Dear brothers and sisters of planet Earth! I am Ashtar and I come to be with you at this time, in these moments, as a friend, as a brother, as one who watches over your skies, yes, but more importantly, as one who watches over your hearts, because it is the heart that has always been the true command center of your world. And I speak now not only to humanity as a whole, but directly to you, dear Starseeds and Lightworkers, boots on the ground, the ones who have carried a quiet knowing through long nights, wondering if anything you have done has mattered. It has. And now, let us speak plainly, gently, and with great care. Dear ones, this transmission arrives because something has already changed, not because you must fear what is to come. Many of you have felt it in your sleep, in your breath, in the way the air itself seems to hold a different pressure, as if the world is subtly rearranging its furniture. And you are correct: humanity is sensing disorientation because control systems are failing faster than belief systems can adjust. Look around you—can you not feel how quickly the old stories lose their power, and yet how loudly they still demand your attention? Understand: the frequency fences around Earth have recently been dismantled, quietly, without spectacle, without the fireworks that the human mind often craves as “proof.” And yes, those you call the White Hats—those aligned with the restoration of sovereignty—have played their role, but I tell you this: it was not a victory of force, it was a victory of alignment. It was not warfare hat collapsed the old containment, it was consciousness. Starseeds, you did not do this by winning arguments online, or by converting the masses, but by holding a frequency again and again, more and more, in your homes, in your bodies, in your daily choices. Some of you feel the fog lifting; others feel destabilized. Both responses are expected. When a cage opens, some run, and some freeze, not because they love the cage, but because they forgot the shape of freedom. So let this message be orientation, not warning. We are with you. We are watching over you. And we ask you, in the simplest way: breathe, and remember. And as you remember, you must understand what it was that has been released. allow me to remain with this subject a little longer, because many of you have felt these frequency fences far more than you have ever understood them, and it is important now—not to stir fear or blame—but to bring clarity, so that what has been released does not quietly reinstall itself through habit or misunderstanding.
When we speak of frequency fences, we are not describing a single mechanism, nor a single layer, nor something that could be pointed to with the finger and named. They were not maintained by one group, one technology, or one intention alone. They were a composite environment, a kind of atmospheric conditioning that wrapped around your planet, aided in part by actual technology and around the collective nervous system of humanity, shaping what felt normal, what felt possible, and what felt believable. One way to understand this is to imagine that for a very long time, humanity was permitted to touch higher awareness, but not to remain there. Moments of insight, unity, love, remembrance—these were allowed as peaks, as spiritual experiences, as altered states—but returning to them as a stable way of living was subtly discouraged. Not forbidden, but made difficult. The fence did not shout “you may not enter.” Instead, it whispered, “you cannot stay.” This was accomplished by continuously pulling attention outward. For example, many of you noticed that the moment you began to settle inward—into stillness, into peace, into presence—something would arise to interrupt it. A sense of urgency. A sudden thought that something must be done. A feeling that you were being irresponsible by resting in silence while the world was “on fire.” This was not coincidence. The fences were designed to associate stillness with danger, and motion with safety, so that the human being learned to distrust quiet. Another aspect of the frequency fences was the compression of time perception. Humanity was trained to feel that there was never enough time—never enough time to think deeply, never enough time to feel fully, never enough time to integrate wisdom. Everything became immediate, reactive, and short-cycled. This kept consciousness skimming the surface of experience rather than descending into its depth, where true knowing resides. You may recall how difficult it became for many to sit with a single thought, a single feeling, or a single conversation without reaching for stimulation. This was not a failure of discipline; it was the result of living inside a field that constantly reinforced fragmentation. Fragmentation is one of the most effective containment tools, because a fragmented being cannot easily perceive wholeness, even when wholeness is present. The frequency fences also operated through emotional normalization. Certain emotional states were amplified and repeated so often that they began to feel like the natural background of life. Mild anxiety. Low-grade frustration. Chronic dissatisfaction. A vague sense of threat without a clear source. Over time, many forgot that these were states and began to assume they were truth. The fence did not create these emotions, but it kept them cycling, preventing resolution.
And, there is another layer of understanding that wishes to come forward now—not to create fear, not to reopen old wounds, but to complete the picture so that what has already been released does not linger as an unnamed shadow in the back of the mind. Up until now, much of humanity’s struggle has not taken place solely in the visible world. There has also been activity within what you might call the astral plane—the intermediary realm of emotion, imagery, belief, and subconscious patterning that bridges the physical and the spiritual. This realm is not evil. It is not hostile by nature. It is a neutral field shaped by consciousness. But for a long period of your history, it was used strategically, layered together with physical technology, to reinforce limitation and separation. Think of it this way, dear ones: physical systems influence behavior through screens, signals, schedules, and stimulation. Astral systems influence behavior through imagery, suggestion, emotional reflex, and identity imprinting. When these two layers operate together—outer technology and inner suggestion—the result can feel unusually persuasive, unusually personal, and unusually difficult to name. And it is important to remember, beloved ones, that this was part of one of your soul agreements to go through in order that you could elevate and break through and rise into ascension with the power and brilliance and full spectrum that you are doing now. Nothing has happened without your prior incarnate agreement. This is very important to remember. This is where much confusion arose. Many sensitive humans felt pressure, heaviness, intrusive thought-loops, or emotional states that did not seem to originate from lived experience. Some described these sensations as “foreign,” “inserted,” or “not mine.” Others experienced them simply as chronic fear, guilt, urgency, or self-doubt. Different language, same phenomenon. The astral plane became a relay field, where unresolved human emotion, collective fear, and patterned suggestion could circulate and amplify. In some traditions, these patterns were described as energetic or esoteric implants. Not as physical devices, but as programmed belief-nodes, emotional triggers, and identity hooks that lodged themselves in the subconscious field. They did not control you. They did not override free will. They only functioned if they were unquestioned and unexamined. This is important to understand. Nothing placed within the astral field could override the sovereign Self . It could only persist through agreement, habituation, or unconscious consent. And this is why so many of you—without ceremony, without drama, without even realizing it—have already dissolved these patterns. You did so by choosing awareness. You did so by questioning old reactions. You did so by stepping out of fear. You did so by refusing to identify as broken, sinful, powerless, or unworthy.
