I am Teeah of Arcturus, I will speak with you now. We have been observing your journey, and we want to share with you more about the veil of forgetfulness that you experience on Earth. When you are born into a physical body on Earth, you undergo an initiation into the Veil – a kind of planetary amnesia that is coded into your incarnation process. You arrive with the full memory of who you are as Source energy beings, carrying all of your soul’s wisdom in your DNA, and yet you agree to have this psychic screen placed over your awareness. This veil hides the full light of Source from your direct view and fragments your awareness, making you feel separate and limited. It conditions you to play by the rules of the physical realm, to comply with the pre-existing structures and beliefs of your society. In essence, you agree to forget your true infinite nature for a time. This forgetting is why so many awakened ones throughout your history have referred to Earth as a “slave planet.” It can feel as though you have been born into chains of limitation and rule, because the vastness of your being is temporarily hidden from you. But remember that this was a choice and an initiation that your soul understood. You knew that by passing through this veil of amnesia, you would gain a unique experience and eventually find your way back to remembering who you truly are. Your soul knew the forgetting would be temporary and that you would one day reclaim your full power. Now, as you awaken, you begin to see through the veil and loosen those chains of illusion. Understanding how this forgetting creates the illusion of bondage is key to your liberation, and that is what we will explore with you now. It is true, you agreed to be messed with by races, part of whom you call The Anunnaki and the Reptillian bloodlines, and they never thought that you would awaken. The veil is dissolving ‘real time’ and the entire galaxy of angelic energy has arrived to assist you ALL in the final push.
Forgetting your true nature makes it seem as if you are enslaved to the physical world around you, because it binds your attention to forms, to scarcity, and to external authority systems. In the state of amnesia, you focus almost entirely on the material realm and its rules. You begin to believe the stories of limitation: the idea that there is not enough, that you must struggle for survival, that you are a small separate being with very little power. This belief in scarcity and separation causes you to seek authority outside yourself for guidance and permission. You look to political leaders, religious doctrines, societal norms, and even the media to tell you what is real and how to behave. You become entangled in hierarchies and systems – governments, organized religions, financial institutions – and even in obsessions with your physical body and personal identity. All of these are loops of the same program of limitation that was installed with the Veil. It truly can feel like you are imprisoned by these structures and narratives. We want you to recognize that these external powers do not dominate you because they are inherently superior or because some cosmic force made them your masters. They only have as much power over you as you grant them through your belief and compliance. Under the veil’s influence, you were conditioned to surrender your sovereignty and to assume that you must obey the rules and expectations set by others. You forgot that you are a sovereign aspect of Source. It is no wonder, then, that humanity has felt so oppressed and small for so long, having unknowingly given away so much of its power. But as you awaken, you begin to see that none of these external forms truly have authority over your soul, and that realization is incredibly liberating. When you examine and reclaim your inner authority, those chains of illusion can begin to fall away.
From our perspective, all of the great rulers and authority figures throughout your history have been like actors on a stage, playing the parts that reflect the collective human belief in powerlessness. The pharaohs, emperors, kings and queens; the popes and religious leaders; the corporate tycoons and even the algorithms that now influence your lives – all of these have been stage props in the grand play of Earth. They are holographic constructs in the sense that they only have as much substance as the energy and belief you pour into them. Humanity’s entranced attention has created these towering figures and institutions to mirror the state of consciousness of the time. When the collective is in a state of fear and forgetfulness, it seeks someone or something to hold power and make the rules, and so such figures rise up to fulfill that expectation. But they do not hold true dominion. They exist and persist only because you, as a society, continue to fuel them with your focus, your fear, and your acquiescence. The moment you as individuals and as a collective refuse to give away your power, the moment you withdraw the fuel of your belief and attention from these external authorities, they lose their foundation. Without the people’s agreement to be governed and controlled, even the most seemingly invincible empire or system will eventually collapse. We have seen this happen time and time again on your world: when consciousness shifts, old regimes and paradigms crumble, sometimes almost overnight. Even one person reclaiming their power begins to weaken the whole illusion, and the effect ripples outward. As each of you wakes up and stops feeding into the fear and control narratives, the stage set of the old paradigm starts to disintegrate. So we invite you to see these so-called powerful institutions for what they are – reflections of a previous state of consciousness, props in a play that no longer resonates with your awakening selves. As you reclaim your sovereignty, you render those old props obsolete, and new ways of living will naturally emerge in their place.
