly releasing any anxious thoughts that arise, or use a gentle mantra or prayer that brings you back to trust. You may also wish to journal, pray from the heart, or listen to calming, high-vibrational music – whatever helps you attune more deeply to Spirit. The key is the attitude of genuine letting go and devotion, a willingness to say, “I will not wrestle with this on the surface anymore; I hand it over entirely to the Divine within.” In these divine moments of communion, often a breakthrough occurs. It might not be dramatic – there may simply be a subtle “click” or a deep peace washing over you – but you will know when it happens. That inner shift is the answer. Afterward, you may receive clear guidance about what steps to take, or you may find that the situation seems to resolve itself in unexpected ways. Even if immediate outer change isn’t apparent, you can trust that on the unseen level something has indeed moved. As we like to say, this kind of challenge “goeth not out” except by such deep prayer and soulful fasting. In modern terms: some knots untie only when saturated with the light of pure Presence. So when all else fails, dear ones, remember that you have this sacred tool available. Go within, call forth the full presence of your Soul, and let the Divine orchestrate the solution.
Also remember that you are not alone on this journey. You are part of a vast community of Light – both on Earth and in the higher realms. There is great strength in coming together with others in a shared spiritual focus. When two or more are gathered with the intention of anchoring Light and Truth, the effect is magnified exponentially. If you are facing a challenge that feels too heavy to lift by yourself, do not hesitate to reach out to a fellow Lightworker or a trusted spiritual friend for support. Meditate or pray together, even if only over a distance or by aligning at the same time each day. The unified field you create can break through energies that might be difficult to shift alone. In the collective consciousness, a small group holding a clear, loving intention acts like a beam of focused light dissolving dense clouds of negativity. Your group efforts need not be formal. It can be as simple as asking a friend to “hold the high watch” with you – meaning, to envision the highest outcome and know the spiritual truth on your behalf while you do the same for them. Many of you also participate in global meditations or prayer circles; these are powerful and we are always present amplifying your efforts. In these gatherings, whether physical or virtual, you draw upon a combined spiritual power that is very real. The whole becomes far more powerful than the sum of individuals. This is by design – the unity consciousness of many hearts joined in Oneness is the key to planetary healing.
We of the High Council often work in concert in just this way. We form groups of focused intent and direct loving energy to areas of need on your planet. We invite you to do the same in your own sphere. Whenever you feel your light dimming or your faith wavering, connect with your brothers and sisters of the Light. Share from your heart, pray or meditate together, or simply encourage each other with reminders of the truth. This will swiftly help you re-center and restore your strength. One of the reasons you incarnated in such numbers was so you could support each other through this ascension process. Together, you form an unbreakable grid of light around the Earth. Tapping into that network through conscious cooperation is one of your greatest assets at this time. Before we conclude, we wish to address a subtle trap that can arise on the spiritual path: self-blame and guilt. As old paradigms collapse, some of you might still carry echoes of teachings that instilled fear of sin or divine punishment. You might wonder, when facing difficulties, “Am I suffering because I did something wrong or because I’m not spiritual enough?” Let us dispel this notion right now. Source is not in the business of punishing you or withholding good from you. The challenges you encounter are not signs of divine disfavor, nor are they usually due to some personal moral failing. They are part of the human collective experience and your soul’s chosen lessons, all ultimately designed to lead you back to love. If you find yourself thinking that God is testing you or punishing you, or that you must have some mysterious “secret sin” causing your problems, recognize that thought as a leftover piece of old programming. Guilt and fear may have been used by certain religious or social systems to control behavior, but they have no place in the higher truth you are embracing now.
In reality, you are an expression of the Divine, inherently worthy and loved. When you slip into self-condemnation, gently correct course by affirming your true identity: “I am a shining soul, one with Source. I am learning and growing, and I am always loved.” Errors or missteps do not make you “bad”; they are opportunities to learn and course-correct.