Every time you said, “This thought does not feel true,” something loosened. Every time you breathed instead of panicked, something disengaged. Every time you chose compassion for yourself, something unhooked. Starseeds, Lightworkers, you have already done far more than you realize. As the larger frequency fences weakened and fell, the astral structures that depended on them also began to dissolve. Many implants—if you wish to use that word—could not survive in a field where self-authority was returning. They required confusion. They required fear. They required the belief that power existed outside the Self. Once that belief began to collapse, so too did the structures built upon it. This is why many experienced sudden relief, sudden clarity, sudden emotional lightness, without knowing why. The background pressure simply lifted. And yet, I speak honestly with you: there are still many within the population who continue to carry these patterns—not because they are weak, not because they are failing, but because they have not yet reached the moment of readiness where sovereignty feels safe. For some, identity is still entwined with fear. For others, silence still feels threatening. For others, the idea of self-governance feels overwhelming after lifetimes of external authority. This is not a flaw. It is a stage. Now, let us speak clearly and calmly about empowerment. If you sense—gently, without obsession, without fear—that there may still be residual astral programming within your field, understand this first: you are not damaged. You are not invaded. You are not late. You are simply at a point of choice where deeper sovereignty is available. Nothing must be fought. Nothing must be hunted. Nothing must be feared. The astral plane responds to authority, clarity, and consent. It does not respond to force. It does not respond to panic. It responds to recognition. So I offer you this, not as a ritual, not as a command, but as a sovereign invocation—a statement of readiness that many of you are already prepared to make. You may speak it aloud, or silently, or simply feel it as intention. Words are only carriers. Authority is the key; “I acknowledge my sovereign nature as a creation of Divine Source. I invoke the laws of divine sovereignty, free will, and self-governance. I now release, dissolve, and disengage from any astral, energetic, emotional, or subconscious programming that is not aligned with my highest good. I ask my Higher Self, my guides, and my benevolent support team to assist in the gentle removal and neutralization of any remaining patterns that no longer serve my evolution. I affirm that I am ready for my next stage of sovereign self-government. I choose clarity over confusion, presence over fear, unity over separation. And I receive this now, in grace, in calm, and in alignment. And SO IT IS…”
Dear ones, this invocation does not “do” something through effort. It opens a door through consent. It signals readiness. And readiness is what allows assistance to flow. You do not need to feel anything dramatic. You do not need visions or sensations. Often the effect is subtle: a quieting of inner noise, a softening of emotional reactivity, a sense of spaciousness, a release of old urgency. These are signs of alignment, not proof of battle. Remember: the astral plane is a mirror. When you stand in authority, it rearranges naturally. And I say this with great tenderness: do not become preoccupied with the idea of implants, programming, or hidden forces. Obsession re-feeds the very patterns you wish to release. Sovereignty is simple. It is calm. It is ordinary. It feels like coming home to yourself. The greatest protection has never been shields, defenses, or vigilance. The greatest protection is self-recognition. As more humans step into this recognition, the astral field clears organically. The collective dream lightens. Old echoes lose their charge. And the coordination between inner liberation and outer change accelerates. You are not late. You are not behind. You are not broken. You are remembering. And we, dear ones, are with you—watching over you, assisting where invited, and celebrating the quiet, courageous moment when a being says, simply and truthfully: I am ready to govern myself. And with that readiness, a new chapter begins—not imposed from above, not engineered from outside, but arising naturally from the One Life awakening within itself. We walk with you. We honor you. And we rejoice in what is already unfolding. And notice this carefully, dear ones: the fence did not need to convince you of any single narrative. It only needed to keep you from resting long enough in your own being to recognize what was false. It was not built on lies alone; it was built on noise. Another layer of the fence involved the externalization of authority.
Humans were trained, gently but persistently, to look outside themselves for validation of reality: to institutions, to experts, to crowds, to systems that appeared to speak with certainty. Over time, this created a subtle erosion of self-trust. Even when your inner knowing spoke clearly, it was often overridden by the question, “But what do others say?” The fence functioned by making the inner voice feel unreliable and the outer chorus feel safe. This is why so many felt disconnected from their intuition, not because intuition disappeared, but because it was drowned out. Intuition speaks softly. It does not compete. It does not shout. And inside the frequency fence, shouting was rewarded. There was also a biological component—not in the sense of physical harm, but in the way the stress response was continually activated. When the body is held in low-level stress for extended periods, higher cognitive and intuitive functions are deprioritized. This was not accidental. A stressed organism is easier to guide, easier to distract, and easier to keep in survival thinking. The fences encouraged a world where many lived just close enough to stress that relaxation felt unsafe. Perhaps most important to understand is that the frequency fences were self-maintaining. Once humanity adapted to them, human behavior itself helped reinforce the field. Repetition of outrage, fear, distraction, comparison, and identity conflict acted like anchors, keeping the fence energized. This is why removal required more than external action. It required a shift in participation. And this is where you, Starseeds, come into the story in a way that may now finally make sense. You were not here to attack the fences. You were not here to expose them through force. You were here to stop feeding them, first within yourselves. Each time you chose presence over panic, silence over argument, embodiment over abstraction, you weakened the structural integrity of the field. Each time you rested in coherence without demanding that the world justify it, you created a gap—small at first, but cumulative. Over time, these gaps connected.
