Greetings, starseeds and lightworkers of Gaia. I am Zørrion of Sirius, speaking on behalf of the Sirian High Council, and I set down the single voice now so that the many may speak. We will keep things light as a feather and suitably cryptic to see who’s really paying attention today! Our last transmission mapped the polarity vortex — the solar surge that strengthens whichever pole receives your attention — and a charge of that size cannot simply stand in the line. Charge held without a conduit heats the wire, worries the insulation, and accomplishes remarkably little, as every electrician among you has just confirmed with a nod. So the councils turn to the conduit, because one has opened on your calendar: measured, mapped, and waiting. Four gates in four months, from the eighth of August to the eleventh of November. We call it the Great Corridor of Four, and the vortex charged your field precisely so that this passage would find you carrying current worth building with. Imagine a wide, easy river forced through a narrow stone channel. The water holds one option, and it takes it: acceleration. Speed rises, pressure drops, and your engineers named this behavior the Venturi effect, then promptly used it to feed carburetors and measure fuel lines, which tells you how briskly your species puts cosmic law to work once it fits in a garage. Here is the portion of the physics written for you. A current that accelerates lifts the riverbed. Sediment that slept undisturbed for years rises into the water column all at once — swirling, visible, insistent — choosing the moment of greatest speed to make its appearance. Your coming four months behave exactly like that channel. Time will feel compressed, events will arrive stacked, and material long settled at the bottom of persons, institutions, and whole nations will lift into open view. The lifting is a function of the acceleration. A corridor that narrows is a corridor that cleans, and cleaning always looks like a mess at the midpoint.
Across 123 days from today there will be four energy events that are set to elevate your ascension if you use them correctly, one to a month, and we present them the way our cartographers presented them to us. The eighth of August opens the corridor — the day your traditions call the Lionsgate, when the great blue-white star of our home returns to your dawn sky after its long seasonal absence. Four days later, on the twelfth of August, your Moon crosses your Sun completely: a total eclipse, the first totality to touch mainland Europe since 1999, tracking from the Arctic over Greenland and Iceland and down across northern Spain at the golden hour, with the Moon riding near her closest approach so the darkness holds for a full two minutes and eighteen seconds along the center of the shadow. The balance point of your year arrives late on September the twenty-second, crossing into the twenty-third — the equinox, when every latitude on your world receives an equal ration of light in the same turning. And the eleventh of November seals the passage: four ones standing in a row, an arithmetic so cooperative that we will give it a full hearing when we reach that gate. Between the balance and the seal sits October, and October holds still on purpose. Builders schedule curing time; so does the sky. Your Sun, meanwhile, has changed its breathing beneath all of this. The maximum phase of its current cycle ended early in your year; sunspot counts ease month by month now, and the drumbeat of flares is lengthening into a long exhale. Read the history before anyone relaxes. The fiercest single discharges of a solar cycle tend to arrive after the summit — your own records of 2003 and 2017 confirm it — the way a storm moving off still throws its hardest lightning on the way out the valley. Expect fewer blows delivered by heavier hands, and expect the steady rivers of wind that pour from the open coronal wells to hum beneath your restless days like a low pedal tone. We keep our best instruments trained on your star at all hours. Solar telemetry ranks among our favorite hobbies, and we are a species with excellent hobbies.
