I am Minayah, and we greet you. We come close to you now — closer than the breath that is moving through you in this very moment, closer than the small steady sound your heart is making as it keeps its own quiet time. A season is opening across your world, and you have already felt its first edge move beneath you. There is a name for what is rising through these months, and we give it to you now so that you may hold it and call it by something true. We will call it the Eridanus Tide. High across your night sky there winds a long river of stars, a slow and patient current that pours down through the dark and stirs the deep wherever it passes — and it is that stirring you are feeling now in the waters of your own being. The Tide has begun. It will run with great speed until the turning of your year at the Winter Solstice, and then it will settle. That is your window — an accelerated one, swifter and fuller than the long, gentle clearings you have known before. There is a mercy folded inside that speed, and we will open it for you as we go. To understand what is happening, picture the truth of yourself for a moment. Beneath the surface of who you show the world, you carry an ocean. It is yours alone, deep and old, and it has been with you far longer than this single life. Across all your years, and across the many lives that came before this one, there have been things you could not hold and could not yet face — and so you did with them what any tired traveller does. You let them sink. Down they went into your own deep water, out of sight, where the surface could close over them and grow calm again. And you came to call that calm peace. You came to call it healed. You were never asked to face the whole of your depth while you still had a self to build and a life to live on the surface. The water held what you handed it, and it kept the surface smooth so that you could go on living and growing. It was carrying you the whole time, even on the days you forgot it was there.

And now the Tide has come, and the net is rising. Picture a great net let down through all that deep water, gathering everything that ever sank, and drawing it slowly upward toward the light. This is the season you have entered. What was settled is moving. What was quiet has grown loud. And it comes up all at once now — the whole of your deep rising together in a single great lift, the grief beside the gift, the old shame beside the old gold. The net does not sort what it carries. It gathers everything and brings it to the light together, and trusts you to meet it. So if you have woken in these weeks heavy for no reason your mind can name, this is the first sign that the net has lifted in you. If tears have come without a story attached to them. If old memories have surfaced out of their proper order. If there is a pressure behind your eyes and a fullness in your chest that no good day quite lifts away. All of it is the rising itself, felt in the body long before the mind has found any words for it. It is the deep giving back, at last, what it has carried for you for so long. It is the most natural thing in the world, and it means the season is working in you exactly as it should. You may notice it most in your sleep, where the deep does much of its work — dreams grown vivid and strange, nights when you wake at the same dark hour with your heart full and no reason your waking mind can offer you. You may notice it in your body, in a tiredness that rest does not quite reach, in waves of feeling that rise and crest and pass like weather over a hillside. You may find that old companions and old places suddenly stir something in you, as though the past were knocking softly at the door, asking to be finished. All of this is the Tide moving through you. Let it move. The body and the dreaming self know this work far better than the thinking mind does, and they are doing it well, even on the days when you feel you are doing nothing at all. Let this steady you, too. What is moving in you is moving in millions at the very same hour. You are feeling your own ocean stir, and you are feeling the great shared sea move along with it, for every soul drawn into this Tide is having their own net lifted now. That is why your waters can feel so much larger than your own single life seems to call for — you are swimming in your own depth and in the depth of the whole human family at once. You are whole, and you are exactly on time. The very fact that your net has risen is the proof that your long labour draws near to its rest, for a net of this kind rises only when a soul has grown vast enough to meet the whole of itself in one tide.

We want you to know what kind of season this truly is, because the knowing will carry you through it. This is the closing chapter of a very long story. The clearing that has been moving through the human family for an age now reaches its final stretch, and a final stretch always brings everything still unspoken up to the surface to be finished. The heaviness you feel is the weight of an ending — and endings, when they are met with an open heart, become doorways. You are standing in one of them now. Let us show you what the net is carrying, so that when you look into it you will know what you are seeing, and you will know what to do. There are stones in the net — the heavy, dense refusals, the things you decided long ago you would never look at again. They sank the fastest and they settled the deepest, and so they are the heaviest things the net lifts, and they ride at the very top of the catch. Yet here is the mercy held inside them: the heaviest stones are the ones most ready to be set down. They have waited the longest, and they long for release as much as you do. When one of them surfaces — a hard memory, an old wound you believed was sealed over, a refusal you have quietly lived around for decades — it has come up for one reason only, and that reason is to leave you. You have only to let your hand open. When one of the heavy stones first breaks the surface, there may be a moment of fear, and we would have you ready for it so that it does not turn you back. The fear is only the old memory of why you sank the thing in the first place — the long-held belief that you could not survive the looking. Yet you have grown so far beyond the one you were when you let it fall, grown around it and past it across all the years between, until you are far larger now than the wound that once frightened you. So when the fear rises with the stone, greet it kindly too, for it has come up to leave you as well. Breathe, and stay in the warm room of the heart, and watch the old fear pass through you like a cloud crossing in front of the sun. The sun does not move. Only the cloud moves on. There are smaller things tangled all through the net as well — the countless little turnings-away, the daily avoidances, the small softenings of the truth that each seemed far too minor to matter. One at a time across a long life they were almost nothing. Gathered now in the rising net, all together, they reveal a pattern you could never see while they lay scattered. Look kindly upon that pattern, for it is a map — a map of all the places your heart has been quietly protecting itself. And a map is a gift, because now you can see the whole shape of it at once, and let it gently dissolve.

