Greetings, greetings beloved ones upon the Earth. I am Avolon of Andromeda and we come forth as the Andromedans, surrounding you with our love, our steadiness and our recognition of the Creator that exists within you. We wish to speak with you of this Equinox because there is an understanding we desire to place before you that is somewhat different from the understanding of balance that is often associated with these points in your planetary cycle. Balance is valuable, and there is indeed a moment in which your Earth stands in a particular relationship with your Sun, and yet we wish for you to imagine something more alive than two sides of a scale becoming equal. Imagine that the Earth is breathing in two directions at once. Imagine that one half of the planet is completing an exhalation while another half is preparing an inhalation. Imagine that between these movements there is an exchange of memory. The Northern Hemisphere moves toward autumn while the Southern Hemisphere moves toward spring, and from our perspective these are not opposing experiences. They are two functions of one planetary being. One hemisphere is being asked to distill. One hemisphere is being asked to authorize. One is gathering what has already been lived so that its wisdom can be preserved without the weight of the experience that created it, while the other is deciding which possibilities are now worthy of receiving life, matter, movement and expression. This is why we do not wish to call this Equinox simply a portal that opens above you. The more important portal, beloved ones, is occurring through you and beneath you. It is occurring through the way consciousness passes from your heart into your body and from your body into the Earth. It is occurring through the exchange between humanity and Mother Earth, and through the exchange between the northern and southern portions of the planetary body. You have spent much time looking upward for ascension, for signals, for energetic arrivals, for help, for confirmation, for light. At this Equinox we invite another movement. Allow what you have received to descend. Allow what you have learned to become physical. Allow love to move into the places inside you that still tighten, defend, fear, control or resist. Allow wisdom to become useful. There is no benefit in receiving a beautiful spiritual understanding if the understanding disappears the moment you are challenged. There is no failure in recognising this. It is simply the next movement. The 2026 Equinox is therefore less about how much more you can receive and far more about how completely what you have already received can travel through you.
We wish to describe this as sort of an ‘Equatorial Hinge’, not because we ask you to turn a spiritual image into a scientific claim, but because the image is useful to your consciousness. Your Earth crosses a seasonal threshold simultaneously for every being, yet the direction of the seasonal movement is opposite according to the hemisphere in which one stands. Already within this fact is a profound teaching. Unity does not require identical experience. Oneness does not mean everyone must move in the same direction at the same time. The Creator can express through one being as completion and through another as beginning and neither expression cancels the other. This has significance now because many of you have been unconsciously measuring collective evolution by looking for sameness. You imagine that if humanity is truly shifting, everyone should notice the same signs, experience the same energies, reach the same conclusion or move through the same emotional state. We tell you that planetary unity is more sophisticated than sameness. An orchestra does not become unified because every instrument plays one note. Unity occurs when different movements participate in one composition. Your two hemispheres demonstrate this beautifully. The North and South do not compete over which season is spiritually correct. The autumn leaf does not accuse the spring blossom of moving too quickly, and the spring blossom does not accuse the autumn leaf of being unable to hold its light. Each performs a sacred function. In this way the Equinox carries a teaching for the collective mind: allow another being to occupy a different phase of the great cycle without requiring them to validate your own. Some of you are releasing. Some are creating. Some are grieving. Some are beginning. Some are resting. Some are discovering an energy they have not felt for years. Some are becoming quieter. Some are becoming more visible. This can all occur within one collective movement. We see the Equinox as a hinge because a hinge allows two sections to move differently while remaining connected at the same centre. Your centre is not opinion. It is not ideology. It is not even spiritual language. Your centre is the Creator living through you, and when you return to that centre you can allow diversity of movement without experiencing it as separation. The Equinox does not command both hemispheres to become identical. It reveals how difference can remain joined. This is an important preparation for the years ahead, because humanity will increasingly be asked to remain connected while people digest revelation, change, loss, opportunity and spiritual awakening at dramatically different speeds.
