Greetings Dearest Ones. I am Riva, of The Pleiadian Council Of Light and we greet you all with divine love. The final battle of light vs. dark has now finally shifted and moved into another stage. The question before you is becoming less about whether the old world will change and more about what you will choose to nourish while it changes. The Earth you have known through third-density consciousness is reaching the end of its ability to organize the future. You may still see its governments, financial arrangements, media systems and familiar institutions around you, yet the deeper agreement that once held them together is weakening. Think of a wide piece of dark concrete that has covered fertile ground for a very long time. From above, the concrete can appear solid and permanent. Beneath it, however, roots are moving, moisture is returning, seeds are opening and life is pushing upward. Eventually a tiny green shoot finds the smallest crack. Another follows. Then another. The surface that looked permanent begins to split because life underneath it has become stronger than the material placed over it. This is much closer to what is taking place on Earth than the idea that one world must be violently destroyed so another can arrive. New Earth is growing from within the same planetary body, through the same human family and through the same daily circumstances that once seemed entirely claimed by the old way. Its life is coming up from underneath. Its values are appearing inside people who are finished with fear, domination, worship of authority, manufactured scarcity and endless conflict. Its intelligence is appearing in people who are beginning to trust the wisdom of the heart and the direct presence of Prime Creator within themselves. Its strength is appearing through starseeds and lightworkers who are tired of giving their life force to systems they already know are finished. This process is irreversible because it is being carried by consciousness itself. The surface can resist the shoot for a while, beloved ones, but it cannot command the seed to return to sleep. Your task now is to understand that you are not here to keep repairing the pavement. You are here to help life come through it.
Many of you have spent years trying to work out how the old Earth might be corrected, reformed or returned to a condition that feels safe. Your compassion is genuine, and your wish for humanity to suffer less is deeply understood by us. A wiser use of your compassion is now becoming available. The third-density structure has moved beyond the stage where endless repair can solve its deepest problem, because the root issue reaches deeper than any policy, leader, institution or hidden group of controllers. Its deepest problem is the consciousness from which it was built. It was organized around separation: separation from Source, separation from the Earth, separation from one another and separation from your own inner authority. When separation becomes the foundation, fear becomes useful, hierarchy becomes rigid, scarcity becomes believable and control begins to look normal. Humanity has lived inside that arrangement for so long that many people still assume it is simply how civilization works. New Earth begins when that assumption loses its authority. This is why the transition can happen in ways that appear ordinary at first. A person stops betraying their own inner knowing for social approval. A family chooses truth instead of maintaining an unhealthy appearance. A community learns to solve difficulties together rather than waiting for distant authority to provide every answer. A healer remembers that the person in front of them is more than a diagnosis. A teacher encourages a child to think rather than merely repeat. A creator makes something that strengthens human dignity rather than fear. A person with money asks how it can circulate in a life-giving way instead of how much can be accumulated. A person with very little money discovers that human worth was never located in a bank balance. These choices may look small beside the spectacle of world events, yet they represent a change in the operating principle of civilization. Old Earth melts in precisely this way. Its symbols may remain standing for a period while belief in them drains away. Its institutions may continue functioning while fewer people allow those institutions to define what is true, valuable or possible. Its narratives may grow louder while their ability to command the human nervous system becomes weaker. This is why we ask you to watch beneath appearances. You are accustomed to measuring change by what has fallen. Begin also measuring change by what people have stopped feeding. The withdrawal of unconscious consent is one of the quietest and most powerful forces now moving through your world.
