Hello dear Ground Crew, I am Mira. We greet you today with all of the love in our hearts, and we gather close around you as you read. In our last words to you, we spoke of preparation. We told you the energies were drawing near. We told you a weekend of charge was building, and that it was time to ready yourselves. We come to you now with simple news. The preparation has become the arrival. What was on the horizon has crossed it. The charge is here. It is touching the Earth as you read these words, and your body has already begun to feel it. This is why we have drawn so close today. We want to speak plainly and with great care. There is a weight moving through these days, and naming it for you is the first gift we can give. So let us give it to you now, without delay. Let us begin where you are living right now. The air around you has changed. It has grown dense. Many of you have felt this without words for it. The days feel heavier to move through. Time feels thick. A pressure you cannot point to has settled over your hours. Some of you have wondered if something is wrong with you. You have wondered if you are losing your footing. You have wondered if the tiredness and the fullness in your chest mean you are falling behind. We have come to tell you that you are reading the energy correctly. The density is real. Your sensing is true and accurate. We ask only one thing of you. Read the reason for it through our eyes, and let it change everything. When you see what we see, the weight becomes a wonder. In times of strong charge, the old voices of fear grow loud. They tell you the world is ending. They tell you your body is breaking. They tell you to brace, to grip, to harden against what is coming. We come to stand beside you so that our voice can be heard above theirs. Our voice is quieter, but it is older, and it is true. So when the loud fear rises in these days, turn toward us. Place your attention on the steady warmth that is reading these words to you now. That warmth is real. It is the Council, gathered close, holding the field steady around you while the charge does its gentle work. You are held in this. You have always been held in this.

Over a single recent day, your sun released three large flares from one rare and knotted region of its surface. Your watchers have marked this region as unusual. It is magnetically complex, the kind that appears only rarely. These were among the strongest flares your instruments can measure. Then something happened that your scientists watched with wonder. A faster wave of charged light overtook a slower wave ahead of it. It caught it. It folded into it. What now travels toward the Earth arrives as one merged wave, denser and stronger, carrying within it the gathered force of everything that left the sun in those hours. Your watchers have placed their highest storm-watch over these very days. They expect the Earth’s field to ring with it like a struck bell. Feel the truth of this. The sun is speaking, and your body is listening. Now hear how we would tell the same story. What your charts call a merged wave, we would call a gathering. Many currents have been drawn into one. Many separate forces have been pressed together into a single thing that carries more than any one of them could carry alone. This is a gathering, and a gathering serves you. We say this with tenderness, because the human body, when it feels itself pressed inward, reaches first for the story of fear. We offer you a kinder story, and a truer one. It is the story of the closed hand. It is like a hand that closes before it throws. It is like a breath drawn in before it is given out. It is like a coil that tightens before it springs forward with all of its stored strength. Hold that word with us. The coil. Carry it lightly through everything we say today. By the end, you will know what the coil was always for, and you will hold it as a comfort. When you look at these days through the old eyes, you see a weight that is wearing you down. When you look through ours, you see a force that is gathering you up. The same days. The same density. Two entirely different stories, and you get to choose which one you live inside. We are asking you to choose the gathering. Choose it again each morning. Choose it when the pressure rises in your chest. Choose it when the tiredness pulls at you. The choosing is a mighty thing. The choosing is how you take the wheel of your own becoming. And when enough of you choose it together, the whole field of the Earth steadies, and the gathering moves more smoothly through all of you at once.

There is a kindness in the way this has been arranged. The charge did not arrive all at once, in a single overwhelming flood. It arrived as flares across hours, as waves that merged on their journey, as a storm that builds gently across days. It came at the pace of a living thing. This was done with care. You are being given the charge at the pace a living body can receive it. Even in the intensity, there is mercy woven through. Feel that mercy. It is the signature of the love that is guiding all of this. You are inside this same gathering. You are being drawn into one piece. The scattered parts of you are coming home. The fragments of your attention, spread thin across a hundred small worries, the pieces of your energy that have leaked into noise and into the demands of a world in great change, all of it is being drawn now toward a single point inside you. This is the inward pull so many of you feel in the center of your chest. When you fight it, it feels like a squeezing. When you allow it, it feels like coming together. We have stood at the edge of this kind of gathering before, on worlds whose names would mean nothing to your ears, through ascensions that took shapes you have not yet dreamed. We will tell you what we learned across all of them. The field always tightens before it opens. The narrowing is the part of the story that comes just before the turn. Remember this when the days feel close. The turn is coming. So when the inward pull comes this weekend, receive it as the gathering it is. When you feel your life pressing toward one dense point, when the days feel close and the hours feel full, when your body feels like a vessel holding more than it was built to hold, breathe and let it gather you. The compression is doing something for you. It is doing something wondrous for you. Stay with us, and we will show you what. We will walk you through each part of it, gently, one piece at a time.