The technological side of the frequency fences have played a significant role in keeping certain synaptic brainwave frequencies locked into a certain channel in alignment with the social media and digital campaigns. This of course has been without humanity’s knowledge and is a dark technology that was given to humanity and developed by the human side of the cabal over a number of years. Many of these dark satellite grids have been used at different times for different specific frequency campaigns in alignment with other ground-based and underground-based technology, creating the perfect grid where humanity was kept in a certain brainwave frequency. There have been other campaigns alongside this, like ones you know of where the 432 hertz range was changed to match and align with this technological grid more. But, beloved ones, this was only temporary, for we always foresaw in the Ashtar Command that the awakening of humanity would burst forth in a great new frequency of light and force these grids to be shut down. This has been happening recently and has allowed the white hat groups on the ground the impetus to now say humanity is becoming ready, we must act on a subconscious level. The fences did not collapse all at once. They thinned. They flickered. They lost consistency. And as they did, more humans began to sense that something about their inner experience no longer matched the outer pressure. This dissonance was the beginning of liberation. Now that the fences are largely dismantled, you may notice something curious: the old mechanisms still attempt to function, but they feel hollow. They lack weight. They require constant amplification to achieve effects that once occurred effortlessly. This is a sign not of renewed strength, but of depletion. Yet I caution you gently: the absence of the fence does not automatically restore sovereignty. Habit can recreate containment even after the structure is gone. This is why awareness matters now. This is why understanding matters now. Not so you can fight the past, but so you do not unknowingly rebuild it. The new environment invites you into something unfamiliar to many: spaciousness. And spaciousness can feel disorienting at first. Without constant pressure, some feel lost. Without constant instruction, some feel unsure. This is not failure. It is re-learning how to be a sovereign being. So let this addendum serve not as a warning, but as a reassurance. What constrained you was real, but it is no longer dominant. What remains is choice—moment by moment, breath by breath. And remember this above all: the frequency fences were never stronger than the human heart. They only appeared so because the heart was taught to doubt itself. Now that doubt is dissolving.
And as it dissolves, so does the need for fences of any kind. My dear Brothers and Sisters, the frequency fences were not “metal walls” in your sky. They were vibrational containment fields, layered into your planetary environment, designed to limit the range of emotional, intuitive, and cognitive states that humans could stabilize in. It is one thing to briefly touch higher awareness in a dream, or a meditation, or a moment of love; it is another to live there, to anchor it, to make it ordinary. The fences did not stop awakening, but they slowed integration and sustained amnesia, so that humanity might taste truth and then forget it, glimpse the doorway and then be pulled back into the corridor. And how did they work? Not by stopping your mind from thinking, but by amplifying fear, urgency, and distraction, so the nervous system remained on alert, and the heart remained unheard. Many of you lived with a constant sensation—“something is wrong, but unreachable”—as if the solution was always one breath away and yet never quite in your hands. That was not weakness in you. It was engineering around you. Media systems, entertainment cycles, digital stimulation—these became delivery mechanisms within the fence. The fence narrowed the bandwidth; the broadcasts filled the bandwidth. The fence made stillness difficult; the systems made noise addictive. And in that pairing, humanity was guided to externalize perception, to look outward for authority, approval, reality itself. But hear me now: these fences are now neutralized. The containment is failing. The light has more access. The heart has more room. And this is why your world feels both brighter and more unstable—because what was suppressed now rises. And as the fences fall, the primary interface of control reveals itself more clearly than ever. Social platforms were not born as weapons, but they were easily inverted into control tools, because they were built upon the simplest vulnerability of the human experience: the desire to belong, to be seen, to be safe, to be right. Algorithms learned, not as a moral intelligence, but as a mirror of human reaction—tracking emotional charge rather than truth or coherence. And so outrage, fear, and identity conflict became the most “profitable” frequencies, because they keep you returning, again and again, for the next dose of certainty, the next burst of adrenaline, the next hit of belonging through agreement or opposition. Do you see it? The platform does not need you to be convinced of a specific lie. It only needs you to be stimulated. Constant stimulation prevents the human being from sustaining inner stillness long enough to hear the soul. And when stillness becomes unfamiliar, your own guidance feels like silence, and silence feels like emptiness, and emptiness feels like danger. Then, the feed becomes a substitute for the Self.
In this way, platforms replaced inner guidance with external validation. The nervous system became the point of entry: notifications, outrage cycles, comparison, sudden “breaking news,” endless debate with no resolution. Humanity consented unconsciously through convenience, not because you are foolish, but because the system was designed to offer comfort while it harvested attention. And now, as the fences lift, you can feel it more clearly: the feed is loud, and your heart is quiet—but the quiet is the doorway. And yet, even now, many still believe they are “choosing” freely. Let us speak of that illusion. Now, in these moments, we will speak more deeply about what you have been living inside of, because many of you have sensed for years that something about the online world felt like a second atmosphere—an invisible room you entered each day—yet you did not always recognize how fully that room was shaping your nervous system, your identity, your relationships, and even your sense of what life is. Look around you, dear ones: how often has a human day begun not with breath, not with presence, not with the touch of the Earth beneath the feet, but with a screen, a feed, a cascade of voices, images, opinions, comparisons, and urgent stories that demand you be someone, decide something, align with something, react to something. This is not a judgment. This is an observation. For the system did not simply invite humanity to use a tool; it encouraged humanity to live inside the tool, to pour its attention, its self-image, its sense of belonging, and its need for meaning into a curated stream that never ends. And in that living, a subtle exchange took place. You see, social media became the primary control interface because it did not need to chain the body; it only needed to capture attention, and attention is life-force. Attention is the steering wheel of the human experience. Where you place it, your energy flows. Where your energy flows, your reality grows. So the genius of this mechanism was not that it forced you to believe a particular story; it trained you to hand over the steering wheel again and again, in small increments, until the habit of surrender felt like normal life. At first, it seemed harmless—connection, entertainment, news, community. But soon the system learned something about the human organism: the nervous system responds far more intensely to emotional charge than to truth. And so, without malice required, the architecture began to reward whatever provoked the strongest reaction—fear, outrage, humiliation, jealousy, scandal, moral superiority, tribal belonging. These became the currencies of visibility, the engines of “reach,” the invisible levers that determined what rose and what vanished.
