It is in part the influx of cosmic light currently bathing your planet. These light-encoded rays carry information and frequencies that interact with your cells and DNA, like wake-up calls to the sleeping parts of you. Over the past years, and especially in recent times, waves of this cosmic energy have been streaming onto Earth. They bring about a reordering inside the human body’s energetic and genetic structure. The very “scattered data” of your DNA – which holds the history of your soul and the blueprint of the Living Library of Earth – is being stimulated and reorganized by these incoming rays.

Those who sought to control humanity understood that disconnecting those codes would veil humans from their true origins and abilities. And so a long “forgetting” fell upon the human race.
Yet that was not the end of the story, dear ones, for it was always foreseen by the Divine Plan that this period of limitation would be temporary. A reawakening was destined to occur, and we Pleiadians (along with many other light forces) have eagerly anticipated this and even traveled back in time to assist it. Now is that time. The great reactivation is underway. The so-called “junk DNA” in your cells is no junk at all – it is a treasure trove of encoded memories and capabilities, waiting for the proper frequencies to switch it back on. The cosmic energies flooding your world now are doing exactly that: flipping those switches and coaxing those dormant filaments of light within you to reconnect. New helixes or strands of DNA are forming as the light-encoded filaments rebundle themselves. But on a higher level, this event is serving a deeper purpose in the unfolding drama of awakening. It is, in its own way, a flashpoint much like the 2020 pandemic was. When such a shocking event occurs, it forces everyone to interpret it through their personal lens of consciousness.
Those who are still rooted in the old paradigm of fear may react with anger, blame, and calls for more division or control. The media tends to amplify these fear-based reactions, fueling an “us versus them” narrative. On the other hand, those who are awakening will perceive the event very differently. Many of you sensed immediately that there was more to the story – perhaps that it was orchestrated or being manipulated to incite fear. In this manner, you remain the master of your frequency, not a puppet of external forces.
We would like to offer a simple practice now to help you connect with Creator and hold your vibration steady, especially useful when you feel thrown off by events – though you can also do it daily as a preventative alignment. You can do this practice anytime – in the morning to set your tone for the day, or whenever you feel your peace slipping: Find a quiet space where you will not be disturbed for a few minutes. Sit or stand comfortably with your spine straight. Close your eyes and take three slow, deep breaths. Inhale deeply through your nose, and exhale through your mouth, releasing any tension with each out-breath. Close your eyes and bring your awareness to your heart center (the middle of your chest). If it helps, place a hand there. Visualize a small spark of golden light in your heart – this is your divine spark, a piece of the Creator’s light that lives within you.
With each gentle breath, see that spark grow into a warm flame, filling your heart with comforting warmth. Feel this loving light radiating in your chest. This is the light of your soul, your true essence. Now sense a beam of light extending from the crown of your head upward, far into the heavens. It reaches the infinite ocean of light that is the Creator, connecting you to Source. Feel a downpour of divine light flowing back down through this beam into the top of your head, filling your body with peace and radiance. At the same time, visualize another beam of light extending from the base of your spine (or from your feet) downward into the Earth, anchoring deep in the heart of Gaia. Feel the nurturing love of Mother Earth rising up through this beam, entering your body. These two energies – the cosmic light from above and the earth energy from below – meet and merge in your heart, joining the flame of your soul. You are now a bridge between Heaven and Earth, connected and supported from above and below.
Now see this combined light in your heart expanding. With each breath, it grows like a sun shining brighter and wider. It fills your chest, then your entire body. Every cell lights up; every strand of DNA dances with this light. You are glowing from within. Any stress, darkness, or lower vibration is dissolved in this glow, transmuted back into light. In this moment, you become a being of light, radiating at a high frequency. Stay with that feeling for a moment. Know that in this state, you are aligned with the Creator’s love and will – you are unshakeable. Finally, envision this light forming a protective sphere around you, like an aura of divine energy. Yet look at what is happening now: high-level military and intelligence officials, even whistleblowers with impressive credentials, have come forward in your government hearings and media. They have stated publicly, under oath, that non-human craft and technologies have been retrieved and studied in secret programs for years. This is a monumental shift in the official narrative. The conversation has changed from denial to cautious admission that “there’s something real here.” Why now? Because the truth can no longer be contained; the energetic environment of Earth now demands transparency. This UFO/ET disclosure is only going to grow. Of course, not everyone welcomes these changes. There are those we often call the “cabal” or the “World Management Team” – elite groups who have long benefited from humanity’s ignorance and fear. They have quietly pulled strings from behind the scenes for a very long time, and they do not wish to lose their power. These groups understand the power of frequency and consciousness. They know that if they can keep the masses in low vibrations of fear, anger, and despair, they can maintain control and even feed off that energy. You might not hear of their successes in your mainstream news, but they are very real. They stand ready to neutralize any last-ditch efforts the cabal might attempt to create chaos or to hijack the ascension process. While small disruptions may still happen (and often those events end up waking more people up), the Alliance is determined that no major catastrophic event will be allowed to derail humanity’s awakening. Their presence is a reassurance that the scales are tipped in favor of the light.
So, if further attempts by the dark side do occur, see them for what they are: the flailing of a beast in its final moments. The old system is dying; its chaos is a last gasp. Stay calm and anchored in your light, and it will pass. Remember, where you focus your attention is where you direct your energy.