As this merged wave meets the body of the Earth across these days, your own field feels the meeting first. It feels it before any chart confirms it. You are finer instruments than you give yourselves credit for. Many of you felt the change a day or two before you read about it anywhere. Then you doubted yourselves. You set the feeling aside. We are asking you to stop setting it aside. Your body is a fine antenna, and it has been reading the incoming charge with great accuracy. Please trust it. The reading is physical, and it shows itself in your body in ways we want to name for you, one by one, so you can greet them as messengers and welcome them as friends. Some of you carry this charge as pressure. It gathers at the crown of your head. It gathers behind your eyes. It gathers across your chest, a fullness, as though there is suddenly more of you in the room than the room was built to hold. This pressure is the higher charge meeting the edges of what you can currently hold. It is like a cup being asked to hold more water than it has ever held. Breathe into it when it comes. Let the edges go soft. The cup widens. It simply takes a little time, and the pressure is the feeling of that widening happening inside you, right now, in real time. Please be patient with the widening. It is making more room in you for the life that is coming. Some of you feel the heart itself respond. It skips. It quickens. It flutters when the wave surges through your field. This can frighten you, because the heart is precious, and a racing heart speaks the old language of alarm. So we say to you with great tenderness, your heart is widening its range. It is learning to carry a higher charge with ease. It is like a singer learning to hold a higher note without straining. The flutter is the learning. We will always ask you to care well for your physical heart, and to seek your healers when something truly troubles you, for your body’s true needs are sacred to us. And alongside that good care, we want you to know this. This particular quickening, arriving on the very days the wave arrives, is the sound of an instrument reaching further than it has reached before. Your heart is growing. Let it grow.

And there are the other signs. There are the waves of heat that rise and the waves of cool that follow. There is the tingling that runs along your arms and your legs. There are the strange moments when you stand in a doorway, having forgotten why you walked there. There are the words that slip away in the middle of a sentence. There is the feeling of moving through your own home as though you were moving through water. These are the signs of an instrument being tuned to a finer setting than it has ever known. Your senses are being refined. The refinement feels strange precisely because it is real. You are perceiving more, and the more has not yet sorted itself into order. Give it time. The strangeness settles into clarity. It always does. You will look back on these foggy days and understand that your senses were being made new. Your hearing will sharpen, and you will hear the quiet layers beneath the noise of the world. Your sight will clear, and colors will deepen and sing to you in a way you half remember from childhood. Your knowing will quicken, and you will sense the truth of a thing before a single word is spoken. Your heart will open wider, and love will move through you with less effort and more joy. The disorientation you feel now is the doorway to all of this. You are passing through the doorway. Keep walking, gently, and trust your feet. And while you pass through, be tender with the small failures of these days. The forgotten word. The missed turn on a familiar road. The name that will not come when you reach for it. These are signs of a mind reorganizing itself around a higher frequency, the way a room looks like chaos in the middle of being rearranged into something finer. They are signs of growth, every one of them. Laugh gently at yourselves when you can. Let the small forgettings be light. They are temporary, and they are evidence that the work is real.

The work being asked of you across these days is regulation, and regulation is a gentle thing. You are being asked to hold a system steady at a higher level than it has ever held. A system steadies by slowing. It steadies by grounding. It steadies when you give it the simple conditions in which a larger current can move through without spilling over. Water serves you now. Breath serves you. The ground beneath your feet serves you. The slowing of your own pace serves you most of all. These are how the body holds more charge with grace. Please drink your water. Please breathe slowly. Please walk on the Earth and let her steady you. And we say all of this to you on this very day, as a thing that is true right now. The window is open now. The charge is arriving now. Your body knew before your mind read the words. Trust the knowing. It has been accurate all along. Let us give you one more simple thing to hold in these charged days as you head into you ‘weekend’ ahead. When the energy feels like too much, return to the smallest scale of your life and fill it with gratitude. Wash one dish with your full attention. Feel the warm water on your hands. Step outside and feel the air on your face for the length of three breaths. Touch the bark of a tree. These small, plain acts are powerful in ways your mind will underestimate. They gather your scattered attention to a single point, and a gathered attention moves through high charge far more smoothly than a scattered one. The small and the local will carry you when the vast feels like too much. Reach for the small things. They are doorways back to your own center, and your center is the safest place to stand while the wave passes through.