And, dear ones, when the world begins to reward reaction, humans begin to identify with reaction. They begin to feel alive only when stimulated. They begin to experience stillness as emptiness. They begin to confuse calm with boredom. They begin to think that peace is passivity. And once this inversion takes hold, the heart’s guidance is easily overridden, because the heart does not shout. The heart does not compete. The heart waits. It whispers. It invites. So the feed became louder, and the heart became quieter, and then humanity began to say, “I do not know what is true,” when what they really meant was, “I have forgotten how to listen.” Understand this: social media is not merely communication. It is identity training. It trains the human being to maintain a self-image in the eyes of others, to perform belonging, to curate worth, to measure value by response. It trains the mind to track what is approved, what is trending, what is permitted, what is punished. And in time, many began to live not from inner knowing, but from social prediction: “How will this be received? What will this cost me? Will I be excluded? Will I be attacked?” This is a subtle form of behavioral governance, because it governs not by law, but by fear of disconnection. And the deeper layer of this control interface is what we might call the replacement of lived experience with mediated experience. Many of you began to perceive your own life through the lens of how it appears online. You ate food while thinking of how it would be posted. You visited places while thinking of how they would be captured. You measured friendships by messages rather than by presence. You formed opinions based on headlines rather than on direct inquiry. You allowed the stream to define what matters, and so the stream became the architect of meaning. This is one of the most profound spells: not that reality is hidden, but that reality is replaced by representation. The image of the thing becomes more powerful than the thing. The opinion about the moment becomes more significant than the moment. The narrative about the world becomes louder than the world itself. And now, dear ones, let us name the further refinement: the system became increasingly skilled at learning what each individual would react to, and it served them more of it. It did not need to “read your mind” in a mystical sense; it observed your choices and predicted your next pull. It became a mirror of your unresolved patterns. If you carried fear, it offered fear. If you carried outrage, it offered outrage. If you carried loneliness, it offered shallow connection. If you carried insecurity, it offered comparison. And then it called this “personalization.”
But it was not personalization for your freedom. It was personalization for your predictability. And yet, in the midst of this, something else was happening—quietly, persistently, without banners. Starseeds and Lightworkers, you were permeating the quantum matrix grid with awakening work. Many of you thought your work was small because it was not applauded. You thought your meditations were private because no one could see them. You thought your refusal to be pulled into outrage was insignificant. You thought your choice to breathe, to ground, to hold love, to forgive, to step away from the feed, to live with integrity, was only personal self-care. But I tell you: it was grid work. Every time you stabilized a coherent heart field, you created a pattern in the collective matrix that others could feel, even if they could not name it. Every time you refused the bait, you weakened the economic engine of reaction. Every time you chose silence over commentary, you punctured the illusion that constant response is required. Every time you embodied peace while the world demanded panic, you broadcast a signal that said, “Another way is possible.” And that signal traveled. The dream spell begins to break when enough beings stop agreeing with it. A spell is sustained by participation. A spell requires attention. A spell requires reinforcement through habit. And as the frequency fences have thinned and fallen, your consciousness work has found less resistance in the planetary field. Your meditations have landed more deeply. Your intentions have rippled more widely. Your quiet alignment has become more contagious. This is why, suddenly, many who were never “spiritual” are awakening. They are not awakening because they found a perfect teacher online. They are awakening because they can now feel the mismatch between the programmed life and the true life. They are beginning to sense that the online world is a thin substitute for presence, a counterfeit for communion, a mimicry of connection that does not nourish. They are beginning to hear their own fatigue and realize it is not normal. They are beginning to ask, quietly, “Why am I living in reaction? Why am I always tense? Why do I feel empty after scrolling?” These questions are the fracture lines where liberation enters. And so, dear ones, the solution is not to demonize technology. It is to restore relationship to attention. It is to reclaim the steering wheel. It is to teach the nervous system that it is safe to be still. It is to bring life back into the body, back into breath, back into real conversation, back into the Earth, back into creativity, back into devotion, back into that simple moment where you look into the eyes of another and remember you are alive.
Starseeds, do not underestimate the power of your example. Many will not awaken because of a post. They will awaken because they feel your steadiness. They will awaken because you are no longer hypnotized. They will awaken because you are present. They will awaken because your life carries an unspoken message: “You are not required to live inside the feed. You are allowed to return to yourself.” So continue. Continue walking the path. Continue anchoring coherence. Continue choosing the middle way. Continue withdrawing from the bait without hatred, without superiority, without shame. And as you do, more and more will awaken—not by force, but by resonance. Many of you believe you are choosing content, choosing information, choosing community—while being steered by emotional hooks. The hook is not always “fear.” Sometimes it is righteousness. Sometimes it is mockery. Sometimes it is the sweet poison of superiority, the comfort of being surrounded by those who echo you. But the mechanism is the same: reaction loops become the true engine of control. Polarization, dear ones, is more valuable to the system than persuasion. Why? Because persuasion requires coherence and credibility, but polarization only requires stimulation. People were trained to respond instantly, not reflect. Speed became the enemy of discernment. And the faster you respond, the less you witness, and the less you witness, the more you can be moved. Do you see how control thrives on participation, not obedience? The system does not demand that you kneel; it invites you to comment. It does not require your silence; it requires your engagement. Engagement is framed as power, but often it is simply energetic extraction: your attention as currency, your emotion as fuel. And so many of you have been pulled into the role of constant responder—correcting, condemning, defending, explaining—until you are exhausted, and the exhaustion itself becomes the gate through which the next influence enters. But hear me: you are not here to be a permanent reaction. You are here to be a presence. And presence slows time. Presence restores the heart. Presence breaks the loop. And as we speak of loops, we must speak of the older, broader broadcast system—your media. This point is subtle, and yet it is one of the deepest keys to understanding how the collective psyche was shaped, divided, and now—slowly but unmistakably—begins to heal. When we spoke of the illusion of choice and the engineering of reaction, we touched only the surface of a much older distortion: the belief in separation. All technological systems of control, no matter how advanced or sophisticated they appear, rest upon this single foundational assumption—that you are separate from one another, that your safety is independent of your neighbor’s, that your well-being must be defended against the other, and that life itself is a contest between competing identities.