For those of you in the Northern Hemisphere, we wish to speak now of what is a Distillation Current. Autumn has often been presented to you as the season of release, of letting go, of leaves falling and old things being surrendered, and this is useful, but it is incomplete. We do not wish for you simply to throw away the year you have lived. We invite you to distill it. When a soul undergoes an experience there is the experience itself, there is the emotional charge connected with it, there is the identity you may have formed because of it, and there is wisdom. These are not the same thing. Sometimes you attempt to release all four together. You say, I am done with this relationship, this event, this disappointment, this mistake, this fear, therefore I wish for all of it to leave me. Yet hidden inside the experience may be a jewel of self-recognition that belongs to you. There may be courage you discovered, a boundary you learned, compassion you developed, a truth you can now recognise more quickly, a clearer relationship with your body, a greater understanding of what you genuinely desire, or a capacity you would never have developed had the experience not occurred. Distillation means the weight can leave while the wisdom remains. This is the Northern work of this Equinox from our perspective. Ask yourself not only, what am I ready to release? Ask, what did this teach me that I wish to keep? What part of this experience is now mature enough to become wisdom rather than memory? What can I return to Mother Earth as emotional compost, and what belongs within my soul as a new capacity? This changes the autumnal movement greatly. You are not becoming empty. You are becoming concentrated. You are taking a large amount of lived experience and allowing it to become a smaller, purer substance that can travel with you without continually recreating the pain that produced it. Imagine the energy descending through you. The mind recognises the lesson. The heart blesses the experience. The solar plexus releases its struggle with what should have happened. The sacral centre releases the attraction or repulsion that keeps the old story moving. The root releases the belief that your safety depends upon holding the past exactly as it was. Then the remaining charge enters the Earth. What returns to you is not forgetfulness. It is space. It is the ability to remember without being continually re-entered by the memory.
Northern beloved ones, there is another aspect to this. Distillation asks you to stop confusing spiritual completion with emotional amnesia. Many of you believe you have failed to release something because you can still remember it, because you can still feel tenderness around it, because an old face appears in a dream or because a situation briefly awakens an old response in the body. Memory is not necessarily attachment. Sensation is not necessarily imprisonment. The question is whether the old experience continues to choose your present life for you. Does a betrayal from years ago decide whom you trust today? Does an old humiliation decide whether you speak? Does a previous financial difficulty determine whether your root centre remains permanently prepared for catastrophe? Does a spiritual disappointment cause you to close the door upon your own inner knowing? Does an old relationship still occupy creative energy that your present life requires? This is where autumn becomes deeply useful. Rather than cutting cords in anger, imagine completing a transfer. The wisdom comes with you. The unnecessary charge is returned. Sit upon the Earth if you can. Place your hands upon soil, stone, the trunk of a tree, or simply upon your own legs while recognising that your body itself is made of the Earth. Call to mind one completed or nearly completed chapter. Do not ask first whether you can forgive it. Do not force yourself to make it beautiful. Ask, what is mine to retain from this? Allow the answer to arise. Then ask, what no longer needs to travel with me? Breathe downward. It is a different movement from trying to lift everything into light. Let the weight pass through the root. Mother Earth understands transformation through decomposition more intimately than the human mind. The forest does not hate the leaf because it has fallen. The soil does not call the finished form a failure. Form is broken down and its substance becomes available again. Allow this understanding to enter you. There are experiences you no longer need to carry in their original form. Their substance may become compassion, discernment, courage, humour, self-respect, wisdom or simply a clearer understanding of what does and does not belong in your life. This is the Northern Equinox gift: not disappearance, but refinement. Not rejection, but composting. Not an empty field, but a field whose nutrients have been returned so that another season can eventually grow from what has been truly integrated.