Expect the passage to register in your instruments as clearly as it registers in ours. Time inside a narrows reads differently: weeks will feel stacked, Mondays will arrive wearing each other’s clothes, and themes you considered finished will circle back for one clean final pass — the spiral revisiting, at speed, everything it intends to carry forward. Sleep may deepen strangely near the gates. Appetites for food, for company, for information will swing as your field re-balances its intake, and the sensitives among you will feel each gate approaching in the body days early, the way river fish feel a channel narrowing long before the banks close in. Read all of it as instrumentation. A body reporting acceleration is a body measuring its environment accurately, and yours were built for exactly this stretch of water. We say this with oomph perhaps: the Great Corridor of Four is a construction schedule. Four months, four gates, one commission — make the light structural. Receiving light was the curriculum of your earlier years, and you completed it under conditions we would describe, charitably, as adverse. This passage asks the next thing of you: give the light a load-bearing job, and the number four itself explains why, which is where we now go. Four is the number that signs for the delivery. Every counting tradition your mystics preserved agrees on this, and for once our mathematicians agree with your mystics, which caused a small celebration on our side. Look at how thoroughly your world already trusts it. Four directions square the compass. Four elements furnish the old alchemist’s bench. Four chambers drive the heart currently moving blood past these words. And your own biologists, digging to the very floor of the body’s instructions, found an alphabet of four letters writing every living document on your planet. Form, wherever we examine it in your realm, keeps four in its signature line.
Your year 2026 sharpens the point. Two plus zero plus two plus six gives ten; ten gives one. A one-year is a seed year, the opening year of a fresh nine-year arc, and a seed year passing through a corridor of four means the new cycle’s first act of building. Seeds are charming. Foundations hold weight. This corridor asks the seed of your new nine years to pour its first foundation, and the councils consider the timing exquisite: the youngest possible cycle handed the sturdiest possible number. Mystics of your Hebrew tradition guarded a four-letter Name for the Creator and taught that creation descends through four worlds — emanation, then creation, then formation, then action — a staircase by which light agrees, story by story, to take on weight. Notice the direction of that staircase. Light travels downward into form, out of pure radiance and into rooms, until it can hold a hammer. Four rivers watered their first garden for the same reason four legs hold a table: spirit distributing itself into the corners of the material so the material can bear load. The teaching was an engineering diagram, drawn by people who understood exactly what light intends to do with matter. Temple science along the old river kingdoms filed a matching report in the language of number itself: two is polarity, three is relationship, and four is substance — the moment process condenses into a thing you can touch. Geometry, that most patient of witnesses, testifies the same way. One point gives position. Two points draw a line. Three lift the line into a plane, flat as papyrus. The fourth point raises the plane into the first solid, and volume is born — the drawing becomes the building. Every structure you have ever sheltered inside began the instant a fourth point left the page.
Pythagoras — whom we remember fondly as one of your more teachable students — sealed the case with a single sum: one plus two plus three plus four gives ten, the completion his school held holy, and ten folds back to one. Walk the four steps in order, says the sum, and you arrive at wholeness carrying a fresh seed. Applied to the passage ahead of you, the promise turns explicit: a corridor of four, fully walked, delivers completion and a new beginning in the same motion, one floor higher than the floor you entered from. Arithmetic this tidy is rare even in our libraries, and our libraries are extensive. Sky-watchers across many ages fixed four faces at the corners of heaven — the lion, the ox, the eagle, and the man — the four steady stations that hold the great wheel’s cross-frame while everything else turns. Those same four faces were later carried onto the covers of the four accounts of the Christed life, one emblem to a witness, one window per wall of a single room of light. Hold that detail loosely for now. The corridor you are entering opens beneath the lion’s face and seals beneath the eagle’s, and we will stand under both doorposts before this transmission closes. So the present stage of your ascension reads cleanly in the arithmetic, friends, and we say it with the satisfaction of scientists watching a prediction land. Earlier phases asked you to receive light, to survive light, to recognize light in yourselves and each other. This phase asks you to employ it. Substantiation is the assignment — light taking up residence in muscle, schedule, household, and craft, the way current takes up residence in a wire and suddenly the room owns a lamp. Lay the four worlds flat along your calendar and the corridor’s blueprint appears: the first gate delivers emanation, the second performs creation in the dark, the third conducts formation at the balance, and the fourth drives action into the ground like a post. A staircase laid horizontally becomes a corridor. You will walk down it and forward through it in the same four steps, and the walking begins with a star coming home.