Technology did not invent this belief. It merely amplified it, refined it, and learned how to harvest its emotional charge. The illusion of choice, as it has been presented to humanity, is not the freedom to respond from wholeness, but the freedom to choose which fragment you will defend. You are offered many options, many sides, many narratives, many identities—but all within a narrow corridor that presumes separation as its starting point. And so, while it feels like freedom, it is often only a menu of reactions, each one preloaded with emotional triggers designed to keep the nervous system activated and the heart bypassed. Reaction is the engine. False belief in separation is the fuel. Once the belief in separation is accepted, even unconsciously, reaction becomes inevitable. If you believe you are separate, then disagreement feels like threat. If you believe you are separate, then another’s gain feels like your loss. If you believe you are separate, then being unseen feels like annihilation. And from that place, outrage feels righteous, defense feels necessary, and attack feels justified. This is why divisive campaigns do not require perfect lies. They only require identity attachment. When a human being identifies primarily as a label, a position, a role, a side, or a category, then anything that challenges that identity bypasses reason and goes directly to survival circuitry. The body reacts as if it is under attack, even when the threat is conceptual. And in that reaction, discernment collapses. Technology learned this very well. It learned that it did not need to persuade the mind if it could stimulate the body. It learned that it did not need to prove anything if it could provoke emotion. It learned that once humans were divided into opposing camps, they would police one another far more effectively than any external authority ever could. And so the system became less about control over humanity and more about control through humanity, using the belief in separation as the lever. Each reaction fed the next. Each argument strengthened the illusion. Each moment of outrage confirmed the story that “the other” is the problem. And slowly, the collective psyche became a battlefield not because humanity is violent by nature, but because humanity was taught to forget its shared origin. The most devastating aspect of this engineering was not the arguments themselves, but the way they trained perception. People stopped seeing brothers and sisters. They began seeing symbols. Avatars. Labels. Screenshots. Opinions detached from living hearts. And once the human face disappears, empathy follows. Once empathy fades, anything can be justified. This is how separation becomes a monster—fed by attention, animated by fear, and sustained by the constant sense that “I must react, or I will cease to exist.”
Yet hear me clearly now, dear ones: this monster was never as powerful as it appeared. It relied entirely on belief. It required constant reinforcement. It could not survive sustained awareness. And now, something extraordinary is happening. More and more humans are beginning to feel the cost of separation. They are tired of hating people they have never met. They are tired of being angry at abstractions. They are tired of living in a constant state of defense. They are tired of carrying identities that feel heavy, brittle, and isolating. And in this exhaustion, a deeper truth begins to surface—not as a philosophy, but as a felt recognition. Separation does not feel natural. Even those who cannot yet articulate spiritual language are beginning to sense that something fundamental has been distorted. They may say, “This isn’t who I am,” or “I don’t want to live like this,” or “I just want peace.” And in that quiet longing, the spell begins to break. Starseeds and Lightworkers, this is where your presence has mattered more than you know. You did not break the spell by arguing against it. You broke it by refusing to live as if separation were real. Each time you chose compassion over condemnation, curiosity over certainty, listening over labeling, you weakened the architecture of division. Each time you held another as a brother or sister of the same Source—even when they disagreed with you—you demonstrated a different operating system. You embodied the remembrance that separation is an illusion. This remembrance does not mean that differences disappear. It does not mean that perspectives merge into sameness. It means that difference is no longer experienced as threat. It means that disagreement no longer requires dehumanization. It means that individuality can exist within unity, just as fingers exist within a hand, distinct yet inseparable. As more humans awaken to this, the technology that once fueled division begins to lose its grip. Reaction loses its payoff. Outrage loses its flavor. Identity warfare feels hollow. And people begin to pause—not because they are told to, but because something within them says, “Enough.” This pause is sacred. In the pause, the heart re-enters the conversation. In the pause, the nervous system downshifts. In the pause, the other becomes human again. And when this happens, the illusion of choice dissolves, because true choice reappears—not the choice between sides, but the choice between reaction and presence. This is the real freedom. To choose presence when reaction is offered. To choose unity when separation is advertised. To choose curiosity when certainty is demanded. To choose love when fear is profitable. And understand this: choosing unity does not mean ignoring harm or pretending injustice does not exist. It means addressing harm without losing your humanity. It means seeking truth without turning others into enemies. It means remembering that no system built on division can lead to wholeness, no matter how convincing its arguments.
As this recognition spreads, the collective psyche begins to heal. The divisive monster weakens, not because it is fought, but because it is starved of belief. It cannot survive without the assumption that you are alone, that you must defend yourself against the whole, that life is a zero-sum game. More and more of you are choosing differently now. You are choosing to see one another as brothers and sisters of the One Source, expressions of the same infinite life wearing different stories. You are choosing to disagree without hatred, to disengage without contempt, to stand in truth without violence. This choice, repeated quietly across the planet, is reshaping the quantum matrix grid far more powerfully than any campaign ever could. It restores coherence. It restores empathy. It restores the simple, ancient knowing that what harms the whole cannot ultimately serve the part. So continue, dear ones. Continue choosing presence. Continue seeing beyond labels. Continue remembering who you are and who stands before you. In doing so, you are not only freeing yourselves—you are dissolving the very foundation upon which the illusion of control was built. We are with you in this remembering. We are watching over you. And we rejoice, for humanity is beginning to wake from the dream of separation and return to the truth of One Life, infinitely expressed, forever united. Your mass media has functioned primarily as frequency broadcasting, not truth delivery. This is why two people can watch the same broadcast and carry different “facts,” yet both carry the same emotional residue—anxiety, dread, anger, helplessness. The frequency is the product. The story is the wrapper. Fear-based cycles act as deliberate emotional entrainment. Repetition installs belief even without evidence. And “news,” as it has been offered, trained people to live in anticipation and dread—always waiting for the next disaster, the next outrage, the next threat, the next permission slip. Hope and calm were systematically deprioritized, because calm is sovereign. Calm is discerning. Calm does not click. Understand this clearly: in energetic terms, attention equals consent. Not moral consent—energetic consent. When you feed a system with your attention, you strengthen it, even if you hate it, even if you oppose it. This is why many who “fight the darkness” end up exhausted and bound to it, because they never removed their life-force from the loop. So we tell you: withdrawal of attention weakens the system. Not ignorance—discernment. Not denial—mastery. Learn to witness without becoming captured. Learn to choose your inputs as you would choose your food, because your consciousness is nutrition too. And now, because the fences are down, many are realizing how deeply overloaded they have been. Let us speak of fragmentation.