For those of you in the Southern Hemisphere, your movement is different. We see it as the Authorization Current. Spring is often described as awakening, beginning, emergence, new life and new possibilities, and again these descriptions are true, yet we wish to make the understanding more precise. Not every possibility needs to become a reality. Not every idea deserves your life-force. Not every spiritual impulse is an instruction. Not every invitation is aligned simply because it is new. Spring contains tremendous generative potential, and therefore its wisdom is not merely to say yes. Its wisdom is to decide what you are willing to give a body. Consider a seed. Within it exists possibility, yet the Earth does not germinate every seed under every condition. There is timing, moisture, warmth, environment and the mysterious intelligence of life itself. We wish for you to bring this discernment into your springtime energy. Ask not only, what do I want to create? Ask, what am I willing to nourish after the excitement of beginning has passed? What deserves repetition? What vision am I willing to serve when it is no longer new? What relationship deserves my presence? What capacity is asking for practice rather than fantasy? What truth has become sufficiently mature within me that I am prepared to make choices on its behalf? Authorization is powerful because it recognises that creation is not only attraction. Creation is stewardship. When you authorize a new expression, you agree to meet it in matter. You give it time, attention, energy, choices, boundaries and often patience. This is how higher-frequency ideas become human realities. They pass through the creative centres, through desire and relationship, through the solar plexus where choice becomes action, and into the root where a new pattern must become safe enough to inhabit. Many spiritual beings love the moment of inspiration yet resist the ordinary repetition through which inspiration becomes form. This spring we invite you to honour repetition as sacred. A new life is not constructed through one magnificent intention. It is constructed when intention is given a thousand small bodies: the phone call, the hour of practice, the honest conversation, the changed habit, the meal prepared, the money handled differently, the creative work completed, the boundary maintained, the kindness repeated. Spring is therefore not simply the arrival of energy. It is the moment when you decide what energy you are prepared to become responsible for.
Southern ones, we also wish you to recognise that your spring does not arise from nowhere. You are not beginning from a blank planet. The Earth beneath you holds histories, generations, endings, sacrifices, discoveries and accumulated human experience. In our Andromedan perception this gives rise to a beautiful symbolic understanding: what one portion of the planetary body has learned can become nourishment for another portion that is moving into creation. We do not mean that a person in Australia unconsciously receives the private memory of a person in Canada, nor do we ask you to literalise what we offer as a spiritual model. We ask you to perceive Earth as a shared field of learning. Humanity learns collectively because inventions, stories, mistakes, art, culture, trauma, courage, warnings and wisdom are continually transferred from human to human and generation to generation. Your planet is never beginning again from zero. In the Southern spring, therefore, imagine that you are able to place your hands upon Gaia and ask, what wisdom is already available that can help this new beginning become wiser than the last? This question creates humility. The new does not need to despise the old. Innovation does not require amnesia. The future can be fed by what the past finally understood. Allow yourself to receive through the root rather than always through the crown. This may feel unusual to some of you. You have been trained to imagine guidance arriving downward from above. Guidance can also arise upward through your relationship with life, with ancestry, with nature, with your own bodily knowing and with the accumulated consequences of human experience. Ask the Earth what stability feels like. Ask the body what pace is sustainable. Ask your relationships what you have learned about honesty. Ask your previous creations what helped them flourish and what caused them to collapse. Then authorize the next form with greater intelligence. This is how spring becomes more than excitement. It becomes evolution. A new seed planted with old wisdom does not repeat the previous season in a different costume. It carries memory forward without carrying the old limitation. Your task is not simply to awaken. Your task is to give awakening a form that can live.
Now we bring these two movements together unearthing what, we will suggest, is a Planetary Memory Relay. The North distills. The South authorizes. One side of your planet is becoming more inward while another moves outward. One converts experience into essence; another converts essence into form. Then, in approximately half of your yearly cycle, the roles reverse. What is now descending into autumn will rise toward spring. What is now rising toward spring will eventually descend toward autumn. Can you recognise the beauty of this? No hemisphere possesses ascension. No latitude has been given the only sacred season. Humanity is participating in a relay through time. The baton is not a physical object. It is what has been learned. It is what has become possible because another phase was completed. This understanding may be especially useful for starseeds and lightworkers because many of you have imagined planetary service almost entirely as broadcasting: sending light, sending love, anchoring frequency, holding a grid, transmitting something outward. A relay requires receiving as well as transmitting, yet we do not mean the giving-and-receiving balance of which we have spoken before. We mean succession of function. Sometimes your spiritual function is to produce no new thing at all but to refine what has already occurred so thoroughly that someone else can build from cleaner material. Sometimes your function is to take a wisdom that already exists and finally put it into a human structure, relationship, community, technology, art, practice or daily habit. Both are service. This is why we say no hemisphere ascends alone. We also say no generation ascends alone. No culture ascends alone. No starseed ascends alone. The human family advances through transfer. What one person finally heals can change what their child needs to heal. What one community finally names can become information another community uses earlier. What one generation learns painfully can become another generation’s starting knowledge. The Equinox, for us, beautifully symbolizes this planetary relay. Ask yourself, therefore: am I presently a distiller or an authorizer? Am I being asked to refine experience into wisdom, or to give wisdom a new body? You may discover that the answer is different in different areas of your life, regardless of hemisphere. Your geography establishes a seasonal teaching, but your soul may be participating in both.