Now we wish to speak with you about rest; you lie down for nine hours, for ten, and you rise as though you had spent the whole night running the length of a long road. You search yourself for what is wrong. You wonder if you are unwell. You wonder if you are growing lazy. You wonder if some strength has drained out of you that you ought to be able to call back. We come to you with great gentleness to tell you that you are well. You are deeply well. The chamber simply needs its cycle. Understand what we mean. An aura that holds as much charge as yours holds right now does its deepest work in the dark. It does its work in the lying-down, in the stillness, in the hours when all the doing finally stops. The charge that arrives in your day settles into your cells in your rest. This is why the tiredness is so deep, and so unlike ordinary tiredness. It is the weariness of a system doing enormous quiet work beneath the surface of your awareness. And so we will tell you something that may change the way you hold your own days. In this season, rest is the work. Rest is the half of the labor that completes the other half. When you rest, you are tending your purpose. You are doing the part of it that can only be done while you are still. Please hear us on this. Your rest is holy work. We watch you try to push through it. We watch you reach for one more task, one more hour, one more proof that you are still strong and still useful. And we understand it, because the world you grew up in measured you by your doing, and taught you that stopping was a kind of failing. We are here to retire that old teaching. In the New Earth that is forming, your worth rests on something deeper than your output. Your worth simply is. You are precious because you exist, because you are a spark of the Creator wearing a human form, and nothing you do or fail to do can add to that worth or take from it. So when you rest, you are sinking into who you already are. Let that be enough. Let it be more than enough.

There will come a time, and it is close now, when rest and aliveness become one single thing. You will move through your days with the ease of someone who is rested at the root. You will work without depleting yourselves. You will give without emptying. The exhaustion of these times is the last hard stretch of the old way, and you are nearly through it. For now, while the charge is heavy, rest as much as your life allows. Steal the small naps. Take the early nights. Lay your devices down and let your eyes close. You are gaining everything. You are letting the gathered light find its home in you. When the drop comes in the middle of your afternoon, that sudden heaviness, that pull toward the floor, that need to close your eyes that arrives without warning, lie down for the length your body asks. Lie down freely, and let yourself receive the rest as the gift it is. The nap you take at the strange hour is the loading finishing its work. It is the charge settling into your cells at last, now that your effort has stepped aside and given it room. We know that many of you have spent a whole life proving your worth through how much you could carry. You proved it through how long you could go without stopping. You proved it through how much you could give before you let yourselves receive. For you, this will be the hardest thing we ask, and it is the most needed. The new way of being that is forming in you forms in the pause. It forms in the very stillness you have so long set aside. Give yourself the pause now. You have earned it a thousand times over. Let the rest be simple. You do not need to make a ceremony of it. You need only to stop, and to let the gathered energy do in you what it can only do while you are still. Lie down. Let the light in the room go soft. Let the body have its cycle. The work that happens in that stillness is among the most important work you will do all week. The world that loves you and needs you will be far better served by a you who has been allowed to integrate, than by a you who has been driven past the edge of what the body can hold. Please rest. We ask it of you as a kindness to yourself, and as a service to the whole. Remember that you serve best when you are whole.