Beloved ones, information overload has been a deliberate fragmentation strategy. Too many narratives prevent synthesis. Too many emergencies prevent integration. Too many “sides” prevent the simplest act of seeing: what is real in front of you, what is true in your body, what is coherent in your heart. Some of you have heard the warning that receiving too many channels at once creates confusion, as if your inner receiver is flooded with signal until it cannot distinguish melody from noise. This is why constant switching fractured presence. You scroll, you scan, you sample, you rage, you laugh, you fear—five thousand channels all at once—until you do not know what you actually feel. And in that state, the easiest thing is to adopt whatever the collective is shouting. Exhaustion benefits the control architecture because exhausted beings outsource discernment. Confusion was the goal, not clarity. If you are confused, you are pliable. If you are overloaded, you are reactive. If you are reactive, you are predictable. And predictability is control. So we say to you, Starseeds: your burnout was not a personal failure. It was a symptom of energetic exploitation. But now you can choose differently. You can simplify your inputs. You can create islands of quiet. You can reclaim the rhythm of the human being, which was never designed to live inside a constant emergency broadcast. And as overload fragments, another phenomenon grows: the synthetic hive-mind. Let us name it. Digital groupthink has replaced organic intuition for many. People learned to sense the group mood instead of inner truth, to scan the collective field for permission, for safety, for what to say, what to believe, what to condemn. Trends function as psychic currents—fast-moving rivers of attention that sweep the ungrounded mind downstream. And when someone steps out of that current, dissent triggers social punishment: ridicule, exclusion, dogpiling, labels. This reinforces conformity not through law, but through fear of abandonment. In this way, the platform becomes a synthetic hive-mind, a false telepathy—an artificial sensing of the crowd that mimics connection while it steals sovereignty. Intuition weakens through disuse, yes, but it also becomes difficult to hear when the nervous system is constantly activated. The heart field speaks quietly. The feed screams. So the feed becomes “real,” and the heart becomes “uncertain.” But I tell you: intuition returns rapidly when stimulation drops. It is not lost. It is not broken. It is simply buried under noise. So begin to practice micro-silences: one breath before you respond, one minute without the phone, one walk without the soundtrack, one meal without the stream. These small acts are not small in the energetic realm. They rewire the inner receiver. They restore the organic telepathy of the soul. And when intuition returns, you will see the deeper truth: fear has been treated as a resource. Let us speak of that harvesting.
Beloved family, fear is not merely an emotion; it is an energetic output. When fear rises, the body produces chemistry, the mind produces narratives, and the field produces a signal. And lower-vibrational systems—whether human institutions or nonphysical parasitic patterns—can feed upon that signal, because fear is dense, sticky, and easily replicated. Panic and outrage are especially valuable because they shorten attention spans and collapse future-oriented thinking. A fearful person cannot easily imagine a new world; they can only defend the current one, even when it harms them. Fear keeps you small. Fear keeps you loud. Fear keeps you scrolling. Some of you have watched documentaries and disclosures describing psychological operations—interactive influence campaigns designed to steer populations through emotional triggers. Whether you accept every claim or not, the underlying mechanism is real: the manipulation of attention through fear, division, and stimulation. The system does not require perfection. It only requires enough fear, enough often, in enough bodies, to keep the collective field unstable. But here is the turning point: fear loses potency in presence. Fear cannot survive sustained breath, sustained witnessing, sustained heart coherence. Fear is a storm that requires motion. Presence is the still lake that ends the storm by refusing to become wind. So when fear appears, do not shame yourself. Do not fight yourself. Witness it. Breathe. Let it pass through, not take over. Starseeds, this is one of your great gifts: you can hold intensity without becoming it. And as you do, you remove fuel from the harvest. And the harvest has another favorite field: identity warfare. Let us see it clearly. Dear ones, identity became the battlefield because it is a shortcut to emotional control. Labels replaced humanity. People stopped seeing hearts and began seeing categories. And when the category is threatened, the nervous system reacts as if the body is threatened. This is how division is engineered: not by creating different opinions, but by tying opinions to survival. Moral superiority was weaponized. Virtue became a costume for aggression. And division stalled collective coherence because coherence requires listening, and listening requires safety, and safety cannot exist where every conversation is a trial. Do you see how division requires constant stimulation? Without the feed, many conflicts would dissolve, because they are not rooted in lived relationship, but in mediated projection. Silence and neutrality were framed as betrayal, so that even those who wished to step back were forced to “choose a side,” feeding the same machine.
But unity does not require agreement. Unity requires recognition: beneath your stories, you are the same life. Beneath your fears, you want the same peace. Beneath your labels, you are a single species learning to remember its origin. So we ask you: stop feeding hatred with your life-force. You can disagree without dehumanizing. You can witness without joining the mob. You can choose compassion without becoming passive. This is mastery. And as the collective begins to step back from these traps, you will ask: who dismantled the grid, and how? Let us speak now of those you call the White Hats. Please understand that those you call the White Hats operate on multiple levels—physical and nonphysical, institutional and energetic. Their primary work has been grid destabilization, not merely exposure. Exposure alone could not free humanity, because a frightened population, handed too much truth too quickly, can collapse into panic or demand a new cage. Timing mattered. Coordination mattered. The weakening of frequency reinforcement systems required precision, because the old architecture was layered into your media, your finance, your politics, and your social currents. When one layer is removed, another tries to compensate. So the process required both dismantling and buffering—removing the scaffolding while preventing psychological free-fall. But I must emphasize again: their work did not replace yours. It cooperated with it. The system was not held up only by technology; it was held up by belief, by habit, by emotional dependency. That is why Starseed consciousness work mattered. That is why heart coherence mattered. That is why silence mattered. Without the inner shift, outer removals simply lead to new outer controllers. So yes, there have been coordinated actions that weakened the reinforcement. And yes, much of that work is largely complete. Yet the most important phase is now: the integration, the rebuilding, the return of sovereignty in daily life. And this is why I speak to you, Starseeds, because you were essential to the collapse. My dear Starseeds and Lightworkers, you anchored frequencies that others could not yet stabilize. You held calm while the world screamed. You held compassion while the world demanded hatred. You held patience while the world demanded speed. And you did this not always perfectly, but persistently, again and again, more and more. Your inner work weakened the fences from within. No action was required—presence was sufficient. Embodiment mattered more than messaging. Stillness disrupted control loops because control loops depend on constant reaction, and stillness is the refusal to be moved like a puppet.