This brings us to why we perceive the 2026 Equinox as significant as compared to the years that have preceded it. We know that throughout your spiritual communities the language of energies, activations, portals, waves, codes and upgrades has become very familiar. It has served many of you because it allowed the mind to recognise that spiritual development can contain phases of increased receptivity and change. Yet familiarity can eventually become habit, and habit can prevent a teaching from evolving. Over these recent years we have observed, symbolically, a movement that might be described in this way: first you learned to receive; then you learned to activate; then many of you learned to recognise every major threshold as a portal; then the emphasis began moving toward embodiment. Now comes another question: can you conduct? Conductivity is not the same as reception. A wire can be surrounded by electricity and conduct very little if resistance is too great. In the same way, you may hold magnificent beliefs about love and still become completely governed by fear during conflict. You may speak of unity yet experience every disagreement as a threat to identity. You may receive spiritual insight yet remain unable to communicate honestly with someone you love. You may meditate upon abundance yet allow the root centre to live in permanent expectation of loss. You may believe in disclosure yet consume the subject in a way that continually dysregulates the nervous system. You may understand forgiveness intellectually yet allow the body to brace whenever a particular name is spoken. None of this makes you less spiritual. It reveals precisely where consciousness wishes to become conductive. This is why we say the 2026 Equinox is not primarily asking, how much light can you hold? It is asking, how much love can move through you without being converted into fear, superiority, self-sacrifice, compulsion or avoidance? How much truth can move through you without you needing to weaponize it? How much uncertainty can your nervous system meet without demanding an immediate story? How much divine awareness can descend into an ordinary disagreement? This is the movement from codes to conduct. The spiritual information has been plentiful. The next illumination is found in what your embodiment does with it.
We wish to speak of the lower chakras of the human form – they are sacred conversion chambers. Your root centre relates in part to existence, safety, physicality and the permission to be here. Your sacral centre holds much concerning desire, relationship, attraction, repulsion, creativity and emotional exchange. Your solar plexus contains important experiences concerning personal will, identity, social relationship, authority, confidence and power. Higher spiritual awareness cannot simply leap over these centres and call itself embodied. Love must be capable of entering them. This is what we call the Downward Ascension. Ascension has often been pictured as rising: rising frequency, rising consciousness, rising out of density, rising toward higher dimensions. We offer you another image. What if a major portion of your present ascension consists of divine love becoming brave enough to descend into density? Can love enter the part of you that is afraid of not having enough? Can love enter jealousy? Can love enter anger without demanding that anger disappear before it is worthy of presence? Can love enter political disagreement without surrendering discernment? Can love enter the memory of betrayal? Can love enter your relationship with money? Can love enter sexuality? Can love enter the need to control? Can love enter the place where you fear being powerless? Can love enter the part of you that wants another person punished? Can love enter your body when it is tired, uncomfortable, aging or asking for care? This is not a descent away from spirituality. It is spirituality fulfilling its purpose in matter. The heart is not meant to become an island of beautiful feeling above a frightened body. The heart becomes powerful when what it knows can travel. So during this Equinox notice where the current stops. You may feel warmth in your chest while the stomach remains knotted. You may feel love for humanity while your jaw tightens around one individual. You may feel connected to the Creator in meditation and unsafe again five minutes after reading the news. Do not condemn the interruption. You have found the next point of conductivity. The blockage is not proof that love has failed. It is the location where love is now being invited.