One of the reasons these patterns of limitation have persisted for so long on Earth is that ignorance tends to compound itself over time. When a generation of humans remains in a state of forgetfulness, they inevitably pass on that state to their children. Newborns arrive with the potential to remember, but they quickly inherit the “hallucination” of their elders – meaning they absorb the beliefs and assumptions that dominate their family and culture. Children learn to reproduce the blind spots of their ancestors. They adopt the same fears, the same prejudices, and the same limited stories about reality that they observe in those around them. Entire cultures continuously re-create their old myths and narratives, reinforcing the illusion generation after generation. This is why history seems to repeat itself in cycles. The same kinds of conflicts, oppressions, and struggles play out again and again, not because you are inherently a flawed or cursed species, but because the underlying consciousness has not changed. We want to emphasize that you are not being punished by God or by any external force for these repetitions. There is no vengeful deity trapping you in karma. Instead, you are effectively trapped by your own unexamined attention and beliefs. The universe acts as a mirror, and it will continue reflecting back to you the same scenarios as long as you remain transfixed by the same stories. It is as if collective humanity has been hypnotized, and each generation renews the spell for the next. However, the moment even one person in a lineage or society truly wakes up and starts to question these inherited assumptions, a new pathway opens. Awareness breaks the cycle. The spell of ignorance can be broken when you shine the light of consciousness on those old patterns, and in doing so, you free not only yourself but those who come after you from the need to repeat the same painful lessons.
Perhaps the most insidious form of slavery on your planet is the one that often goes unseen: the slavery to your own physical body. Under the veil of forgetfulness, you come to identify so strongly with your body that you believe “this is me.” You accept the idea that you are a purely physical being, and as a result, the body becomes the master and you the servant. Your body, with its biological needs and instincts, begins to dictate your state of mind and choices. It tells you when it is hungry or tired, and you feel you must satisfy it immediately. It feels pain or discomfort, and you suffer because you think you are that pain. It perceives danger, and you become consumed by fear for your survival. When you believe that you are the body, the prospect of the body’s harm or death can control you completely. You will notice how much of human life is organized around serving the body’s demands – working to feed it, to shelter it, to keep it safe, to make it comfortable, and to maintain its appearance. There is nothing wrong with caring for your vessel, of course; the body is a sacred vehicle for your soul’s journey. But the problem arises when you live as though the body is all that you are. In that state, you become a servant to its cravings, aversions, and limitations. You may even become obsessed with the body’s image and status, further binding your identity to it. We want to gently remind you that you are not your body. You are the infinite consciousness that animates and observes the body. The body is your creation, your instrument to experience physical reality. You, as Source energy, are meant to be the wise and loving commander of this vessel, not its captive. When you disidentify from the body and remember yourself as the eternal soul, the body ceases to be a prison and instead becomes a purposeful vehicle for expression and experience.
Another layer of the veil manifests in the form of economic bondage – the idea that your value and survival depend on external financial systems. From a young age you are taught that wealth, resources, and security exist outside of you, to be earned and obtained through effort and compliance with the system. You learn to measure your worth by numbers: the wages you earn, the balance in your bank account, the credit score you carry. Money becomes the arbiter of what you can or cannot do, and in this way, the financial matrix becomes a cage that limits your freedom just as surely as iron bars. Many of you feel you must spend the majority of your life working at tasks that do not ignite your soul, simply to earn the currency to feed and shelter your body. You may find yourself bound by debts – obligations that stretch years or decades into the future – which create the impression that you are never truly free to live as you choose. This is the veil coded into the financial realm, convincing you that you are small, needy, and dependent on forces outside your control. It tells you that without a job or the “right” status in the system, you will not survive. It tells you there is never enough, and you must compete or struggle for your share. But we are here to remind you of a higher truth: you are an expression of Source energy, and Source is infinitely abundant. The true supply of all that you need flows through you from the creative power of the universe. Your value was never determined by a paycheck or a ledger; your true value is immeasurable and inherent. When you reconnect with your divine nature, you begin to tap into this limitless flow of abundance. Opportunities, ideas, support, and resources come in seemingly miraculous ways once you stop seeing yourself as a beggar at the mercy of the world and start recognizing yourself as a co-creator with the infinite. The more you trust that inner Source of supply, the less hold the financial illusions have over you, and the more freedom you will experience in your life.