And there is treasure in the net — this part may surprise you. Among the things you let sink were gifts. A voice that was punished out of you. A knowing that frightened the people around you. A way of loving that the old world had no room for. A strength that was unsafe to carry in the time and place where you first held it. You laid these down in the deep for safekeeping, because the world you lived in then could not be trusted with them, and so they went down alongside the stones. The net lifts these too. When something rises in you that feels like grief and gladness at the very same time — a longing for a self you almost remember, a gift you set aside so long ago that you forgot you ever owned it — that is treasure, coming home to you. And there are statues resting in the deep, carved of stone and heavy as the rest — the frozen forms of who you used to be. The selves you wore in other lifetimes. The shapes your bloodline pressed into you before you were even born. The hardened versions of yourself that you carved in harsher ages, when becoming stone was the only way to survive, and then let sink once you could no longer bear to keep being them. These rise now as well, and they can feel the strangest of all, for they wear your own face from another time. Meet them with great tenderness. They kept something of you alive through seasons that would have ended a softer form. They have done their work. They may rest now. Be slow to name each thing as it surfaces. The mind loves to label — this one is good, this one is bad, this I will keep, this I am ashamed of — and its labels are so often wrong. A thing that arrives wearing the face of shame may turn out to be a gift in heavy wrapping, and a thing that glitters at first may prove to be a stone after all. Let the heart do the knowing in place of the mind. Sit with what has risen, breathe over it, and feel honestly whether it is asking to leave you or asking to come home. The water itself will tell you, if you grow quiet enough to listen. There is no hurry in this. The net will hold all that it has lifted until you are ready to meet it.

Some of what comes up in the net was never yours to begin with. You will lift sorrows that belonged to your mother, and to her mother before her. You will lift agreements made by people whose names you never knew, carried down the long line of your blood until they reached you. Part of the clearing now is the quiet skill of knowing your own from the inherited — of feeling, when something surfaces, whether it rose from your own depths or whether you are simply the one in your line strong enough to bring it up at last and set it free. When you sense this second kind, you may release it on behalf of all who carried it before you, and in the releasing you free them backward through time, and you free everyone who would otherwise have carried it forward. This is a great work, and you are equal to it. Hold this close as you look into the net: everything in it has come up for one loving reason, and that reason is completion. The deep returns to you only what is finally ready to leave, and it has kept its silence all these years until you grew strong enough and vast enough to meet the whole of it in a single tide. Each thing has come up in peace, asking one of two simple questions of you. Some of it asks to be seen and then released — the stones, the tangled small things, the old statues that have served their time. And some of it asks to be seen and then gathered back — the treasure, the buried gifts, the pieces of your own goodness you once hid away. The whole of the work in this season is learning to tell the one from the other: what to open your hand and let fall, and what to gather back into your arms and carry forward into the life you are building now. You may wonder why all of this rises now, in this particular season and no other, and there is a reason, and it will help you to hear it.