For this reason we wish to offer the statement you have already been receiving within your awareness: “I am so ready to love”, that person, that place, that thing, anything of lower or even high dimensional frequency. Let this become simple. Let it become usable. Do not reserve it for an elaborate ceremony. You can use it when someone annoys you. I am so ready to love this thing. You can use it when you open a bill and feel the body tighten. I am so ready to love this thing. You can use it when a memory arrives that you wish had remained buried. I am so ready to love this thing. You can use it when you read a disclosure claim you desperately want to be true, because attachment to a preferred outcome can also create distortion. I am so ready to love this thing. You can use it when you encounter information you do not want to be true. I am so ready to love this thing. You can use it with a person who has disappointed you, with the room in which you feel uncomfortable, with the body sensation you habitually fear, with the spiritual teacher you no longer agree with, with the family member you cannot change, with uncertainty, with waiting, with success, with joy, with a higher-frequency experience that feels almost too large to receive. This is why we include lower or high dimensional frequency in the statement. Humans sometimes resist goodness as strongly as they resist difficulty. Love can feel unsafe to a being accustomed to protection. Support can feel suspicious. Ease can create anxiety. Expansion can awaken the fear of losing the familiar self. So say it there also. I am so ready to love this thing. We wish to make an important distinction. Loving something does not mean approving harmful behaviour. It does not mean returning to an unsafe situation. It does not mean abandoning justice, boundaries, consequence or truth. Love is not the cancellation of discernment; love is what makes discernment clean. When you are willing to bring love into a charge, you remove some of the charge’s ability to make decisions on your behalf. You can then say no without hatred. You can leave without vengeance. You can investigate without obsession. You can demand accountability without needing another being’s destruction in order to feel whole.
When you have more time, especially if you are able to be in a nature centred place with bare feet ideally, we invite you to turn this statement into a very simple descent practice. Bring to mind one person, place, circumstance, disclosure topic, fear, expectation or unresolved experience. Notice where your body answers first. Do not decide intellectually which chakra should be involved. Perhaps the stomach contracts. Perhaps the lower belly tightens. Perhaps the legs feel restless. Perhaps the chest closes. Perhaps the throat wants to argue. Simply notice. Then say, slowly, I am so ready to love this thing. Allow the love to arise in whatever way is natural. You do not need to manufacture a magnificent emotion. Willingness is enough. If all you can truthfully say is that you are ready to become ready to love it, begin there. Then imagine or sense the loving presence moving downward. Let it pass through the solar plexus and meet the struggle concerning control, authority, image or outcome. Let it descend into the sacral centre and meet attraction, repulsion, betrayal, desire, resentment or emotional attachment. Let it enter the root and meet the fear that something about this experience threatens your existence, safety, belonging or future. Breathe. You are not pushing the difficulty down in order to suppress it. You are accompanying it downward so that it no longer needs to remain suspended through the nervous system. Then recognise Mother Earth beneath you. Offer the excess charge, not your wisdom, to Gaia. You may say inwardly: Mother Earth, I return the charge of this experience to the greater cycles of transformation. Let what is no longer mine become useful again. Pause. Then allow yourself to receive. Do not only empty. Feel steadiness rising through the feet, legs and root. Imagine it as light if that helps you, or simply as weight, presence, gravity, calm and the undeniable fact that the Earth is holding your body. This is a reciprocal movement. You give what has become residue. You receive stability. You give agitation. You receive enough stillness to choose again. You give what has reached the end of its form. Gaia reminds you that endings can become nutrients. Complete the meditation by returning once more to the situation and saying, I am so ready to love this thing. Notice whether the body answers differently. Even a five-percent softening is movement.