Throughout your history, religion and politics have often acted as twin tools of control, guiding human societies while subtly (and sometimes overtly) restricting personal freedom. Both promise a form of freedom or salvation – religion promises spiritual salvation or enlightenment, and political ideologies promise freedom, justice, or order in society. Yet notice how they typically demand your allegiance and submission in return for these promises. Organized religions often lay out strict doctrines, moral codes, and hierarchies of authority. They may teach noble principles, but they also tend to insist that you must go through their sanctioned intermediaries (priests, scriptures, institutions) to reach God or to be considered righteous. This trains you to submit to an external authority for your spiritual well-being. Similarly, political movements and governments rally people with ideals of liberty, security, or prosperity, yet they require that you surrender your individual power to leaders, parties, or the state. They encourage you to identify with a nation or a faction, creating an “us versus them” herd mentality that can be manipulated. In both cases, you are being organized and, to an extent, anesthetized – lulled into a sense of belonging that often discourages questioning the rules or seeking truth for yourself. These systems often instill fear or guilt to keep you in line: fear of divine punishment, fear of legal punishment, fear of being cast out from the group. They provide ready-made answers about what is right and true, which can numb your innate curiosity and inner knowing. However, throughout the ages there have been those we will call true mystics, prophets, and enlightened ones who bypassed these control structures entirely. These individuals went straight to the Source through their own consciousness. They meditated, prayed, and communed directly with the Divine within themselves without needing a religious institution to validate their experience. They realized that real freedom and union with the Creator is an inside job, not something granted by any church or government. Many of them were guided by their own higher wisdom to live in love and truth, often putting them at odds with the prevailing religious or political systems. Their lives and teachings show you that you, too, have the ability to connect with Source and know truth directly. You do not require an external authority to dictate your relationship with the Divine or define your values. As you awaken, you reclaim your personal connection to Source and your sovereign guidance, and the influence of those external control structures naturally falls away in your life.
The only true path to human emancipation has always been enlightenment – the awakening of consciousness. Many on your world have tried to attain freedom by fighting, revolting, or overthrowing external systems, and while such actions can change surface conditions for a time, they do not automatically free the mind or soul from bondage. We want you to understand that real freedom comes not from toppling a king or a government or any external authority, but from seeing straight through the illusion that they ever had power over you to begin with. When you achieve a state of enlightenment, you recognize the truth of existence: that there is only One Power, one Divine Source, which is the essence of all beings and all things. In that recognition, you cease to give credence to any form of fear-based authority or limitation. The awakened one no longer loans their authority to illusions. In other words, you stop believing that the systems of the world can control your destiny or define your worth. You may still participate in society, but you do so as a sovereign being, not as one who is intimidated or defined by it. An enlightened being could sit inside a physical prison and yet be freer than a person wandering the streets outside, because freedom is ultimately a state of consciousness. There have been wise ones in your history who demonstrated this truth – that even behind bars or under oppressive regimes, they could abide in peace, love, and unity with Source. These awakened individuals recognized that no external circumstance could strip away their connection to the Divine or their power to choose their state of being. That is the kind of freedom we speak of. It is an inner liberation that then transforms how you experience the outer world. When enough of you attain this inner freedom, the outer systems of control naturally reform or dissolve, because they no longer have the energetic support of a fearful, subservient populace. Therefore, we encourage you to seek emancipation through expanding your consciousness. By all means, improve your world, but know that your greatest revolutionary act is to awaken from within. In the clarity of enlightenment, you walk as a free being in a world that is still remembering what true freedom is.