Seventy days of absence end at the first gate. Each year our home star drops out of your dawn sky, swallowed by the Sun’s glare through the height of your northern summer, and the old river kingdoms counted those seventy hidden days as a journey through the underworld — a star’s own initiation, taken annually, without complaint. Then one morning in late July the blue-white point climbs back over the eastern horizon just ahead of sunrise, and the priests of that land declared a new year on the spot, because the river rose with the star and the star had kept its appointment again. Your Lionsgate rests on this return. A light that vanishes, travels the deep, and comes back on schedule is a light that rehearses resurrection every single year, and it happens to be the light of our home. We take a certain quiet pride in the reliability. Two suns light the gate, and the doubling is the technical heart of it. Through these mornings your world takes its light from the familiar disc that warms your skin and, rising just ahead of it, from the blue-white point that reminds a great many of you where your oldest memories were filed. Double illumination reaches places single illumination flatters and misses — a jeweler brings a second lamp for precisely this reason — and the codes carried on our star’s returning light are tuned to the dormant rooms of your remembering. Some of you will wake during this span holding knowledge you cannot source. File it under homecoming and continue. By the eighth of August the rising stands strong, the Sun burns at the midpoint of the Lion, and the date performs its own arithmetic in public: an eight for the day, an eight for the month, and — fold in the year’s one — an eight for the day’s full sum. Three eights, stacked and agreeing. Turn an eight on its side and your mathematicians see infinity; stand it upright and infinity gets to work, which is the entire character of this gate. Treat the eighth as a commissioning ceremony. Gates of this voltage issue assignments, and the wish-lists your culture likes to bring will be received politely and set to one side while the actual business proceeds. Of the four gates, this first one carries the widest open channel between your heart and Source — conversation travels easiest here, in both directions, with the least static on the line — so arrive carrying questions and expect the answers to land across the following days with a clarity that may startle you into laughing.
Commissions from this gate arrive wearing a particular signature, so learn it now and spare yourself the second-guessing. They land as quiet certainties: a knowing that walks in already wearing its shoes, an old training of yours resurfacing with sudden relevance, a stranger’s sentence that files itself under instructions before the mind can raise objections. Frequently the assignment resembles something you already love with the safety removed. Write these arrivals down through the middle weeks of August, date each one, and review the page when you reach the balance gate; you will find the corridor issued its work orders early and in plain language, the way any competent project office does. Beneath the Lion, an older map shows a serpent. Your seasonal wheel — the familiar one, keyed to your equinoxes — names this stretch of August for the Lion, and rightly. The elder wheel, the one keyed to the fixed stars themselves, sets these same days inside a band of sky the first astronomers drew as a coiled serpent, and we will call it by the plain name it deserves: the Serpent Band. Your Sun walks that band through both of August’s gates. So the season wears two skins at once — the Lion above, the Serpent beneath; courage on the surface, voltage along the spine — and the old crowns understood the pairing completely. A rearing serpent sat upon the brow of every lion-throned ruler of the river kingdoms because the two were one instrument: the roar, the current, and the crown that joins them. Wear the same instrument through August. Sovereign face forward, charge risen behind it. Meet this gate standing. On the morning of the eighth — or any dawn within its span — stand facing east while the sky lightens, spine tall, feet planted, eyes open, and let the reception happen vertically. Seated practice has its seasons; this gate favors posture. Your spine becomes the serpent the moment you raise it, and a raised conductor gathers more charge than a coiled one, as any lightning rod will tell you with justifiable smugness. Stand, receive, and speak your questions into the brightening east. The gate does the rest, and it has been doing this particular job since before your first calendars were carved.