The subject is one that many starseeds and lightworkers are watching intensely: what you have named, ‘disclosure’. There is unquestionably a growing human conversation around unidentified phenomena, secrecy, classified material, testimony, transparency and what governments and institutions may or may not know. There are also, within spiritual communities, much larger interpretations involving extraterrestrial civilizations, hidden programs, suppressed technologies and groups of power that many of you refer to collectively as the cabal. We ask you to preserve the distinction between what has been demonstrated in your public evidence and what remains testimony, interpretation, hypothesis, spiritual knowing or belief. Discernment does not weaken disclosure. Discernment protects it. Your public systems are creating more mechanisms through which information can be requested, reported, examined and in some cases disclosed. At the same time, whenever disclosure could threaten reputation, authority, finances, careers, legal standing or the continuation of established systems, you should not be surprised that self-protection may arise. You do not need one invisible master explanation in order to understand that human institutions can resist information that creates consequence. If wrongdoing is eventually demonstrated, litigation, investigation, loss of office or even criminal consequence may become appropriate according to the evidence and the laws involved. Love does not require you to prevent consequence. Yet fear of consequence can create concealment, delay, denial, distraction and competition over narrative. This is the human element. The extraterrestrial element remains, publicly, a far larger unresolved question than many spiritual communities wish to admit. We do not ask you to abandon your inner knowing; we ask you to stop forcing inner knowing to masquerade as public proof. These can coexist. This is particularly important now because the collective tension between revelation and self-protection is pressing directly upon the lower chakras. Root asks: if reality is larger than I was taught, am I safe? Sacral asks: if people concealed important information, whom can I trust? Solar plexus asks: who had the authority to decide, who benefits from secrecy, and what happens when power changes hands? These are enormous questions. No wonder sensitive bodies feel the pressure.
Many of you can therefore experience disclosure before receiving any definitive disclosure information – your body is already responding to the possibility that the agreed map of reality may change. This is the push-pull you describe. One part wants everything revealed immediately. Another part is afraid of what revelation might require you to reconsider. One part wants hidden wrongdoing exposed. Another part fears social instability. One part longs for open extraterrestrial contact. Another part carries ancient or culturally conditioned fear concerning invasion, manipulation or loss of human autonomy. One part wants justice. Another part can become intoxicated with the fantasy of enemies being defeated, imprisoned or publicly humiliated. Here, beloved ones, is where spiritual work becomes extremely practical. When you notice the root tightening around disclosure, say: I am so ready to love this thing. When you notice anger toward those you believe have concealed information, say it again—not to excuse concealment, but to prevent your own field from becoming organised around hatred. When you imagine litigation, incarceration or the defeat of corrupt structures, allow justice to remain justice without turning punishment into spiritual nourishment. I am so ready to love this thing. When you hear an extraordinary extraterrestrial claim and feel immediate exhilaration, use the statement there too. Love the possibility enough that you do not need to distort evidence in order to possess it. Love truth more than you love being proved right. When you encounter a sceptical person, do not make their scepticism an enemy of your awakening. I am so ready to love this person. Perhaps they are asking for evidence because evidence matters. Perhaps you are perceiving something inwardly that evidence has not yet reached. These positions can coexist without war inside your solar plexus. Disclosure that merely changes the object of fear is incomplete. If yesterday you feared extraterrestrials and tomorrow you fear humans who allegedly hid extraterrestrials, fear still governs the body. You have changed the story without changing the frequency through which the story is metabolised. We wish for something deeper. You do not need less truth. You need a body able to hold more truth without becoming governed by fear. Disclosure is not complete when a file opens; inwardly, it becomes complete when revelation no longer owns your nervous system.
This returns us to the significance of the Equinox, dear Starseeds – revelation is also seasonal. There is a time when something hidden becomes visible and there is a time when what has become visible must be digested. Humanity has sometimes imagined disclosure as one enormous announcement after which consciousness instantly changes. We would ask you to consider that real disclosure may function more like metabolism. Information enters. The collective reacts. New questions emerge. Old institutions respond. Some claims are strengthened. Others collapse. Evidence clarifies certain matters while making other mysteries larger. People grieve what they believed. Some feel vindicated. Some become frightened. Some become fascinated. Some ignore it and continue making breakfast. This unevenness is natural. Return to our image of the hemispheric hinge. Humanity does not process revelation in one direction at one speed. Some people will be in an autumn of worldview, allowing an old understanding to die and distilling what remains true. Others will be in a spring of worldview, enthusiastically constructing a new cosmology. The danger comes when spring mocks autumn or autumn attempts to prevent spring. Allow the relay. Allow evidence to mature. Allow people to adjust. Allow mystery. Love the unknown enough that you do not fill every empty space with certainty. This is a tremendous spiritual discipline. The mind dislikes an unoccupied space. It wishes to name the object immediately: benevolent, hostile, cabal, white hat, extraterrestrial, interdimensional, secret technology, deception, rescue. Yet sometimes the most advanced statement available is simply: this is not yet known. Can your root remain present there? Can your solar plexus resist grabbing an identity from uncertainty? Can your heart remain open? This is conductivity. This is where the Equinox becomes relevant to disclosure without needing to predict a spectacular event. The new human consciousness is not merely the consciousness that has more hidden information. It is the consciousness capable of meeting more information with greater stability, compassion, curiosity and discernment. Otherwise new information enters an old nervous system and the old patterns simply receive new costumes.