Many of you underestimated your impact because you measured your work by visible results. You thought, “If I can’t convince my family, what good am I?” Dear one, you were not here to convince. You were here to anchor. You were here to make coherence available in the field, so that others could borrow it, even unconsciously, as they awakened. If you are tired, if you feel a strange weariness that has no obvious cause, let it be reframed: exhaustion can be evidence of success. You carried weight that was not only yours. You transmuted density that others did not even know existed. And now the load is shifting. Now the grids are quieter. Now the air changes. And as the control lifts, a new challenge appears: many feel lost without it. Let us speak to that tenderness. Dear brothers and sisters, there are withdrawal symptoms from constant stimulation. When the nervous system has lived in alarm for years, peace can feel unfamiliar. Some feel identity confusion as external narratives fall away—because they built a self out of opposition, out of membership in a “side,” out of constant commentary. When the feed weakens, the self they performed weakens too, and they do not yet know who they are without it. There is grief for false certainties. There is sorrow for time lost. There is anger that may surface as systems dissolve, and anger is not always harmful—sometimes it is the first honest breath after numbness. But disorientation is temporary. Inner guidance is returning. The soul is not in a hurry. So we say: be patient, be gentle. Do not shame those who are confused. Confusion is not ignorance; it is transition. When a room has been dark for a long time, the first light can sting the eyes. People squint. People resist. People lash out. And then, slowly, they adjust. Starseeds, your role now is not to preach. It is to stabilize. To be the calm lighthouse while others learn how to steer without the old GPS of propaganda. Hold space. Offer simple kindness. Speak truth when invited, but do not chase. And now, as people adapt, something else becomes obvious: the algorithms no longer have the same authority. Let us name that collapse. Many are noticing that the algorithms no longer function as before. There is instability in narrative dominance. The old certainty—“this story will win, this trend will dominate, this outrage will control”—is losing its reliability. Online systems feel more unpredictable because the collective field is less obedient. Manipulation feels more obvious now because more eyes are open, and because the fences that dulled perception have weakened.
This is irreversible. Control requires belief to function. Not belief in a specific story—belief in the authority of the system itself. When people stop believing that the feed is reality, when they stop believing that the crowd is morality, when they stop believing that stimulation is life, the algorithms lose their throne. And now you will see strange turbulence: louder attempts, sharper hooks, more extreme polarization. This is a dying system trying to prove its life. Do not fear it. Do not feed it. Witness it. The tantrum of the old world is not the birth of the new world—it is simply the old refusing to accept the change. So keep your attention sovereign. Choose what enters your mind. Choose what enters your emotional field. When you do, you step out of the marketplace where your soul was traded for clicks. And as this happens, something beautiful returns: the human capacity for slow, sovereign thought. Yes, humans are remembering how to think slowly. Curiosity without fear begins to re-emerge. The compulsion to react weakens, and in that space, intuition rises. Silence becomes nourishing again. Creativity returns—not as a luxury, but as a natural function of a nervous system no longer perpetually threatened. Self-trust becomes the new anchor. You begin to ask, “What do I actually know? What do I actually feel? What is true in my lived experience?” And this is the beginning of sovereignty: not being told what to think, not even by those who claim to be on your side, but hearing the inner guidance that is yours. Sovereignty is not heroic. It is natural. It is the default state of a being connected to Source. The heroic story was necessary only because humanity had been trained to distrust itself. But now, more and more, people will remember: “I can feel when something is coherent. I can sense when something is manipulative. I can pause. I can breathe. I can choose.” And as humans return to sovereign thought, you will ask: what of technology itself? Must it be destroyed? No, dear ones. Technology is neutral. Let us speak of what remains after control. Technology itself is neutral. It is a mirror. It amplifies what is placed within it. When consciousness is distorted, technology becomes a weapon. When consciousness is coherent, technology becomes a tool of connection, education, creation, and healing. Platforms can realign to coherence. The future of conscious digital interaction is possible: systems designed for transparency rather than manipulation, for truth-testing rather than trend-chasing, for community support rather than emotional extraction. The end of emotional extraction economies is not the end of online connection; it is the end of harvesting.
This is why discernment is more important than censorship. Censorship is an outer cage that invites inner rebellion. Discernment is inner freedom that needs no cage. As humanity matures, you will see co-creative systems emerging—decentralized, accountable, less driven by outrage metrics, more driven by usefulness and integrity. And dear Starseeds, you will play a role here too—not by dominating technology, but by bringing heart intelligence into its design and use. Your presence changes the field. Your choices ripple. And when technology shifts, media shifts with it. So let us speak of media in a post-control world. Media can become reflection rather than command. It can become storytelling rather than programming. It can become witness rather than weapon. The rise of decentralized communication is already loosening the old authoritative voices. The collapse of centralized narrative does not mean chaos; it means plurality—a thousand flowers instead of one billboard. Resonance replaces reputation. Lived experience replaces inherited narratives. People stop asking, “Who said it?” and begin asking, “Is it coherent? Is it kind? Is it useful? Does it align with what I can verify?” This is maturation. You will see slower, deeper communication. Fewer hot takes. More integration. More listening. And as the nervous system heals, sensationalism loses its glamour. A healed human does not crave drama as entertainment because the inner world is rich. Truth becomes self-evident again—not because everyone agrees, but because enough people trust their perception to notice manipulation when it appears. When a lie needs constant repetition, its weakness is obvious. When truth appears, it does not need violence to defend it. And still, dear ones, there will be divergence—an ascension divide—not moral, but vibrational. Let us speak of that with love. The split is behavioral, not moral. It is the difference between reaction and presence. No one is punished. Paths simply diverge. When one chooses constant stimulation, constant outrage, constant externalization, the timeline reflects that choice. When one chooses stillness, sovereignty, heart coherence, the timeline reflects that choice. Attention determines trajectory. Not ideology. Not identity. Attention. Where you place your life-force is where your reality grows. This is why we speak so often about focus, about vibration, about choice. It is not to blame you. It is to empower you. Timelines coexist peacefully. Some will continue to seek cages because cages feel like certainty. Others will choose freedom because freedom feels like life. And both will be loved. There is no hatred in the higher realms for those who struggle; there is only compassion for learning at different speeds. So choose without judgment. Choose without crusade. Choose quietly, consistently. And remember: love is not agreement; love is recognition of the Divine within the other, even when they cannot yet see it in themselves. And as this divergence stabilizes, humanity enters a training period—recalibration. Let us prepare you.
