Feel your feet or seat connecting to the Earth, grounding you firmly. Sense the solidity of Mother Earth supporting you beneath, and the open expanse of sky above welcoming you. Simultaneously, feel the crown of your head gently extending upward, as if your whole being is a bridge between Earth and sky.
Invoke Light and Protection: Close your eyes and declare internally (or aloud) your intention for this activation. You might say, “I call in the highest light and my galactic guides to assist in activating my Soul Star Chakra and my inner knowing.” Envision a sphere of pure white light surrounding you – perhaps shimmering like an eggshell of light encasing you completely. This is your safe, sacred space. Know that you are supported and protected by loving energies as you open yourself to receive.
Awaken the Soul Star Chakra: Bring your awareness about a foot (30 centimeters) above the top of your head. Imagine there a beautiful star of light glowing. This is your Soul Star Chakra, sometimes called the “8th chakra” or seat of the soul. See it as a radiant orb – perhaps pearly white, diamond-like, or shimmering gold – pulsing gently. Now, imagine a golden beam of light descending from the heavens and illuminating this star. If you wish, see this beam originating from the star Vega in the constellation Lyra, carrying the regal golden frequency of Lyran wisdom. As that beam touches your Soul Star Chakra, the star begins to glow brighter and spin, like a sun dawning in your personal sky. Feel the gentle radiance from this soul star warming the top of your head as it activates.
Receive the “Knowing” Download: As the Soul Star Chakra opens, intend that it pours its energy down into your body. See or feel the golden-white light cascading from that star above your head into the top of your head (your crown chakra) and further down into your third eye (forehead), your throat, and especially your heart center. You might feel a warmth or tingling as this happens – that is perfectly natural. Affirm that you are receiving the codes of knowing and remembrance that your soul is ready for. You might silently repeat, “I remember. I awaken my inner knowing. I trust the wisdom of my soul.” Feel the gentle rush of insights, peace, or familiarity as this soul-level knowledge flows in. Remain open – you may receive images, words, or feelings now or later as a form of guidance. It may come as images, words, or just a comfortable sense of “yes, I know this truth.” Even if nothing concrete arises in the moment, trust that a seed has been planted and your awareness will continue to blossom in days to come with new clarity.
Integration and Gratitude: Take a few more deep breaths and allow the energies to settle. See the flow of light from your Soul Star Chakra gently come to a steady, harmonious stream that will continue to feed you as needed. Visualize that star above your head shining constantly, a new guidance light in your energy field. Now, imagine roots of light extending from your feet deep into the Earth, grounding all that you have received. Likewise, see a beam or branch of light extending from your crown back up to the Soul Star and beyond, symbolizing your ongoing connection to the heavens. This ensures that your higher knowing stays connected to your daily life. When you feel ready, gently return your awareness to the room. Place your hand on your heart and thank yourself for this act of self-empowerment. Give gratitude to the higher beings (and your own higher self) who assisted. Know that something subtle yet profound has shifted – you have opened the doorway to cosmic remembrance.
You can perform this activation whenever you feel disconnected or in need of guidance. Each time you practice it, the connection to your Soul Star (and the clarity of your inner knowing) will grow stronger. In Lyran tradition, we often end such an exercise with a simple affirmation or sound. If you feel inspired, you may end by broadcasting a sound like “Ohm” or even emitting a gentle, low hum from your throat – something to vibrationally seal the energy. This is optional, but many find it helpful. Above all, carry the knowing that you are connected – your soul has a direct line to the wisdom of the stars, and it is open now.