The inevitability we speak of allows events and individual choices to unfold through many different timings rather than one human expectation. The Divine Plan has room for free will, timing, learning and many different pathways of awakening. Your planet is moving through a great sorting of compatibility, and this sorting happens through resonance rather than punishment. Each person repeatedly chooses what kind of reality they are available for through what they normalize, strengthen, fear, love, forgive and embody. Over time those choices create very different lived worlds even among people who occupy the same city or family. One person can see endless proof that life is becoming more dangerous, while another nearby begins finding cooperation, supportive relationships and unexpected openings. Both may still encounter difficulty. Both may still see the same headlines. Their relationship to reality, however, has become different enough that the same outer world is no longer producing the same inner world. This is an important stage of the dimensional transition. New Earth is becoming available now through changes in consciousness rather than waiting behind a curtain for a future date when everyone is suddenly moved elsewhere. It is becoming available through a change in what your consciousness can inhabit and sustain. The old world loses you before it loses its buildings. Its influence weakens as fear stops purchasing your obedience, outrage stops deciding your focus and scarcity stops determining your value. It loses you when an authority figure can no longer make you abandon the quiet truth in your heart simply because they speak with confidence. It loses you when spiritual spectacle can no longer lure you away from your direct connection to Source. This is why so many of you feel strangely detached from things that once mattered enormously. Your soul is becoming freer and more selective with its life force. Your soul is changing its address. You are becoming less compatible with an arrangement built around continual activation of the survival self. This can feel like grief because identities, friendships, ambitions and beliefs may loosen at the same time. Allow the grief to move with tenderness. The part of you that is ending is often the part that learned how to survive inside the old Earth. Honor it, thank it and let it rest. A different human being is stepping forward now, one who can live from connection rather than constant defense.
The forces you have called the cabal, the deep state, the controllers or the hidden management structures of the old matrix understand far more about this loss of compatibility than many people realize. Their greatest problem has moved far beyond the possibility that humanity might discover one secret. Their greatest problem is that a growing portion of humanity is becoming psychologically and spiritually harder to program. This is why we tell you that the game is effectively at checkmate while also asking you to remain discerning. A player who knows the board is lost can still knock pieces over. A collapsing structure can still create disruption in the present even after losing its future. The most volatile phase of an old control system often arrives when its long-term outcome is already decided, because desperation replaces strategy and provocation replaces genuine authority. Their capacity to stop the planetary ascension has passed, and this loss of future control can make their remaining tactics more reckless than before. You may therefore see stronger attempts to produce emotional whiplash, artificial urgency, polarized identities, contradictory narratives, manufactured heroes, manufactured villains and repeated demands that you hand over your attention before you have had time to feel what is true. Some events will be real and serious. Some will be exaggerated. Some will be misdirected. Some will be used to make people fight one another about the interpretation rather than look at the deeper change taking place beneath the event. Your maturity now matters greatly. Victory asks you to pair confidence with care. Love asks you to see manipulation clearly while remaining joined to Source. Divine neutrality asks you to recognize harmful behavior clearly while keeping your center. A Pleiadian starseed can look directly at deception without allowing deception to determine their vibration. A lightworker can set a firm boundary without hatred. A spiritually awake person can recognize that accountability has a place while refusing to build an identity around revenge. This is the new skill being asked of you. The old matrix trained people to believe they had only two choices: submit to darkness or become consumed by fighting it. Your higher self reveals a third way. You can withdraw your cooperation, speak clearly, protect what is sacred, act where action is truly required and still remain internally joined to Source. This is how a checkmated system loses access to your energy before it loses access to every outer mechanism. Its remaining danger comes through reaction. Your protection comes through presence.
Disclosure is part of this same transition, beloved ones, and it now asks for greater maturity. Pieces of information are entering the public arena in ways that would once have been dismissed immediately. Governments, military offices, scientists, experiencers and ordinary citizens are participating in a widening conversation about unidentified phenomena, secrecy and humanity’s place in the cosmos. The pace will vary and the language will often be cautious, confusing or contradictory. Your liberation is far larger than one perfect announcement. The old world taught humanity to wait for an authorized voice to declare reality official. The new world teaches you to develop discernment strong enough to meet truth before consensus catches up with it. This is especially important for Pleiadian starseeds because many of you carry an ancient emotional relationship with the subject of galactic life. A photograph, testimony or official document can awaken deep recognition in you, yet recognition still benefits from grounded discernment. Allow evidence to be evidence. Allow uncertainty to remain uncertainty until greater clarity arrives. Allow your inner knowing to guide you without forcing every unusual thing into the story you most wish to be true. This balance will become extremely valuable as disclosure accelerates. The old controllers understand that false certainty can manipulate a population just as effectively as secrecy. They may therefore attempt to shape the story of disclosure even after they can no longer prevent the subject from entering wider awareness. Fear-based interpretations and managed narratives may appear beside genuine revelations. Your role is to stay centered enough that you are not recruited into somebody else’s emotional script. Galactic truth can be recognized through calm, patience and inner steadiness. Genuine contact respects and strengthens your sovereignty. Benevolent beings will meet humanity through relationship rather than asking you to trade one hierarchy of worship for another. We wish to be known as family, collaborators and fellow expressions of Prime Creator, not as replacements for your own divine authority. The greatest disclosure will therefore include an inner disclosure: humanity remembering that consciousness is larger than the material model it was taught and that human beings have never been spiritually isolated from the living cosmos. You have even entered a period in which official offices publicly catalogue and release case material around unidentified anomalous phenomena that earlier generations were encouraged to dismiss as unworthy of serious discussion. The larger question remains open, yet this development shows how far the boundary of permissible conversation has already moved.