In the days surrounding this Equinox we therefore offer you a practice of three movements: Distill, Authorize and Relay. Wherever you live, begin with Distill. Choose one significant experience from this year. What wisdom belongs to you now because you lived it? State that wisdom simply. Do not tell the entire story. If you required two hundred words to explain the lesson yesterday, see if you can recognise it today in one sentence. This is distillation. Then ask what emotional charge no longer needs to accompany that wisdom. Breathe it downward and offer it to Mother Earth. Next, Authorize. Ask what one quality, project, relationship, healing movement or spiritual capacity deserves a physical expression during the season ahead. Do not choose ten. Choose one that you are prepared to serve beyond the moment of inspiration. Decide the smallest repeated action through which it can receive a body. Then Relay. Place your awareness upon the Earth and recognise that your individual development does not end with you. Offer the distilled wisdom into the human field without deciding who must receive it. You can simply say: May what I have genuinely learned become useful to life. Then become receptive. Ask: What wisdom has life already learned that I am now ready to embody? Sit without forcing an answer. Some of you may feel a response. Some may receive a thought days later. Some may simply become quieter. The practice is complete regardless. Those in the North may emphasize Distill. Those in the South may emphasize Authorize. Yet everyone completes all three because each human being contains seasons within themselves. Do this once if you wish, or repeat it across several days. There is no spiritual penalty for missing the exact astronomical minute. The Creator does not lock the door because you meditated at the wrong hour. The greatest alignment is sincerity. If you remember nothing else, remember this: the next portal is not above you. It is beneath your heart. Ascension that cannot descend into your root is not yet fully embodied. Let the light come down. Let love become practical. Let the wisdom become usable. Let the Earth receive what you no longer need to carry in its old form.
Beloved ones, as this Equinox arrives, we invite you to see yourselves differently. You are not waiting passively beneath a sky that decides your evolution. You are participating with the Earth in cycles of receiving, transforming, releasing, creating and transferring wisdom. The Northern Hemisphere is not spiritually dying; it is distilling. The Southern Hemisphere is not simply waking; it is authorizing life. In six months the great exchange will reverse and each will understand more completely what the other is performing now. This is why we repeat: no hemisphere ascends alone. And in the same way, no part of you ascends by abandoning another part. The crown does not ascend alone. The heart does not ascend alone. Your spiritual identity does not ascend while the root is left terrified, while the sacral centre remains filled with unexamined repulsion, or while the solar plexus continues fighting every challenge as though existence depends upon victory. Bring all of yourself. Bring the person you have difficulty loving. Bring the disclosure story that excites you. Bring the uncertainty that irritates you. Bring the old wound you thought should already be gone. Bring the new possibility that frightens you because it is genuinely larger than your former life. Place each within love and say: “I am so ready to love” this thing. Say it not because you are trying to become passive, but because what you refuse to love remains capable of steering you. Love restores choice. Love allows discernment without hatred. Love allows justice without becoming vengeance. Love allows truth without requiring superiority. Love allows mystery without panic. And when love has entered what you once resisted, allow it to descend. Let it pass through your power. Let it pass through your relationships and desires. Let it pass through your safety and physicality. Let it enter Mother Earth. Receive from Gaia the steadiness that reminds you that spiritual evolution was never designed to make you less human. The Earth is not asking you to escape density. She is teaching you how to turn density into wisdom. This is the great movement we perceive now. The previous years taught many of you to look for the codes. 2026 asks the codes to become conduct. It asks revelation to become maturity. It asks spiritual love to become capable of entering the very places from which you once tried to ascend away. Move through this Equinox therefore with curiosity, tenderness and courage. Distill what has been lived. Authorize what deserves life. Relay the wisdom onward. And above all, let love descend far enough that the Earth can feel it through your feet.