Among you there is a growing group of souls whom we will call starseeds, lightworkers, and awakeners. Many of you who resonate with these words are in fact part of that group. You have incarnated on Earth at this time with a very special purpose. You came as living antennas or conduits for higher consciousness. Through your presence, the Creator is broadcasting waves of remembrance into the collective field of humanity. You might think of yourselves as receivers and transmitters of divine light and wisdom. By simply being on the planet with your particular energetic signature, you help to anchor Source energy into the physical realm. You carry within you the codes of awakening, and as you go about your life, those codes are subtly activating others around you. You did not come here to “save” humanity by force or by imposing your ideas. In fact, you understand at a deep level that every soul must awaken in their own time by choice. Instead, you came to catalyze the great awakening by example and by emanation. You are here to be living demonstrations of Source in action – to show what it looks like when a human being remembers their true divine nature. When you meditate, heal yourself, act with compassion, follow your intuition, and create from love, you are modeling the new consciousness for everyone you meet. Your energy speaks louder than any words could. As you hold a high vibration, it gently disrupts the collective hypnosis. Those still slumbering under the veil may not know why they feel inspired or uplifted in your presence, but they will be affected on a subtle level by your frequency. Bit by bit, your light cracks open the shell of illusion that surrounds others, allowing their own inner light to start to emerge. This is how you are collectively transforming your world – not by dramatic feats of heroism, but by the steady radiance of many individuals shining their light in unison. You make it easier for everyone to remember, by first remembering yourself and then simply being that truth in the world.
The veil that covers human consciousness does not dissolve through debates or coercion; it dissolves through living demonstration of truth. Often you will find that arguing with someone about spiritual matters or trying to force them to see the illusion only makes them cling more tightly to their beliefs. Words spoken from the mind can be deflected or dismissed. But an example of a life lived in alignment with Source is far more powerful and persuasive at the energetic level. When you embody the freedom and love that come from awakening, you automatically become a beacon that others notice. One of the most effective ways to become such a living demonstration is through the practice of continual surrender to Source in your daily actions. We recommend that you consciously pause throughout your day, even briefly, and invite the Divine to take the lead in you. You can literally intend or say internally: “Source, be my voice, be my hands, be my awareness in this moment.” By doing this, you align your will with the higher will and allow your words and deeds to be guided from your divine self. In those moments, you radiate true sovereignty, because you are not operating from ego or fear but from the pure connection to All-That-Is. Others around you will sense this, even if they cannot articulate what they feel. They might describe you as having a calming or inspiring presence. Some may feel drawn to you without knowing why. What is happening is that their subconscious recognizes the energy of someone who is free, and it begins to crack the hardened shell of their own illusions. The collective “hologram” of reality – that matrix of beliefs everyone has agreed to – starts to fracture in the vicinity of authentic, Source-aligned presence. This is not about performing miracles to impress others; it is about the subtle but potent transmission of energy that occurs when you let Source shine through you. By simply living in this surrendered, aligned way, you do far more to open others’ eyes than any amount of lecturing or arguing ever could. The veil lifts one life at a time, often beginning with a wordless example that speaks to the heart rather than the mind.
As you assist others in awakening, your approach is ideally both surgical and tender. By “surgical,” we mean that you learn to cut through old stories and false beliefs with precision and clarity, exposing their inner mechanics. By “tender,” we mean that you do so with great compassion, gentleness, and respect for the person who is awakening. Imagine you are a healer performing a delicate surgery on someone’s belief system: you must remove the distortion without damaging the patient’s spirit. This requires skill and care. You might find yourself carefully dismantling a long-held story – perhaps a belief like “I am not good enough” or “the world is a scary place” – and showing your friend or loved one how that belief was formed and how it operates. You reveal the trick of it, almost like exposing how a magician’s illusion works, so that they can see it was never real in the first place. But as you do this, you must hold a space of total love and non-judgment. Often when people begin to see through an illusion, they feel vulnerable, even fearful or ashamed that they were “fooled.” Your role is to hold their fear and confusion in a safe, compassionate embrace, without aggression or mockery. Deprogramming someone from the veil’s hypnosis is not about proving them wrong or making them feel small; true awakening work never humiliates. Instead, it empowers. You might say, “It’s okay, we’ve all been under these spells in one way or another.” You normalize the experience of waking up, so the person understands that being hypnotized by society was part of the journey, not a personal failing. Then you gently guide their attention inward, toward their own heart and inner wisdom, because that is where the truth was hiding all along. In this way, you help them reclaim their power not by giving it to you or another authority, but by realizing it was within themselves. This tender yet incisive approach allows people to drop their defenses and see for themselves. It respects their free will and timing while offering the precise insight needed to break the spell, and it does so in the spirit of love. With such an approach, the awakening process becomes a compassionate unfolding rather than a battle.