You are almost at the midpoint of your year, and you stand as well at the midpoint of a far longer turning — a great arc that has been clearing the waters of the whole human family since the very opening of this age. That arc is reaching its final stretch. And just as the sea is drawn highest when the cosmos pulls hardest upon it, the deep gives up the most when the long turning reaches its peak. The river of stars overhead is at the height of its pull now, and it draws the deep upward in you with a strength it will not gather again for a very long time. This is why the surfacing feels so total. You are being pulled by the strongest tide of the whole age. And the waters of feeling are rising across your entire world, in everyone, at the same time. The great turning has swung the attention of the cosmos inward, toward the inner sea, and what lies on the floor of that sea is being drawn upward everywhere by the same current. Old stories from across your recent years are returning to you — and returning with their poles reversed, so that the very thing that once wounded you arrives this time as the thing you now have the power to heal. What broke you in one season comes back in this one as the place where you are strong. This is the shape of a final clearing. It hands you back your old defeats transformed into your new mastery. There is a larger occurance folded inside this one as well. Your world is leaning toward an age of unity — the long-promised dawn that so many of you have felt approaching in your very bones. A new age asks for clear water beneath it. The clearing comes first, and it comes for this reason: before the new can be raised, the old sea must be drawn up and emptied, so that all that follows is set upon open, transparent water. This is why the Tide arrives precisely at the threshold of the new. And so this season is a making-ready. You are being prepared, and the preparation is a kindness, even on the days when it lies heavy upon you.

Feel, then, what kind of moment you are standing inside. This is a threshold and a choosing-point. The first stretch of this Tide may feel like a strange, charged stillness — a calm that hums, as though the very air were holding its breath. That humming stillness is the net being drawn quietly up through the deep. The swell arrives after, as you and your world begin to move on everything that has surfaced. So if these early weeks feel heavy and slow and full and waiting all at once, that is exactly right. The quiet now is the gathering. The movement is coming. And there is a single motion beneath all of it, in you and in your whole world together. Everywhere, the hidden is straining upward toward the light — within the single heart and across the whole vast body of your planet at the very same hour. What rises in your private depths and what rises in the shared depths of humanity are one motion, mirrored above and below, within and without. Your own quiet clearing and the great clearing of your world are a single tide, felt in two places at once. This is why your small inner work is never truly small. As your own waters clear, the shared waters lighten, and another soul somewhere finds their own net a little easier to lift. Hold this as well: a tide of this kind rises fully only once. It comes at the close of the long turning, gathers the whole of the deep in one great lift, and then it settles for an age. What you meet in these months, you complete in these months. You will carry none of it across the threshold into the new. That is the gift hidden in the speed of it — the Tide moves swiftly because it is final, and it is final because your long labour is very nearly done. By the Winter Solstice, the great lift will be complete, and the long settling will begin. Feel the kindness held in the swiftness of it. A clearing that once might have moved across many slow and scattered years has been gathered now into a single season, so that you carry the weight of the rising for only a little while before it is finished. The river of stars will hold its great pull through the darkening months, and as your world tips toward its longest night and the Winter Solstice, that pull will reach its fullness and then begin to ease. The turning of the light on that night is the sealing of this work. What has cleared by then has cleared for good, and the long settling that follows is yours to rest within. Until that night comes, let the Tide do what it has come to do. Lean into its speed, and let yourself be carried by it.

So let us show you how to meet a rising sea without being pulled under by it, for this is the very heart of this particular season, and it is simpler than your mind will want it to be. What is asked of you is far gentler than emptying the ocean by hand. You are asked only to stand at the surface as the net comes up, to meet each thing as it breaks the water, and to let it be there. The whole of the skill lives in the meeting. When something surfaces, the oldest habit in you will reach to push it back down — to numb it, to explain it away, to bury it again beneath busyness and noise. And each time a risen thing is pushed back under, the net simply waits, and lifts it once more, and again, until at last it is allowed to finish its rising. The way through is to let each thing come all the way up into the light, where it can finally leave you for good. Before you turn to look into the net, drop your attention down into your heart and let it rest there. This is the whole secret of meeting heavy water without drowning in it. From the steady ground of the heart, you can watch a heavy thing move through you while you yourself remain whole and unshaken beneath it. The heart is the one room in you that the storm cannot enter — the still chamber at the very centre — and from inside that room the largest wave is only weather passing over the roof. The heart is the doorway. Begin there, always, before you turn your gaze to whatever has surfaced. And when you look upon a risen thing from the steady place of the heart, the only words you need are these, spoken inwardly to whatever has come up: I see you. I know how you came to be here. You are free to go now. That is all it asks. The mind will want the whole long story — every cause, every detail, every name. The heart needs only to see, and to bless, and to release. To witness a thing with love and to loosen its grip takes a single breath, where the mind would take years. You see it, you bless it, and you let it move on through you and out, the way a river carries a fallen leaf gently down to the sea without holding to it for even a moment.