Pleiadian starseeds and lightworkers are especially important during this phase because your usefulness does not come primarily from how much esoteric information you can collect. Your usefulness comes from the quality of consciousness you can maintain while the information field becomes more intense. Many of you entered this incarnation with a strong aversion to domination, cruelty, unnecessary hierarchy and the deadening of creativity. You may have spent years wondering why ordinary systems felt so unnatural to you, why you could sense emotional dishonesty before you could explain it, why you needed periods of solitude, why beauty affected you so deeply, or why the possibility of a more cooperative civilization felt less like fantasy and more like memory. These sensitivities are becoming functional now. They were difficult to carry inside an environment that rewarded numbness, yet they are valuable in an environment that is beginning to reorganize around resonance. Your Pleiadian heritage, however you understand or experience it, is not a badge that places you above another human being. It is a responsibility to demonstrate a different relationship with power. You are here to remember what power feels like when it is joined with love, what intelligence feels like when it serves life and what freedom feels like when it does not require domination of someone else. This is why your inner work has mattered so much. A person who speaks of New Earth while continually humiliating others is still carrying the old Earth program. A person who speaks of sovereignty while demanding worship is still carrying the old Earth program. A person who speaks of disclosure while feeding addiction to fear is still carrying the old Earth program. Your starseed mission becomes real when your nervous system, your choices, your relationships and your use of influence begin to reflect the civilization you say you want. Prime Creator asks for sincerity, growth and greater congruence rather than performed perfection. Your soul has asked you to become increasingly congruent. The more congruent you become, the less energy is lost between what you know and how you live. That recovered energy becomes presence, and presence is one of the most powerful forms of planetary service available to you now. Some of you will serve through public work and some through very quiet lives. The scale is secondary. What matters is whether your presence leaves people more connected to themselves, more able to think clearly and more willing to remember their own relationship with Source.
Look again at the image of new shoots rising through paved-over ground, for it contains another part of the teaching. The shoot overcomes the concrete through a completely different kind of power. Life applies a different kind of power. It remains alive. It follows light. It uses water. It keeps growing in the direction of possibility until the surface gives way. Many lightworkers have been trained by the old world to underestimate this form of power because it does not always look dramatic. You were taught to notice the explosion and overlook the germination. You were taught to notice the collapse and overlook the quiet network of roots that made a different future possible. New Earth is being established through those roots right now. It appears whenever people form relationships based on honesty rather than strategic usefulness. It appears when local communities rediscover reciprocity. It appears when knowledge is shared to empower rather than to create dependency. It appears when spiritual teachers return people to their own Source connection instead of making themselves indispensable. It appears when parents end a cycle of emotional harm rather than handing it to the next generation. It appears when business is conducted with conscience, when technology is used to increase human capability rather than shrink human agency, when food is grown with respect for the soil, when art restores imagination, when science is permitted to remain curious and when those with influence choose transparency over manipulation. Each of these things is a shoot. Each breaks the surface in a different place. Taken separately, they can look too small to matter. Taken together, they reveal that the ground underneath your civilization has already changed. The old Earth will therefore seem to disappear unevenly. One part of life may feel astonishingly new while another still looks ancient and harsh. One relationship may suddenly become honest while a workplace remains rigid. One community may become cooperative while a national debate becomes more divisive. This unevenness is natural. Growth rarely appears everywhere at once. Your work is to recognize where life is already coming through and give that life room. Attention is water. Participation is sunlight. Courage is the pressure that widens the crack. The world you feed becomes the world with greater access to your future.