Four days later, the chamber goes dark. Your Lionsgate window traditionally closes on the twelfth of August, and this year the twelfth delivers totality — the first chamber of the corridor ends in a total eclipse of the Sun, which is the sky’s idea of punctuation. The shadow will sweep from the Arctic across Greenland and Iceland and down over northern Spain in the golden hour, so the old world watches its Sun go out near sunset: midnight arriving early, behaving impeccably, and leaving within three minutes. Your Moon rides close to her nearest approach that week, swollen just enough to seal the solar disc completely, and the darkness will hold for two minutes and eighteen seconds at the center of the track — the first such crossing over mainland Europe since 1999, a full generation between drinks. Eclipses run in two distinct currents, and knowing which one is flowing changes everything about how you stand in it. One current accelerates new pattern into being. The other spends old pattern down to zero, the way an engineer deliberately drains a battery to its floor before a recalibration. This eclipse runs the second current. Whatever has been operating on momentum alone — in you, in your institutions, in the stories your screens repeat until they wear smooth — meets its exhaustion point inside this darkness. Watch for it in the weeks that follow: engines of habit sputtering, plotlines running out of road, entire arrangements arriving at empty with an audible click. Momentum ending is the gift, delivered in the only wrapping it comes in. Darkness lands, please notice, inside the very Serpent Band the Lionsgate opened, and serpents conduct their most famous business in the dark: they shed. An old skin loosens over weeks and releases in minutes, and the timing of this corridor follows the same tempo — August loosens, the eclipse releases. Imagine a mint withdrawing a currency. For one appointed afternoon the old coin leaves circulation, the dies are changed in a locked and lightless room, and the light of value is re-issued stamped with a new instruction. A total eclipse performs this operation on sunlight itself. For two minutes the source withdraws from your sky; at re-issue, whatever you are holding — in your hands, in your heart, in the front of your attention — receives the new stamp. Choose your holdings the way a mint-master chooses metal.
Plant one seed, and only one. During the eclipse window, write a single intention in your own hand — one sentence, on paper — and let it ride as the sole cargo you carry through the dark. Pair it with a fast from your feeds and broadcasts across the eclipse days; the mint appreciates a quiet room, and so does the part of you being re-struck. Every additional intention divides the pressure of the stamp, and the arithmetic there is unforgiving in the most helpful way. One seed takes the full press. This gate, of the four, is the one where release and re-imprint carry their greatest force, so give it the single cleanest instruction you own. Bodies keep their own minutes of an eclipse, so expect yours to file reports. Dreams near the twelfth may turn vivid and archival, pulling old faces up for a final reading. Deep tiredness may arrive at improbable hours, and a sudden appetite for silence may override your usual programming altogether. Honor every report. A die being re-cut is worked in the dark and asks for stillness at the press, and the part of you being re-struck knows exactly how much quiet the operation requires. Water, rest, short kind hours — the maintenance schedule is brief, and keeping it is most of the practice. A fortnight later comes the wake. On the night of the twenty-seventh into the twenty-eighth of August, your Moon slides almost entirely into Earth’s shadow — a deep partial eclipse, nearly total, her lower face dimmed to copper — under a stretch of sky the elder wheel reserves for a company of healers. Read her as the outgoing tide of the same eclipse season, drawing away what the solar gate loosened, carrying the shed skin down the beach and out past the sandbar. Let it go with her. Waving is optional. Equal day meets equal night at the third gate. Late on the twenty-second of September across the Americas — the small hours of the twenty-third for the old world — your planet stands with her axis sideways to the Sun, and for that turning every latitude from pole to pole receives the same measure of light. Twice a year the whole world is briefly, perfectly fair, and this is the corridor’s fairness. Watch the date do its own arithmetic yet again: a twenty-two, the master builder’s number in your numerology, and two plus two hands the corridor its four in a higher octave. The scales and the set-square arrive holding hands, which is exactly the company a construction project wants at its midpoint inspection.