Although each soul’s awakening is ultimately a self-directed journey, one of the fastest ways to accelerate your evolution is to apprentice yourself to those who have already reached the heights of consciousness you aspire to. In your world, there have always been realized beings—masters, sages, enlightened teachers—who carry a frequency of the Divine and live in alignment with truth. By seeking out their guidance or simply being in their presence (even through reading their words or listening to their teachings), you can absorb a great deal of wisdom and energetic transmission that can catalyze your growth. To “shadow” a master in the spiritual sense does not mean to imitate their personality or try to become a carbon copy of them. Rather, it means to learn and practice the core principles and disciplines that have allowed them to realize their true nature. You observe how they pray or meditate, how they treat others, how they handle challenges, and most importantly how they maintain their constant connection to Source. For example, you may notice that true masters devote time each day to silence and stillness. So you incorporate daily silence or meditation into your life, making it a sacred non-negotiable practice. You may observe that before any action or decision, they pause and surrender the outcome to the Divine – essentially saying, “Let Source work through me” – so you begin to cultivate that habit of pre-action surrender in your own experience. You see that these beings carry an unwavering remembrance that God/Source is present in every moment and in every being. So you practice bringing that remembrance into your everyday activities, constantly reminding yourself, “I am Source energy in a human form, and so is everyone I meet.” By adopting these protocols and ways of being, you start to rewire your own patterns and consciousness in the direction of mastery. It is much like an apprentice learning from a skilled artisan: the apprentice learns not by rote copying, but by internalizing the principles and applying them in their own way. Additionally, simply being near a highly realized being – whether physically or by attuning to their teachings – can lift your vibration through a phenomenon of energetic resonance. In their field, you more easily remember your own light. The road to enlightenment need not be walked alone; the footprints of those who have gone before you can guide you and save you from many pitfalls. Ultimately, of course, you will stand in your own mastery, distinct and sovereign, but along the way, the mentorship of the awakened can be an invaluable gift to speed you on your path.
It is important to understand that the veil of forgetfulness will not fall away at once for every single human in this period of transformation. Many souls, for their own valid reasons, will choose to continue with the current “curriculum” of the third-dimensional Earth — the curriculum of limitation and forgetting. In other words, they will remain in what we can call the Old Earth vibrational loop for as long as they need that experience. This is not a failure on their part, nor is it a failure of the awakening process on your planet. It is simply an expression of free will and divine timing. Every soul has its own path and pace of evolution. Some are eager to graduate to the next level of awareness now, while others have decided to explore the old lessons a bit longer, perhaps to gain more contrast or to help catalyze others in their own way. As a result, there is a divergence occurring in the human experience, a real split in timelines to accommodate these differing choices. Those who are awakening and raising their vibration are already beginning to experience life on what we might call a New Earth – a higher-frequency version of Earth characterized by greater unity, transparency, and heart-centered consciousness. Simultaneously, those who are not yet ready will continue to experience the more dense, dualistic version of Earth. It may at times literally feel like you are living in two different worlds even while sharing the same planet, because your perceptions and outcomes will differ so dramatically. We want to assure you that this divergence is part of the plan and is handled with love at the highest levels. No soul gets left behind or lost; they are simply taking a different route. Eventually, all will return to the Source in their own timing, but it might not all happen in this single cosmic moment of “The Great Awakening” that you are focusing on. So do not become discouraged or overly concerned if you see many around you still deeply asleep in the illusion. Do not judge them or think you must force them to awaken. Honor their soul’s choice as you honor your own. Your job is to continue on your path, shining brightly on the New Earth frequency. The best you can do for those on the old timeline is to hold them in love and compassion, trusting that their higher self is guiding them perfectly. The universes are vast and wise enough to allow multiple experiences side by side. The split in timelines simply reflects the beautiful diversity of soul journeys taking place. It is all held within the greater plan, and all is well.