The bridge between these realities is what many have called fourth-dimensional consciousness, and we would like to make this simpler for you. Fourth-dimensional awareness is the stage in which you begin to see the program while you are still living inside many of its structures. You recognize fear as fear before it becomes a command. You recognize a trigger before it becomes an identity. You notice how expectation creates disappointment, how control disguises itself as spiritual certainty and how the human mind tries to demand that Heaven follow its preferred schedule. This is where trust becomes a real practice rather than a pleasant idea. The Divine Plan can be trusted without you pretending to know every detail of it. Your higher self can be followed without you predicting every event correctly. Love can be chosen while another person’s response remains unknown. This surrender is active trust. It is the release of the exhausting belief that your safety depends upon controlling the sequence of reality. Many of you will need this deeply in the coming phase because events can unfold in ways that interrupt both fearful predictions and hopeful predictions. The awakened community is still capable of becoming attached to dates, personalities, celestial events, promised announcements and expected rescues. Each attachment creates a future opportunity for disappointment if the outer form arrives differently than imagined. Trust frees you from that trap. You can hold a clear direction without demanding one exact route. You can know that ascension is moving forward without turning every rumor into proof. You can support disclosure while allowing its timing to unfold beyond one promised Tuesday afternoon when everything is supposed to change. You can feel close to your star family without making your peace dependent upon a ship appearing above your home. This is spiritual adulthood. The Christ consciousness spoken of throughout your traditions is not a costume of certainty; it is a state of living union with Source that remains available while circumstances move. Your I AM presence gives you an inner place to stand. From there, the old Earth can change shape around you without taking your identity with it. Expectation will still arise because you are human. Meet it gently. Let it become a preference rather than a demand placed upon the Divine. In this way disappointment becomes a teacher that shows you where control was hiding inside hope, and trust becomes something you embody rather than something you repeat.
Your relationship with information is a major place where this mastery will now be tested. Humanity now carries an unprecedented number of voices, images, predictions, arguments, clips, artificial creations and emotional appeals in the palm of one hand. The old matrix once relied heavily on controlling access to information. Its newer strategy often relies on flooding the field until discernment becomes exhausted. A person who is overwhelmed can be just as easy to steer as a person who is uninformed. This is why your attention has become sacred territory. Each hour spent in continuous agitation trains the body to experience emergency as normal. Jumping from one alarming claim to the next can create the feeling of being informed while weakening your capacity to perceive. Starseeds are being asked to become excellent custodians of attention. Give yourself spaces where your own mind, body and soul become audible again. Let the nervous system return to its own rhythm. Feel the difference between information that clarifies and information that merely stimulates. Feel the difference between a warning that helps you take wise action and a warning that makes you dependent upon receiving the next warning. Feel the difference between a messenger who strengthens your relationship with Source and one who makes your spiritual safety dependent upon them. This is one of the reasons we have spoken to you before about false light and compromised spirituality. The lesson now expands beyond obvious teachers into the whole information environment. Artificial intelligence, edited media and persuasive algorithms make external appearance easier to imitate. The heart therefore becomes more important, not less. Discernment will also require evidence, patience, context and humility. Heart intelligence invites you to test each feeling with calm awareness before turning it into belief. It helps you remain calm enough to investigate without abandoning yourself. The new human is both intuitive and grounded. The new human can say, “I feel something here, and I will allow truth to reveal itself.” That sentence carries far more sovereignty than either blind belief or automatic dismissal. Your future will be protected by this balanced way of knowing. Your discernment may therefore sometimes lead you to slow down when everyone else is speeding up. That pause can feel almost rebellious in an environment built to reward instant reaction. Let truth earn its place in your consciousness. A real claim will survive your patience, and divine guidance will remain true after careful examination.