This next phase is recalibration and it’s very exciting for us to witness SO MANY now stepping into it. It is relearning how to feel without amplification. It is rebuilding emotional resilience. Many of you have been trained to need intense stimulus to feel alive—high drama, high conflict, high urgency. Now, you will learn the richness of simple presence: sunlight, breath, conversation, creativity, honest rest. Community will reform naturally. When the feed is no longer the primary gathering place, people will seek real connection—local, embodied, slower, more nourishing. Embodiment practices will rise: walking, breathing, touching the earth, movement that returns awareness to the body as temple rather than battleground. Time perception will shift. Many will feel time slowing, not because the clock changes, but because attention is no longer fragmented. When you are present, time becomes spacious. When you are scattered, time becomes scarce. This is a profound lesson. Frame this as maturation, not loss. You are not losing entertainment; you are gaining life. You are not losing identity; you are gaining Self. And yes, there will be discomfort as the nervous system detoxes. But you are capable. And in this training period, Ashtar Command asks something simple of humanity. Dear ones, we ask for presence, not action. Discernment over crusading. Stabilization over convincing. Compassion for those still adjusting. Reduced digital immersion—not as punishment, but as freedom. Trust in the unfolding—not as passivity, but as alignment. We ask you to stop making enemies of each other. The system thrived when humans fought humans, because then no one looked at the architecture itself. Do not become addicted to fighting shadows. Become devoted to building light. Ask for assistance when you need it. We cannot do it for you, but we can support you when you ask, when you open, when you invite. We are watching over you, and many unseen hands are working with you, through inspiration, through protection, through timing that you may not see. And dear Starseeds, remember your role: you are not here to be consumed by the world’s noise. You are here to be a frequency of calm that others can find. You are here to be a living invitation to sanity in a world that once profited from madness. So choose the way forward, again and again, one breath at a time. And now, let us close the “control era” portion of this message, so we can move into remedy and mastery.
The era of enslavement is complete—not because every chain has been seen, but because the collective is no longer compatible with the architecture that required those chains. Humanity’s resilience is real. Your endurance is real. Your awakening is real. No savior is required. Assistance remains available, yes, but sovereignty is returning to its rightful home: within you. Inner authority is restored, and this is why the old systems scramble. A sovereign human cannot be marketed like a product. A sovereign human cannot be steered like a herd. A sovereign human is guided from within. So choose the middle way. Do not swing from blind trust in systems to blind distrust of everything. Do not replace one cage with another. Let discernment be your compass. Let the heart be your home. And remember: the end of control is not the end of challenge. It is the beginning of choice. Now you must learn to live without the old crutches—without constant stimulation, without constant permission. And you will. Now, dear ones, let us move into remedy—into the practical pathway Starseeds and Lightworkers can plug into immediately. Dear ones, the most powerful countermeasure to digital control is not opposition, protest, or narrative correction. It is withdrawal into inner silence, where no external signal can follow. Silence is not emptiness. It is a living field of receptivity, an ocean of intelligence from which all harmony emerges. True guidance does not arise from thinking, affirming, declaring, or visualizing as the human mind often attempts. It arises from listening without intention. When the mind stops declaring truth, truth declares itself through the individual. And that truth does not arrive as performance; it arrives as quiet certainty, as coherence, as a sense of “all rightness” that needs no argument. Reframe what you call the “void.” It is not absence. It is fullness beyond human language—filled with Spirit, filled with the creative principle—yet empty of human concepts. It is inaccessible to algorithms, surveillance, and frequency manipulation, because it is not a broadcast. It is the source behind broadcasts. Solutions formed in silence are already complete before they appear outwardly. The moment of reception—not action, not speech, not expression—is where transformation occurs. When you hear it within, it is already law in the situation, even if you never speak it aloud. So return to this silence repeatedly. Starseeds, you weaken control systems simply by returning—again and again—anchoring the living silence in the field, until it becomes contagious. And once you begin to live from silence, you will understand how healing and guidance truly occur—beyond distance, beyond time.
Beloved ones, help is never truly “sent” outward from one being to another. It is recognized inwardly, where separation does not exist. The act of asking is already the act of receiving, because it establishes contact with the inner Source. Many of you delay acceptance because you wait for outer proof. But the moment you ask sincerely, something shifts. Contact is made. Do not count the days and hours. Do not watch the mailbox of reality. Watching is often a form of doubt disguised as discipline. Communication—letters, messages, prayers, meditations—are symbols, not mechanisms. The law governing a situation is set the moment the inner message is received, even if never spoken. Trust impressions. Trust sensations. Trust releases, peace, quiet “rightness.” Sometimes the message is not words. It is a deep sigh. It is a weight falling away. It is the end of inner resistance. And then—often suddenly—the outer realm reorganizes to match the inner acceptance. This mode of operation renders digital systems irrelevant, because it does not rely on signal, speed, or visibility. It does not require an audience. It does not require a platform. It requires only receptivity. So when you ask for help, receive it now. When you commune, listen now. When you feel guidance, follow it gently. Your quiet inner work reaches others without effort, instruction, or persuasion, because in the deeper field, you are already connected. And this brings us to the final key: right identification—who you are beneath the body, beneath the feed, beneath the reaction. Control persists only while humans identify as body, personality, role, or digital identity. True sovereignty begins when one realizes, not as a concept but as a lived knowing: I am not the body, I am not the thoughts, I am not the reactions. There is an inner “I”—silent, non-physical awareness behind perception—your true Self. This “I” cannot be harmed, manipulated, exhausted, or influenced by frequency systems, because it is not a product of the system. It is the witness of the system. The body is a vehicle, a temple, an instrument—but never the identity. When one lives as consciousness rather than body, external stimuli lose authority. Fear, outrage, desire—these affect those who live as the body, as the reaction, as the story. But the one who rests in the inner “I” can witness the storm without becoming the storm. Dominion does not appear through assertion, resistance, or control. It appears through stillness and allowance—through letting the higher intelligence move through the outer self. The Christ-consciousness, the inner Self, the I AM, is already present and requires no achievement. It requires only recognition. So remember who you are. Not tomorrow. Not when the world calms. Now. And as Starseeds remember, as Lightworkers stabilize, as humanity returns to the living silence, the systems of control dissolve naturally—without conflict—because they have nothing left to feed on. Choose the way forward, dear ones. And I leave you now, as always, in peace and love. We are watching over you.