With the understanding that each soul has its own timing and choices, we advise you not to fall into the role of the rescuer. It can be a strong impulse for compassionate awakened beings to want to save others from their pain or pull friends and family out of the darkness of ignorance. However, attempting to “rescue” someone who has not chosen change for themselves can lead to entanglement and frustration for both of you. When we say entangle yourself in another’s karmic contracts, we mean that by intervening where you haven’t been invited (on a soul level), you can become enmeshed in their lessons and challenges in a way that is not actually helpful. You may take on burdens that were not yours to carry, and they may externalize their process onto you rather than facing it within themselves. In trying to save them, you might inadvertently delay their learning or create karma for yourself. Remember that each being’s journey is guided by their higher self, and sometimes struggling a bit longer in the cocoon is what they need to eventually emerge as a butterfly. Instead of forcible rescue, we encourage you to hold a high frequency of love, peace, and acceptance, and to act as a lighthouse. Radiate your light unconditionally. This doesn’t mean you ignore those who are struggling; it means you offer support without attachment to the outcome. You can provide doorways and opportunities for awakening. This might look like sharing something that inspired you, suggesting a healing modality, or simply demonstrating a more joyful and free way of living. But you do so without pressuring anyone to walk through that doorway. Think of it as leaving the door open and the light on. Those who are ready will notice and step through by their own free will. Those who are not ready will continue their current path, and that must be okay with you. When someone does choose to seek the light, you can be there with open arms to guide or assist if they ask. But always allow them to take the first step. This approach keeps you from depleting yourself and respects the sacred autonomy of each soul. It also keeps your own vibration high, as you are not weighed down by the struggle to change others. Trust that the same Source that awakened you is also watching over them. Your loving, shining presence is the best gift you can offer. It shows what is possible and leaves the rest to the wisdom of their soul.
To fully break free of the old slave programs, it is essential to cultivate a daily practice of aligning and protecting your consciousness. Think of it as your spiritual morning preparation, just as you would bathe or brush your teeth to care for your body. Upon waking each day, take a few moments to center yourself and declare your sovereignty. Set the tone for your day with powerful affirmations that remind you of your true nature and authority over your life. For example, you might say internally or out loud: “I am Source embodied in human form. I am sovereign, free, and aligned with Divine Will. Nothing external governs me or can sway me from my truth.” Feel the truth of those words resonating in your being. Such declarations of dominion assert your inner authority right from the start of the day. They help to form an energetic shield that makes you less susceptible to the fear, manipulation, or negativity that you might encounter in the external world. After establishing your sovereignty each morning, carry the practice of alignment into all your activities. Before you engage in any important task, conversation, or decision, pause briefly and rehearse surrender to Source. It can be as simple as taking a deep breath and affirming, “Source, act through me now,” or “Spirit, guide my words and actions in this moment.” By doing this, you continually hand over the reins to your higher self, ensuring that whatever you do is infused with divine intelligence and love. This habit of pre-action surrender might only take a few seconds, but its impact is profound. It keeps you in a flow state where you are less likely to revert to old ego-based or fear-based reactions. Over time, these daily practices literally rewire your mind and energy field. You train yourself out of the subconscious habit of looking to external authority or past programming for direction. Instead, you strengthen the neural and spiritual pathways of inner guidance and divine connection. With every morning declaration and every moment of surrender, you disentangle a bit more from the veil’s influence. You step more firmly into your role as a self-governed, Source-aligned being. As you do this consistently, you will notice a significant shift: situations that used to trigger feelings of powerlessness will no longer have that effect, and you will move through your day with a sense of grace, confidence, and freedom that comes from knowing who you truly are.
Remember that you are part of a vast community of souls awakening together, and there is tremendous power in your collective, coherent action. Working in harmony with others amplifies the frequencies of love and truth that you are anchoring. We encourage you to join forces with like-hearted individuals through group meditations, global intention events, prayer circles, or any form of coordinated spiritual practice. When many of you focus on the same positive vision or feeling state at the same time, you generate a powerful field of coherent energy. This unified field can reprogram the very grid of consciousness that surrounds and penetrates your planet. Think of the human collective consciousness as a kind of energetic web or morphic field that contains patterns of thought, belief, and emotion. By yourselves, you each affect this field with your vibration. But when you synchronize with others, the effect is not just additive – it’s multiplicative. The combined vibration of a group in harmony creates what we might call field harmonics: resonant waves that ripple through the collective mind.