Move with the water, the way a swimmer who has stopped struggling against the sea is suddenly carried by it. When grief rises, let it move all the way through you and out the other side — in tears, in long slow breath, in a sound you make alone in a quiet room. Water that is allowed to flow runs clear and sweet and keeps the whole sea fresh. So when the wave comes, open the gate within you and let it run its course. It is far shorter than you fear, and far gentler once you stop bracing yourself against its coming. And on the days when it seems that far too much rises at once — when the net comes up so full that you cannot tell one thing from another, and the whole sea of it threatens to close over your head — do only this: come back to the breath, come back to the hand resting upon your chest, and let all the rest of it wait. You are never required to meet the whole catch in a single hour. Let the net hold what you cannot yet reach, and tend only to the one thing nearest the surface, the one asking most gently to be seen. The deep is patient. It has waited across lifetimes; it can surely wait until tomorrow. One stone at a time, one breath at a time, the whole of it will clear. There is time enough within this season for all of it. And when treasure surfaces — for surely it will — do more than watch it pass by. When a buried gift rises into the light, reach out and take it back into your hands. Name it as your own. Let it return to your life in some real and ordinary way: the voice used again, the knowing trusted again, the love allowed to move again, freely, without the old fear standing guard over it. The stones you let fall away into the clearing water. The gold you gather up and carry home. Learning this difference, moment by moment, breath by breath, is the quiet mastery that this whole season has come to teach you.

Wherever you are, let yourself grow still for a moment. Place one hand over the centre of your chest, and feel the warmth of your own palm resting there, and feel beneath it the patient steady drum of your heart. Draw one slow breath all the way down, and let it go without any hurry. Do this three gentle times, and with each breath let yourself settle a little deeper into that quiet room behind your ribs, the room the waves cannot reach. When you are settled there, turn your inner gaze softly toward the net, toward whatever has been surfacing in you these days — the heaviness, the memory, the ache you have been carrying without a name. There is no need to drag it forward. Simply let it rest there in your awareness while you stay anchored in the warmth beneath your hand. And then, quietly, as though speaking to an old part of yourself that has waited a very long time to hear it, you might say: I see you. I have carried you long enough. You are free to leave me now, and I am free to let you go. Breathe once more, and feel, even faintly, the small loosening that follows. That loosening is the thing departing. Let it. And if what rises instead is a brightness — a gift, a gladness, a piece of your own goodness you had long forgotten — then let your words turn to welcome it home: I remember you. You are mine, and I am ready to carry you again. Draw it back into your heart on the same breath that lets the heavy things go. This is the whole rhythm of the season, held within a single quiet sitting: open the hand, gather the arms, open the hand, gather the arms, until the water all around you begins to run clear. Rest between these risings. The net does not come up all in one single hour; it lifts in sets, the way waves arrive upon a shore and then draw back to gather themselves. The calm stretch between two waves is given to you on purpose — for breath, for sleep, for the simple tending of your body, for walking beneath the open sky and remembering that you are alive and held. Honour the trough as fully as you honour the crest. The rest is part of the work itself. A swimmer who refuses ever to float will tire and go under; a wise one rests upon the calm between the waves, and so is ready and strong when the next one comes.

Be gentle with the shape of your days while the Tide is running. This is a season for simple living and soft edges. Lower what you ask of yourself wherever you are able. Let your work grow quieter, your rooms calmer, your company kinder. Spend time near water and under sky and among growing things, for they carry the same clearing current within them, and they will help you hold it. And on the days when the wave is high and you can do little more than breathe and weep and rest, let that be enough — for on those very days the deepest of the clearing is being done in you, and resting your whole weight into it is the truest work there is. And know that you are never alone in this, in either sense of the word. We are with you the entire length of the Tide, near as your own breath, asking only to be called upon and we are there. And every other soul drawn into this season is at the surface alongside you, meeting their own net, so that the whole human family does this work together in the same hour, each one lightening the shared sea for all the rest. When you release a single stone of your own, the water grows clearer for you and for someone you will never meet, who feels in that very moment their own load grow strangely lighter. Your private clearing is a gift you give the whole. There is no smaller here and no greater. There is only the one sea, slowly running clear. Let us show you now what waits for you on the far side of all this, so that you have something to swim toward through the heaviest of the waves. When the net has been met and the deep has given up its long-held weight, the surface of your inner sea settles into a clearness it has not held in all your life. For the first time, the water beneath you turns transparent, and you can see all the way down to the floor of yourself, and the floor lies open and bare and quiet. To live above clear water is a freedom most have only dreamed of. The old watchfulness eases. The bracing loosens and falls away. You walk through your days light and unguarded, because the deep beneath you has become clear and still and wholly yours.