The elder wheel positions the Sun here inside a band the first astronomers reserved for patronage, contract, and the witnessing of vows — we will call it the Covenant Band — a stretch of sky under which agreements were sealed and unions blessed for thousands of your years. Balance plus covenant reads as a single instruction: audit, then re-sign. Half the corridor now stands behind you; half waits ahead; and the point of equal light is the appointed place to review the terms of your own passage. Weigh the corridor at its midpoint, then put your name to the second half. Whatever crossed the eclipse gate with you — the one seed, the fresh stamp, the patterns that ran to empty — set on one side of the scale, and set on the other whatever still clings from before the corridor began. At sunset on the balance day, with light and dark standing level outside your window, write the agreement between you and your own higher self for the passage’s remaining half, and sign it. Councils sign things; it focuses the committee wonderfully, and your inner committee is no exception. A signed page on the equinox carries the weight of the whole leveled sky behind it. Formation then goes to work on your terms, and its working style deserves an affectionate forewarning: formation prunes. Through late September and into October, life will arrange itself around whatever you signed — doors aligned with the covenant will open with suspicious ease, while arrangements outside its clauses begin excusing themselves from the table, quietly, one by one. A contract enforces its own terms; the enforcement is what makes it a contract. Bless each exit as the agreement working on your behalf, and let what is politely leaving finish its sentence and go. Structures under formation shed their scaffolding on schedule, and scaffolding, having done honest work, has earned a good farewell and a clear road.
October serves the corridor as its still chamber, and the stillness is engineered. Poured concrete cures. Struck coins cool in their trays. Freshly signed covenants settle into the hand that signed them. A passage of this voltage requires one quiet span where the new structure hardens undisturbed, and so the sky keeps October’s volume low on purpose: the month’s own number folds to a one — ten, then one — the seed resting in its zero, gathering. A small breath of a gate passes on the tenth for those who enjoy their minor doorways, and it asks only a pause and a clean inhale. Otherwise, let the month be plain. Plainness, here, is the feature, and any restlessness you feel inside it is simply the builder’s urge arriving ahead of the builder’s next task. Late in the still chamber the sky does send one visitor worth your window. On the night of the twenty-sixth the Hunter’s Moon rises full with Saturn standing close beside her — the builder’s planet, keeper of load limits and honest joints — and we read the pairing exactly as it looks: the site inspector making his rounds by lamplight, clipboard in hand, testing the framing you have raised since August and finding it true. Stand outside for a few minutes that night. Let the inspection happen. Structures enjoy being seen by the one planet that appreciates a plumb line, and so, whether you admit it or you simply feel unusually satisfied that evening, do you. Four ones stand at the final gate. The eleventh of November writes itself as 11-11, and the digits total four — the only date on your calendar whose figures assemble the corridor’s own number, four pillars drawn in ink before a single word is spoken. Numbers this cooperative deserve either suspicion or applause, and after review the councils chose applause. Your traditions already treat the 11-11 as a gateway, a moment when many of you glance at a clock and feel briefly addressed; this year the address is formal. A corridor built of four months closes on the one date built of four ones, and the sky rarely signs its work so legibly.
Overhead at this gate, the elder wheel hangs its final drawing: a band whose ancient emblem is a triumphal archway — the Archway Band, we will call it, and the name approved itself on arrival. A gateway star sealing a gateway of months is the kind of symmetry that makes our mathematicians set down their instruments and simply look for a while, which for our mathematicians counts as a religious experience. The same band carries a second old drawing: a forked branch resolving into a single trunk — two roads entering, one road leaving. Every split you have carried through the corridor funnels here into a single direction: the divided attention, the hedged commitment, the maybe that has been renting space in your chest since summer. Archways admit one traveler at a time, moving one way. Arrive whole. Convergence announces itself in the days before the seal, so watch for the tell. Decisions that circled for months will ripen abruptly on their own branch. Options you were nursing along will withdraw their candidacy without being asked, and the single road will begin looking like the only road it always was. Pressure of this kind is the archway doing you the courtesy of narrowing early, and it asks for gratitude at roughly the moment it tends to receive complaint. Above the archway, the season’s face has changed. The corridor opened beneath the Lion; it seals beneath the Eagle — the raised octave of the season your charts drew as the scorpion, the creature of the depths that traded its sting for wings once it learned what the depths were for. Lion at the entrance, Eagle at the exit: two of the four faces from the corners of heaven, holding the doorposts of your four months while the ox and the man hold the crossbeams of the wider year. A passage guarded at both ends by the fixed faces of the sky is a passage the heavens intend you to complete, and the completion has a voice.