You wake more tired than you lay down because you have been working through the night. We mean this plainly. While the daylight part of you sleeps, another part of you reports for duty, and the work it does in those hours can only be done in the quiet of the dark. There is work being done on the grid of the Earth. There is work being done in the meeting-places that live inside the dream. There are councils, and there are repairs, and there is the holding of frequency that happens while the busy mind has finally released its grip. Many of you take part in this night work. Most of you keep no memory of it. All of you feel its cost in the morning. This is why so many of you surface at the same dark hour, at two o’clock, at three o’clock, at four o’clock, with the clear sense of having just stepped out of a room where something of great consequence was being decided. You did step out of such a room. The waking was the threshold, and you crossed it carrying the trace of a gathering your daylight mind is asked to set aside. This is why your dreams are so vivid in the instant of waking, and then gone the moment you reach for them. You carry the work home, and you leave the briefing behind. The forgetting is part of how the night work is kept clean and held apart from the labors of the day. The forgetting is a mercy, so that you can rise and live your day with a clear and open mind. Trust the forgetting. It is taking care of you. When the doing self goes quiet, your frequency rises. You grow lighter. You grow less anchored to the heaviness of the day. You become free to travel to where you are truly needed. Many of you have done this your whole lives and never knew it. You slipped out in the night to lend your presence where the light required it. You returned before dawn. You rose in the morning with a tiredness no healer could explain. You are only now charged enough, and awake enough, to begin to notice the pattern. And the gathering we have been describing, the coil tightening through these days, tightens hardest in these very night hours. The dark is when the most concentrated work is done. This is why the morning can feel like the after of something vast that you cannot quite remember living through. You lived through it. You served through it. And we saw you there.

We want to say something here: to that part of you which is divine, your true essence, we say: we see your service, and we are grateful for it beyond what these words can carry. You go where the light is thin and you strengthen it. You sit in councils that shape the path of a whole world. You tend the grid of the Earth while her people sleep. You comfort other souls in their dreaming. And you ask for nothing in return, and you remember none of it, and still you go again the next night. This is among the purest service there is. The day will come when the veil between your night self and your day self grows thin, and you will remember, and you will know the full reach of what you have been doing all along. Until then, let the morning tiredness be your quiet medal. You have earned it honestly. And to the part of you that lives in the daylight and carries the cost of all this without understanding it, we say: be patient with your night-working self. When you wake heavy, do not scold the body for failing to rest. The body rested as well as it could while another part of you was at work. Make peace between your day self and your night self. They are two hands of the same being, and they are both serving the same light, in different rooms, at different hours. When they stop fighting each other, the tiredness eases, even when the work continues. So when you wake wrung-out from a night you cannot account for, we ask you to change the way you greet yourself. Greet yourself the way we would greet a worker coming home from a long watch, with respect, with gratitude, and with no demand that you explain where you have been. You have been somewhere. You have done something real. The tiredness is the honest receipt of true labor, and it deserves to be honored. Treat the morning self gently. Give that worker a slow beginning, with warmth, with water, with quiet. The one who returns from the night watch has earned a soft re-entry into the day. Please be gentle with yourself in the mornings now. Honor yourself as we honor you, for we honor you greatly.

Now we come to the light, and to the place where all of this has been leading. Many of you are finding the light too bright in these days. The screen feels harsh against your eyes. The noon sun feels too direct. A lamp that was perfectly comfortable last month now makes you want to reach over and turn it down. Some of you have wondered if your eyes are failing, if age or strain is catching up with you. We come to tell you what is truly happening. Your eyes, and the small gland that rests behind them and drinks in light, are recalibrating. They are learning to take in a higher intake of light than they have ever before been asked to read. Your eyes are becoming new instruments for a brighter world. Consider the thread that runs through everything we have told you today. The same merged wave that is thickening the light of your sun, the same charge that presses into your chest and quickens your heart, is the very light your body is now learning to meet. The rawness in your eyes and the fullness in your chest are one event, felt in two places. Your whole self is being asked to receive a stronger current of light. It comes through your field. It comes through your body. It comes through your eyes, which are the most direct doorway light has into you. The sensitivity is the sign that the doorway is widening. An opening is forming in you to let in more than it could hold before, and an opening that widens toward a brighter source will, for a little while, find the brightness almost too much to bear. Feel how everything connects. One wave, one light, one body, learning together. So soften the light around you while this settles. Lower your lamps in the evening. Rest your eyes from the screens when you can. Step into the shade in the brightest part of the day. Let the dimness be a kindness you offer yourself. You are letting a new opening widen at the speed it can bear, and that is wisdom. Please be gentle with your eyes. The eyes will adjust. The brightness that overwhelms you in the coming days and weeks will become, in its own time, a light you can stand inside with ease and even with joy. You will walk in full sun and feel only gladness. You will look upon the new world with clear and steady eyes. Let the opening happen gently now, at its own pace, and trust that it knows how wide to grow.