As this transition deepens, understand the heart center as a compatibility filter rather than simply an emotional symbol. The heart shows you what kind of world your system is learning to sustain. When resentment dominates, the body repeatedly rehearses conflict. When fear dominates, the body searches constantly for the next threat. When worship dominates, the body searches for someone outside itself to obey. When love becomes stable, the body gains greater capacity to remain open without becoming unprotected. When compassion becomes stable, you can understand another person without surrendering your discernment. When divine neutrality becomes stable, you can witness a dramatic event without immediately becoming usable by whoever benefits from your reaction. This is why the remaining controllers find the awakened heart so inconvenient. A regulated, Source-connected human is difficult to hurry into consent. A self-respecting human is difficult to shame into obedience. A person who can tolerate uncertainty is difficult to manipulate with premature certainty. A person who has forgiven their own past is difficult to control through old guilt. A person who belongs to themselves is difficult to recruit into collective hatred. These spiritual achievements have immediate practical consequences. They are forms of practical immunity to the old Earth operating system. Begin to see your daily inner practice in this way. Five quiet minutes can be an act of planetary service when those minutes return your consciousness to its rightful owner. A walk in nature can be strategic when it breaks an engineered cycle of agitation. A sincere conversation can be revolutionary when two people meet without performance. Rest can be useful when exhaustion would otherwise make you reactive. Laughter can restore perspective when the information field becomes too heavy. Prayer can reconnect the human mind to a wisdom larger than its immediate fear. Your practices can be simple, quiet and entirely ordinary. They need to help you become less available to manipulation and more available to love. This is how your body learns New Earth before New Earth is visible everywhere around you. The physical body participates in this choice more than many spiritual teachings have acknowledged. Breath, sleep, hydration, nourishing food, movement, sunlight, human touch and periods away from stimulation all help create the biological conditions in which higher discernment can remain available. Care for the vessel that allows your soul to work here. Embodiment is a central part of ascension and deserves your care.
Your material life also belongs in this transition, and we want to speak plainly here because spirituality has sometimes taught people to treat the physical world as if it were an obstacle to ascension. Your body, home, work, money, food, relationships, technology and responsibilities are not mistakes that must be escaped. They are the places where consciousness becomes embodied. New Earth will therefore require a healthier relationship with matter rather than rejection of matter. Wealth can serve life or dominate it. Technology can empower or surveil. Leadership can coordinate or control. Community can support individuality or crush it. Spirituality can liberate or create another hierarchy. The object itself rarely tells you which Earth you are building; the consciousness using it does. This is why future technologies, whether openly disclosed or newly developed, will not automatically create a golden age. A civilization carrying the old psychology can turn advanced tools into more sophisticated control. A civilization growing in wisdom can use even simple tools to increase freedom, health, creativity and cooperation. Pleiadian assistance and galactic contact will therefore be most useful when humanity has matured enough to meet knowledge with responsibility. We have little interest in replacing your rulers or making human beings dependent upon celestial experts. We are interested in relationship between sovereign peoples. The same principle applies to your personal manifestation. Source-anchored creation is less concerned with proving that you are spiritual by attracting impressive things and more concerned with allowing what genuinely supports your soul’s work to take form. Your desires become cleaner as fear loosens. Your relationship with abundance becomes calmer as worth stops being measured externally. Your work begins to feel more like participation in life and less like a sentence imposed upon you. Some of you will change careers. Some will simplify. Some will build. Some will teach. Some will care for children, elders, animals or land. Some will create new systems inside old institutions until those systems become something else. New Earth needs many forms of service. The common thread is that life force stops being organized around fear and begins to be organized around meaning. The new civilization will be strengthened by people who can bring higher principles into practical decisions: how resources are shared, how workplaces treat people, how communities respond to vulnerability, how creators handle influence and how leaders remain accountable. Spiritual realization becomes socially useful when it enters the choices that shape ordinary life.
Accountability will also change in this new consciousness. The old dualistic world repeatedly swung between denial and vengeance. Harm was hidden until pressure became too great, and then rage often demanded another form of dehumanization in response. New Earth requires a more mature strength. Truth can be brought into the light. People can be protected. Corruption can be exposed. Boundaries can be enforced. Consequences can occur. Your heart can remain connected to Source throughout all of it. This is particularly important as more information about manipulation, exploitation and hidden systems enters collective awareness. Some people may feel tremendous anger when they discover that institutions, leaders or belief systems they trusted were not what they appeared to be. Anger can carry useful information. It tells you where a boundary has been violated and where your life wants a change. Wisdom then decides what to do with that information. Hatred, by contrast, asks you to keep the violator living inside your nervous system. Revenge asks you to become emotionally similar to what you oppose. The cabal’s final advantage would be to convince awakened people that defeating domination requires becoming dominated by fury. We ask you to see the trap clearly. Your refusal to hate protects your sovereignty rather than gifting your inner world to a controller. It is the refusal to let a controller continue shaping you. Forgiveness in this context means releasing the energetic ownership of the wound while allowing truth and consequence to remain. Compassion means remembering that every soul originates in Source while still recognizing the level of consciousness from which a person is acting. Divine neutrality means staying centered enough to choose proportionate action. These qualities create a people who can dismantle harmful systems without recreating them under new names. History on your planet has often shown one ruling group replaced by another because the underlying consciousness remained unchanged. Ascension interrupts that cycle at the root. The new civilization must be built by people who have learned that true power does not need an enemy in order to know itself. Courage will remain necessary because love is not timid. Some truths will need to be spoken when silence would protect harm. Some relationships will need to end when repeated violation has become the pattern. Some systems will need to be left behind when participation would require you to betray your conscience. Source-centered peace gives you the strength to make these choices without turning another soul into an object of hatred.