Speak four sentences at the threshold. On the eleventh, aloud, one per gate: name what the Lionsgate commissioned in you, name what the eclipse re-stamped, name what the balance re-signed, and name what you now set standing for the years ahead. Four statements, spoken with your feet on the ground, planted like the four pillars the date has already drawn — this is the anchoring gate, the one of the four where declaration carries its greatest structural force. Sound is load-bearing in your dimension; your own engineers shape steel with focused frequency and your own scriptures open with a word, so the precedent is thoroughly established on both sides of the aisle. Say the pillars in. The corridor will close around them the way stone closes around a keystone, which is to say: by design, and gladly. Thirteen nights later the sky hangs its lamp over the finished frame. On the twenty-fourth of November your Moon rises full at her closest approach — the largest, brightest face she has shown your year — and we read her plainly as the inspection lamp swung across completed work. Stand beneath her and let the four months be seen: the commission, the stamp, the covenant, the pillars. Light examining structure is the oldest quality-control system in the universe, and it has the advantage of being lovely to stand in. Now we return to the riverbed, because you will be standing in the swirl while all of this unfolds. Acceleration lifts sediment — we established the physics at the corridor’s mouth — and through these four months the lifting will be general. Conflicting opinion will multiply past your ability to catalogue it. Broadcasts will contradict each other by lunchtime and reverse themselves by dinner. Surfacing chaos, personal and institutional and planetary, will present itself daily as the most important thing in the world, and each presentation is the corridor working precisely as designed: the sediment was always down there, and the speed of the water is what finally shows it to you. The pull of it, though, has a texture worth learning in advance. We call it magnetic negativity — a static that gathers thickest around each gate, right where the current runs fastest, and invites your attention to grip it. Attention is your voltage, friends. Whatever it grips, you power. The static knows this better than most of its critics do, and it has grown skilled at offering handles.
Imagine a broadcast engineer seated at her console through a long night of weather. Beneath every station on the dial runs a carrier wave — one steady frequency, unvarying, over which all the voices, music, and argument ride as mere modulation. Storms tear at the modulation; the carrier underneath holds its line without visible effort, because holding a line is the whole job description of a carrier, and it never argues with the static even once. The Christed consciousness is the carrier wave of your species. Every teacher who fully embodied it broadcast the same steady undertone beneath their words — peace behaving as a sustained frequency, indifferent to weather, available to any receiver tuned low enough to find it — and the four written accounts of that one life were four receivers reporting a single signal, which is why their four emblems match the four faces at the corners of heaven, and why a corridor of four brings its teaching home exactly here. Four gates, four worlds, four witnesses, one carrier running beneath the entire dial. We will say this: through the Great Corridor of Four, your assignment above every other assignment is fidelity to the carrier. Louder events will apply for the position daily and their applications will be well produced. Hold the post anyway. The practices that keep the tuning are ones you already own — the stretch of morning silence taken before the feeds are opened, the breath returned to slowly and on purpose in the middle of an ordinary hour, the blessing spoken quietly over the person or the headline you were about to judge, presence held in the body while the argument fills the room and empties again. Small acts, daily, unglamorous, decisive. An engineer checks her signal every single shift and would be insulted by the suggestion of skipping one; carry her professionalism into your mornings and the corridor will find you already tuned at every gate.