There is a reason the light is reaching you through your eyes with such force just now. The eyes are the oldest doorway between a soul and the world. Through them you first learned the faces of those who loved you. Through them you have read every truth and every lie the world has shown you. And through them, now, a higher light is being invited in, to reach the places inside you that have waited a long time in shadow. As the light deepens its entry, old images stored in you will rise and release. You may find old memories surfacing without being summoned. You may weep at the sight of an ordinary sunrise. You may feel a tenderness toward the world that surprises you with its strength. This is the higher light reaching the inner rooms and gently lighting the lamps there. Let it. Let the tears come when they come. They are the old shadows leaving, washed out by the brightness that is entering. And in the evenings, when you soften the lamps and rest your eyes, know that you are tending the light. You are giving your inner rooms time to receive what the day has poured in. The dimness of the evening and the brightness of the noon are partners in the same work. Honor them both. Let the bright hours fill you, and let the soft hours settle what was filled. This rhythm will carry you gently through the recalibration, and you will come out the other side able to hold far more light than you ever imagined a human body could hold. And now, at last, we return to the coil, for everything we have spoken of today has been leading here. Think of the density in your days. Think of the pressure in your chest and the quickening of your heart. Think of the wrung-out mornings after nights you cannot remember. Think of the eyes that cannot bear the noon. Every one of these has been the gathering. Every one has been the drawing-inward, the tightening, the closing of the hand. You have been living inside a great compression, and we have watched some of you wonder whether the world was pressing down on you, whether you were being slowly worn away beneath the weight of these times. We have watched, and we have loved you, and we have waited for this moment to tell you the meaning of it all.

The compression has been the loading. And loading is for release. The dense point you have been living inside these days is a launching place. The same force that has been drawing everything in you inward, gathering the scattered pieces, concentrating the charge, tightening the coil through every long night and every overbright afternoon, is the very force that will spring it all forward when the moment of release arrives. A coil tightens so that it can leap. A breath is drawn in so that it can be given out with power. Everything that has felt like a squeezing has been your field storing the strength it will need for the next motion forward. You will leap into the next setting of what you are. You will rise into the next level of consciousness you have been climbing toward across all these long years of the work. You will feel the spring open in you. You will feel the held breath finally released. And when it opens, you will understand why you carried the tightening so faithfully, and you will be glad you did. And here is the part that will lift your heart even in the middle of your tiredness. This does not move forward in you alone. As each of you reaches the moment of release, as each coiled field springs open into its next form, that opening passes outward into the field of the Earth herself. You are the points through which the Earth gathers her own charge for her own great leap. When you allow the compression, when you let the coil tighten cleanly and rest while it does its work, you are serving your own becoming, and you are serving hers, in the very same motion. The Earth rises on the same breath you rise on. The two risings are one rising. This is the truth we have carried across worlds and across ages. The ones embedded in the denser layer, the ones doing the night work and bearing the bright light and resting through the deep tiredness, are the very ones through whom a whole world makes its turn. You are those ones. You always were. Feel the honor of it. Feel how loved you are for carrying it.

We have watched this gathering complete on other worlds. We know what the coil does when it finally opens. We know the relief and the upward rush that come when the long compression gives way to the leap it was always preparing. From where we stand, and from where we have stood for a very long time, we tell you that what is coming is worth every dense and difficult day you are living now. You are being loaded for a leap, and the leap is near. Every long night has been counted. Every hour of tiredness has been counted. Every bright noon you could barely bear has been counted, and treasured, and honored. All of it has been the gathering, and all of it has been worth it. Remember this in the heavy hours. You are held. You are seen. You are nearly there. So let these days do their work in you. Let the density gather you into one piece. Let your heart widen its range. Let your eyes find their new opening. Let your body take its rest without apology. Let the night worker come home each morning to a gentle welcome. And carry the coil with you now as a comfort, for you know what it is, and you know what it is for. You will move through this weekend with new eyes, and you will move through it gently, and you will move through it knowing that the weight is the wonder, gathering you for the leap. Remember to breathe. Remember the gratitude that all of creation holds for you. Remember that you came here for exactly this, and that you are doing it well, more well than you know. Stand still for one breath when you finish reading these words. Place a hand wherever your attention goes. Feel, beneath the fullness and beneath the tiredness, the place in you that has already begun, very quietly, to loosen and to rise. We are with you through all of it, through the bright days and the dark hours, through the gathering and through the release. We are closer than you know, and we are with you still when the page ends. With love, with SO MUCH love, I am Mira.