A great migration of value is already occurring, and this may become one of the clearest signs that New Earth is rising. Value is slowly moving away from spectacle toward authenticity, from status toward usefulness, from centralized permission toward direct participation, from accumulation toward circulation, and from belonging through conformity toward belonging through resonance. This migration unfolds unevenly, through stages, experiments, corrections and many different human choices. Old incentives will remain visible for some time. Yet millions of small decisions are redirecting human energy. People are questioning what work is for, what education is for, what technology is for, what community is for, what health is for and even what success is for. These questions are more revolutionary than they appear because an old system survives by keeping its definitions unquestioned. Starseeds can assist by living the questions with courage rather than rushing to create another rigid ideology. Ask what strengthens life here. Ask what increases agency. Ask what helps people remember their dignity. Ask what allows truth to move more freely. Ask what brings the human being back into relationship with Earth, body, soul and community. These questions will generate many local answers instead of one global formula. New Earth is likely to be far more diverse than the old control mind imagines. A Pleiadian understanding of unity celebrates difference inside a shared recognition of sacred life. Your communities, technologies, forms of exchange and ways of learning can therefore evolve in many directions while remaining aligned by deeper principles. This distributed creativity is one reason the new world is difficult for the old controllers to stop. A centralized system can attack a headquarters. A value embodied in thousands of independent people becomes extremely difficult for any centralized system to stop. A command structure can silence one spokesperson. A truth carried by many independent people becomes extremely difficult to silence through removal of one spokesperson. New Earth is becoming decentralized at the level of consciousness before it becomes decentralized in outer form. The roots are spreading everywhere. This is what makes the shoots inevitable. This is also why many of the most important builders of New Earth may never become famous. A distributed civilization is carried by trustworthy people who improve the part of life placed in their care. Their names matter less than the quality of the structures they leave behind. This is a different model of power from the personality-centered systems now exhausting themselves.
Cosmic energies will continue to assist this process, yet we ask you to hold them in the right relationship to your own sovereignty. Solar activity, eclipses, planetary alignments and waves of subtle energy can intensify what is already ready to move. They can bring emotion nearer to the surface, accelerate insight, alter sleep and create periods in which many people feel unusually sensitive or inwardly rearranged. Your current cycle has carried strong emphasis on transition, reassessment and the feeling that familiar reality is no longer holding the same weight. Use these periods as support rather than as deadlines. Your ascension remains real whether a solar event arrives dramatically, quietly or in a form different from human expectation. A portal can amplify your inner work while your own consciousness continues doing the integration. The Divine Plan can express through many forms beyond the single literal interpretation of a prophecy. Your inner sun is already learning to stay lit. Each time you return to Source after being triggered, you strengthen it. Each time you tell the truth kindly, you strengthen it. Each time you release an identity that has completed its purpose, you strengthen it. Each time you choose a loving boundary rather than resentment, you strengthen it. The external cosmos and the internal cosmos then begin to cooperate. This is the mature relationship between human beings and the stars. We can send support. We can amplify. We can meet you in dream, intuition, meditation and, where appropriate, forms of contact that become increasingly undeniable. Your soul remains the doorway. We would rather meet you while you are standing fully inside your own life than have you wait helplessly for the sky. Disclosure, contact and New Earth are therefore connected through readiness. Humanity becomes ready for a larger cosmic family by becoming less willing to abandon itself.