You may feel this as a lightness that is almost strange to you at first — a buoyancy through your whole being, as though you had been swimming for years in heavy water with weights bound to your ankles, and only now, with them gone, do you feel how much you were carrying, and how strong you must have been to carry it at all. You will rise more easily. Joy will return to you without first needing a reason. The small graces of an ordinary day — light falling through a window, an unexpected kindness, the taste of clean morning air — will reach you again and land sweetly, because the churning dark between you and them has cleared away. Those around you will feel the change in you before you yourself have found words for it. There is a steadiness that comes to a person whose deep has cleared, an ease that others sense and are drawn toward without quite knowing why. You will become, simply by your presence, a calm shore where others may set down their own weight for a while and breathe. This is part of why you came. A single being living from clear water raises the water for everyone nearby, and so your own freedom becomes a quiet service you offer the world, given simply by walking through it lightened. And because you will have walked this yourself, you will come to recognise the same rising in others. You will see it in a friend grown suddenly heavy, in a stranger weeping for reasons they cannot name, in the whole of your world as it churns and lifts its long-buried things up into the open air. Where once such heaviness might have frightened you or turned you away, you will know now exactly what it is, and you will be able to stand beside it steady and unafraid. You will offer them the one thing that truly helps — the calm presence of someone who has met their own deep and come through it whole. That steadiness is among the greatest gifts one soul can offer another in this season, and you will have it to give freely, because you will have earned it first in your own waters. And the treasure you reclaimed from the net begins to live through you. The voice you once buried returns, and is heard. The knowing you hid steadies into a quiet certainty and begins to guide you truly. The love you once had to lock away moves freely now, unguarded, and it changes everyone it touches. The strength that was unsafe to hold in a harder age becomes the very substance of the life you are building in this one. What you laid down for safekeeping was held for you in the deep all this time, kept safe until the day you were finally safe enough to carry it openly in the light. That day has come.

As for the old statues, they ask nothing further of you. You will never be asked to become any of those hardened forms again. You stand in the present as the one who surfaced every one of them and remained — softer than the stone they were carved from, and far stronger, for it is the greater thing to be living water that endures than to be stone that merely waits. The selves you used to be have done their work, and they may rest now in peace, and you walk onward, carrying their gifts and freed of all their weight. And here is the deepest of everything that waits for you. A clear sea reflects the whole of the sky. When there is nothing left in your depths to cloud the water, the surface becomes a perfect mirror, and the entire cosmos gazes back at you from within yourself. That nearness to Source you have reached for all your life, through so much effort and such long longing — on clear water, it becomes your most natural state of being. You will find Prime Creator as close as your own reflection, gazing back at you out of your own still depths, the way the dawn sky finds itself held whole in a windless lake. And communion becomes the most natural thing there is — simply what you are, as the sky is simply what the still water holds. This is the work that lets the new world hold, and so your clearing matters far beyond your own single life. A people whose inner seas have run clear can carry frequencies of love and unity that crowded, churning waters could never hold steady for long. The dawn that is coming needs clear vessels to pour itself into, and clear vessels are exactly what you are becoming through these very months. Each soul who meets their net and clears their deep becomes a steady place where the new age may take root and grow. In healing yourself, you are preparing the very ground of the world.

And so we return to you, sitting where you are, with a hand still warm over your heart. You came to your Earth for exactly this season. You chose to be in a body like this when the great net rose, to stand at the surface and hold steady while the deep gave back its long-held weight, and to walk out of the long turning clear and light and whole. This is the work your whole life has been quietly preparing you for. The heaviness you have been feeling is the proof that it has begun in you, and the swiftness of the Tide is the promise that it will pass within its own season. Between now and the turning of your year at the Winter Solstice, let the net rise. Meet each thing as it comes to you. Open your hand to the stones, gather the treasure back into your arms, bless the old statues and let them rest, and rest yourself in the calm between the waves. And as the Solstice draws near and the river of stars completes its great pull, you will feel the Tide begin to settle, the water around you grow still and clear, and a lightness arrive in you that you will know, in your very bones, you have earned across more lifetimes than you could ever count. The clearing will be complete. The clear new water will be yours. All is in hand. It has always been in hand. We witness you in this season, and we will witness you the whole way through it — every wave you meet, every stone you release, every gift you gather home. You are held. You are guided. You are loved beyond the reach of mind and time. I am Minayah, and we are the gathered family of the Pleiades and of Sirius who move as one through these words. We love you. We love you. WE LOVE YOU! Be still now, and let the water carry you home.