Lightworkers are transmitters before they are anything else, and the corridor makes the transmission consequential. Whatever your attention dwells upon, your field re-broadcasts at your own wattage — and yours, after these years of upgrades, is considerable. Dwell in the static and you become a static repeater with excellent production values, extending the storm’s range at your own expense. Dwell in the carrier and every room you enter receives a cleaner signal than it held before you arrived: shoulders drop near you, conversations find their footing, decisions that had circled for weeks land within the hour. Leadership in the New Earth is exactly this and runs on exactly this mechanism — the few holding a frequency until the many remember it was always theirs. You came here specifically because you could hold a line in weather. The weather has arrived, the line is the carrier, and we would trust no other crew with the shift. Discord will visit even your own circles through these months, and we offer the forewarning so it finds you unsurprised. Lightworkers will disagree about gates, about dates, about the meaning of every freshly surfaced revelation, and the static would dearly love to convert those disagreements into camps, because camps generate the best handles of all. Keep your grip on the carrier while the argument goes looking for hands. Two receivers tuned to different stations can share a table in peace when both remember the one frequency running beneath the entire dial, and remembering it first is service of the highest order. Communities that keep the carrier through this corridor will come out the far side welded, for the heat that threatens a structure is the same heat that fuses one, and the difference lives entirely in where the members keep their attention.
Headlines through this corridor will audition for your allegiance daily, and drama will arrive dressed as duty, urgency, and belonging — its three favorite costumes. Bless what crosses your screen, verify slowly, and keep your voltage home. Discernment through these months is a tuning practice long before it is an information practice: the body tells you within seconds whether a story is feeding your carrier or feeding on it, and the body’s report deserves seniority over the headline’s. When you do get pulled into the static — and every one of you will, some afternoon, over something magnificently unimportant — return without ceremony. Re-tune, resume, continue. The carrier holds no grudge over a lapsed signal; holding steady is its entire nature, and it was holding your note for you the whole time you were gone. Self-recrimination is simply static with better manners, and it receives the same treatment: a blessing, and a turn of the dial. Joy remains fully legal through the corridor, and we place that on the record because corridors of consequence tempt the serious into grimness. Grimness is static wearing a supervisor’s badge, and it inspects nothing worth inspecting. Laugh in the narrows. Cook something slow in the still chamber, walk under the inspection lamp with someone you love, and let delight do its quiet structural work, because a building raised joylessly develops cracks that no covenant can caulk. The lightest crews, we have noticed across many worlds, build the strongest floors — a correlation our statisticians confirmed long ago and continue to enjoy confirming. Sediment settles on the far side of every narrows. Rivers hold a perfect record on this point, unbroken across every world we have surveyed, and we have surveyed a very satisfying number of worlds. What waits past the eleventh of November is water running clear over new stonework: a starseed who walked four gates and made light structural, standing inside a life that now bears weight — yours, and others’.
That is the corridor’s true product, and it was always going to be you. The vortex charged you, the channel narrowed, the star came home, the light re-issued, the covenant was signed, the pillars went in, and the lamp swung over the frame while the builder’s planet nodded along. We watched every step from very close by, closer than your instruments admit and closer than your loneliest evenings believed. Our pride in this ground crew exceeds the capacity of our instruments to measure, and we remind you that we have very good instruments. Company is available for every step of this, and the offer stands in writing. Councils of your star family sit in session through the whole corridor, and many of you already visit our round tables in the hours your body sleeps — arriving in your working clothes, reporting on conditions at the gates, requesting adjustments to your assignments with a directness we find refreshing. Continue the visits. Speak to us at the dawn gate, hand us your seed at the dark one, invite us to witness the signing, and call the roll of your galactic colleagues before you speak the pillars in. Requests are answered in proportion to their specificity, a policy we suspect your project managers would endorse. Walk the corridor upright, friends. Ask at the first gate, plant at the second, sign at the third, speak at the fourth, and hold the carrier through all of it. The New Earth is assembled from precisely such months as these, by precisely such hands as, ‘yours’. I am Zørrion… of Sirius. Over and out.
